• Hassan (7/5): Great location. Clean. But uncomfortable shower - The location is excellent. The apartment was clean. Elevator and 1st floor. The shower is very tight - 28"x28" A an average size person can't can't even turn around or reach anything; no shelf inside for soap or a comb. Getting into the shower requires climbing up on narrow step. To get out of the shower you open the door to that step, which is very dangerous especially because there is nothing to grab on. The 2 of us were given 2 large towels and 2 small ones for 5 days. There wasn't any racks to hang the towels to dry. The bed mattress sits on top of a low metal platform with sharp edges. You open the bedroom door you immediately risk injuring your leg from that sharp edge.

I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. L’appartamento si trova nel centro storico, a un passo da Trastevere: comodissimo per esplorare Roma a piedi. Aveva tutti i comfort, compreso un kit di benvenuto con saponi e cialde del caffè, che è stato davvero gradito dopo il viaggio. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole vivere il centro di Roma sentendosi come a casa.

• Giovanni (9/5): Ottimo appartamento in zona Campo de fiori - L'host sin dalla prenotazione e' stato molto disponibile e cordiale rispondendo prontamente a qualsiasi richiesta o dubbio. In piu' la camera rispecchiava perfettamente la descrizione e le foto. Se dovessi tornare a roma, riprenoterei sicuramente.

• Maria (7/5): - The location was good. It was near a lot of landmarks and easy to walk around. Also the communication was perfect we had a late check in and someone was there when we arrived to explain everything. The beds were comfortable although the pillows not so much. We were 2 couples and it had a sofa bed and a double bed. The problem was that the toilet and the bathroom were in the bedroom which was uncomfortable because if someone wanted to use the toilet at night they needed to get in the bedroom and also open the lights of the toilet room and it was really noisy. Also the bathroom hot water was not enough for 4 people and then it needed sooooo much time to get warm again. Additionally, to get into the shower there was a really tall step and it was slippery when you tried to get out.

Le canapé un peu moin - L’appartement est idéalement placé pour visiter Rome L’absence de soleil direct dans l’appartement est surprenant. Mais il est probable que quand il fait chaud cela aide à garder des températures fraîches. Il nous manquait du papier toilette. C’est une broutille mais c’est assez utile 😀

Il silenzio è stato incredibilmente riposante e mi ha permesso di ricaricare le batterie per affrontare un'altra giornata di visite. La posizione è perfetta: i principali monumenti sono a pochi passi di distanza e la zona è molto sicura, anche di notte. Mi sono sentita al sicuro e tranquilla tutto il tempo. Inoltre, l'appartamento non è in ZTL, quindi è stato molto comodo arrivare in macchina e parcheggiare senza problemi. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno rilassante e comodo in una posizione strategica. L'host è stato incredibilmente disponibile e gentile, sempre pronto a rispondere alle mie domande e a fornirmi consigli utili sulla città. La casa è veramente ben fornita di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dai principali monumenti e attrazioni della città. Ma il vero tocco di classe è stato il servizio di biglietteria per i monumenti della città offerto dall'host! È stato incredibilmente comodo poter prenotare i biglietti direttamente attraverso di lui e saltare le lunghe file. In sintesi, consiglio vivamente questa casa vacanze a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e senza problemi in una posizione strategica. Grazie mille all'host per l'ottima ospitalità! -

Очень маленькая душевая кабина, в которой даже нет полочки для того, чтобы поставить средства гигиены. не удобно мыться, при этом пространство ванной комнаты позволяет сделать ее больше, но это не критично
• Irene (7/5): - La ubicación perfecta para ir a pie a todos los sitios. Un super muy cerca. Una parada de bus muy cerca también para ir al Vaticano. A un paso del Trastevere, donde se come muy bien. La atención de Simona estupenda, súper amable y nos facilitó muchos servicios que nos vinieron muy bien. El apartamento muy bonito, todo nuevo. Muy limpio. Tranquilo. El Tenía ascensor pero no entraba el carrito del bebé asi que tuvimos que subirlo y bajarlo a pulso, deberían decir que es súper estrecho. Escogí este apartamento por el ascensor aunque me costará más y nos ha costado mucho entrar y salir... El olor a desagüe ha sido horroroso, no se podía estar en la casa, y la cama que está al lado del baño... No se podía entrar al baño, era horrible el olor que al ser un apartamento muy pequeño olía todo entero. Teníamos que tener las ventanas abiertas pero hacía frio y tampoco podiamos ventilar. Eché en falta un cepillo de barrer, fueron cuatro días con niños y no poder barrer el suelo... Solo dejaron un rollo y medio de papel wc, de los que apenas duran. Al segundo dia ya tuvimos que andar comprando papel para el wc.. veo ridículo que un producto de primera necesidad lo tenga que comprar el huésped en un alojamiento que por el precio se considera de muy buena calidad. Si no fuera por el olor que sale del desagüe recomendaría el apartamento, pero no es agradable con el precio que tiene pasar tus vacaciones así....

Noises overhead and through the walls all night long until very early morning hours. We couldn't sleep..... Owners would not respond to this issue. Doesn't look like pictures. Cannot consider the following to be worthy of calling it "Luxury" House. Ran out of toilet paper, coffee and other amenities after only 2 days having paid for a six night visit and supplies were NOT replenished.. Bugs came out on the floor every morning from under the pull out couch bed.... Extremely noisy bathroom door. Awoke companion....We have videos of the above incidents, but only pics can be attached here Small appliances, clock and ac remote also didn't work... Overall ~ gravely disappointed at the lack of service and concern for guests staying here at IV House.

The apartment was central to all the sites and is a great location. The Bathroom was not equipped for a family of four. The Water heater could only supply enough warm water for 2 showers, My wife and I had to take cold showers and the toilet had a very strong odor.

Good connection from the airport (by regional train to Trastevere station and then by tram which is located just 2 minutes from the apartment). The apartment is very dark because his windows let to the courtyard, but if you are out all day it is not a problem. The first three days there was strong smell of bathroom waste, which was unpleasant.

• Mgbp (8/5): A good value for a comfortable, clean, one-bedroom apartment in a great location. - This was a great location for us, walkable to many sites and restaurants. The apartment was nice--very clean and comfortable and a good value, especially considering the pricing of lodging while we were there. We also appreciated the well-functioning air conditioners in both the bedroom and living/second sleeping area, as the weather required it. Overall, we enjoyed the space. The check in process could be easier. It was difficult to coordinate a specific arrival/meeting time in advance due to the challenges tied to travel (both by air and car). The woman who met us was very kind, but we ended up waiting a good chunk of time because, I believe, she manages check-ins for other properties as well.

Simona who met us was lovely full of information and very welcoming and helpful. Bathroom was a challenge and an additional mirror in the lounge area would be great.

So we had to wait on the street. • The apartment was prepared for 2 people, despite our booking for 4 people. So there were no pillows and no blankets. • After that the owner prepared a long checkin discussion. • Owner doesn‘t speak English, so all communication was through some translator women. • Drain was clogged, so you have to turn off the water every 2 minutes.

• Tamara (7/5): Small and overrated place with good location - Great location, very clean apartment and easy communication with the owner/ agent for check in. New facilities and coffee machine available (even though capsules were not provided for all the days). One apartment separated into three - poor sound isolation with the other “apartments” (rooms). We could have heard everything from the neighbouring rooms. No natural light coming through; the windows have inner courtyard access to the basement, and the windows had grids.
• Cassandra (9/5): Superb - Google Maps doesn't show nearly how adorable this area is. There are so many fabulous restaurants around d here - Oolong was a favorite of ours. Only 1.5 streets away was the Tibe. We booked a weekly bus ticket, but we never really needed it (until it rained, and then buses were unreliable. Both the bedroom and the living room have air conditioning and blackout shades. That made for some glorious sleepiin mornings. The beds were soooo comfy. The coach was a little narrow, even for me, a shorter person. Maybe a footstool? Luca and Simone are truly delightful people who were at the ready when we had a hiccup with the shower. - and even before and after! Though we live in Europe, we weren't familiar with the bidet situation. We tended to use more toilet paper than was provided. Not a huge issue by any means.

The greeter sent me a message by phone 2 days before arrival demanding a late check in fee and city tax in cash (even though I already paid through booking) when I asked about late check and booked a month in advance. The apartment was poorly insulated and during my stay there were renovations in the building. The bed was uncomfortable. Water pressure in the shower was weak and barely enough hot water for two people to shower one after the other.

• Mayank (10/5): Beautiful luxurious place and great location !! - The place is very well maintained and was super clean. The apartment is very new and all things are in impeccable condition. It’s very near to all the tourist attractions like Colosseum, Trevi fountain and even Vatican. We traveled mostly on foot. The nearby area have good night life and great places to eat. Nothing to add as it’s a great place
