The room is clean, fresh, and neat, with everything you need. There's a lovely private courtyard where you can spend a wonderful evening. Next time I'm in Miami, I will definitely stay here. Highly recommended!
• Samantha (10/5): Quiet neighborhood, clean, close to Hard Rock Stadium - Neighborhood was quiet. It was perfect for our quick to Miami for the Orange Bowl. Only about a 20 minute walk from the stadium. Place was very clean, bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable with 2 air conditions in each room, which is good because florida weather is humid, but once you step into the place, you're immediately cool. They provided a blender , pots, pans, and an air fryer rice cooker with a kitchenette to cook on. They have 2 tvs in each room, a futon for comfortable and a fridge you can fill. They provided even the small step of adding aluminum foil , toiltries , seasonings for food , and tools for making coffee. Outside, they have a cute little seating area with a grill. I highly recommend this place. If you're going to the Hard Rock Stadium, it says it's a 30-minute walk, but it felt like 10/15 minutes .... avoid the hassle of parking. This place was a good price for the time we had stayed. The owner was very communicative before the trip during the end of our stay. We will be back in the future and use this place to see more games at hard rock stadium.
