• carmen (8/5): - Stylische Wohnung mit super Aussicht aufs Matterhorn Um zur Wohnung zu gelanden muss eine steile Treppe mit über 130 Stufen hochgestiegen werden. Terrassentüren waren defekt

• Ulf (9/5): Steile Perle am Rande des Dorfes - Was für eine Aussicht, was für eine Wohnung... Wir sind mit zwei Pärchen und einem Kind gereist. Hatten mehr als genug Platz, waren begeistert von der Ausstattung (Raclette und Fondue Zubehör samt Brennpaste war vorhanden) Alles super sauber, es war wundervoll... Der "Zustieg" zur Wohnung... Da kann kann keiner was für, weil bauliche Eigenschaften nu ma so sind wie sie sind... Aber die Treppe zum Appartement ist wirklich steil und mit Einkäufen eine kleine sportliche Herausforderung...
• TSAI FENG (10/5): - 房間非常乾淨漂亮，陽台景色真的真的超讚👍🏾，雖然走上來的樓梯蠻窄的，因為位置比較高處，但房間的景色非常很值得✨✨不用一大早出門就可以在房內或是陽台看馬特洪峰的日出跟夜景，如果體力不允許也可以申請幫忙扛行李（需額外付費），我們在這裡住了兩天非常喜歡跟捨不得離開😆😆

• 高田 (1/5): 気分が悪い - 家までの階段は１６０段位あったが、思ったより苦にならず上がってこれた。バルコニーからマッターホルンが望め景観が素晴らしかった。ツェルマットの夜景も素晴らしかった。９泊１０日の日程で使用出来れば、内部施設も使い勝手が良かった。 到着し荷ほどきをし、落ち着いたところで夕食の用意を始めたところ、流し台の排水が詰まっている事に気が付き施設側に連絡をし、修理に来てもらったが解消されなかった。 修理に来た人が、この後責任者が来ますと言っていたので待っていたが、いつまでたっても来なかった。 再度連絡を入れたが来れないと言うので明日１０時までに責任者に来るように依頼。 １０時まで待ったが来なかったので再度連絡。日曜日は業者が動けない。修理は火曜日になると言われたが、キッチンが使えないと食事が出来ないと話したら他の物件に移ってくれと言われた。 近かったので他の物件の確認に行った。この時点で１２時。 景観がここより悪かったが、観光にも行けないためしぶしぶ了承。 １４時にポーターが荷物を運んでもらい、引っ越し完了。２日間どこにも行けずに無駄に過ごした。 それから３日後、責任者より突然連絡があり今から訪問したいと連絡があり。 １時間後に来てお詫びなのかなと思って話を始めたら、責任者の知り合いが通りがかり、挨拶なのかなと思っていたら長話をはじめ、責任者はこちらを無視状態。 こいつと話しても無駄だなと思い部屋に入った。 １０分後位、知り合いと話し終わったのか、責任者が急に柵を乗り越えベランダに入ってきた。あまりにも無礼だったので何しに来たんだとクレームを付けたが悪いことはしていないとの態度に思えた。 義理の息子がドイツ語を話せたので、今までのいきさつを話し、相手側も謝罪。 責任者の兄がフーリーでレストランをやっているので招待するような事を言っていたが、期待しないで連絡を待った。 最終的に連絡が来たのが、帰る１日前の夕方６時。どうやっても行けない時間。 次の人が借りる前に清掃を行い、ちゃんと使用できるか確認するはずだが、簡単に清掃しシーツ類を交換するだけの清掃しかしてないのではないかと疑いたくなる。結果、前半２日間どこにも出れず無駄に過ごした事に対し、しっかりとした謝罪や保証も無かった。

• Kok (10/5): Really panoramic view of Zermatt and magnificent Matterhorn - All instructions was clear and provided prior to check-in. Pre-empted is the 134 steps of stairs to the apartment located at the top, and informed that there is porter service for a fee. No washing machine and dryer was available to use.

• Stefanie (10/5): Best accommodation we have ever had as a family - The views were amazing and the interior was very tasteful, luxurious and cosy. Extremely comfortable beds. Loved sitting on the balcony in the afternoon sun. Nothing to complain about.

We reached at night and the stairs up to the house were steep and poorly lit. Not a single light. We walked all the way up in pitch dark. Would have helped to have some sign of house number Or even a light. The lady living downstairs was very mean and bad mannered. While we were trying to check in, she came and shouted very badly at us. She needs to learn some manners and some humanity too.
• Clare (9/5): A great apartment with amazing Matterhorn views but up some very steep steps! - This apartment is spacious with amazing views of the Matterhorn! It is nicely decorated in a contemporary style and it is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, for example there is a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher which made it very easy to enjoy meals in the apartment. There is a lovely balcony around the apartment on both levels where we enjoyed sitting and looking at the view of the town & mountains. Excellent WIFI. We really enjoyed our stay! There was only one stand up shower to share between the three bedrooms. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and hand shower only. The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Zermatt / the station - the last few minutes of this walk are steep and like many properties in Zermatt you must walk up 100+ steps to reach the front door. We did not realise this at the time of booking although the owner told us in the arrival instructions. It was challenging with luggage although we were offered a porter service at extra cost. This apartment would be inaccessible for some guests.

• Evangelos (8/5): Amazing - Best view in Zermatt but a termendous amounts of steps to get there with your suit cases. An elevator or some form of escalator to get you from the street to the property.
• Olcan (10/5): Amazing stay - The property was very nice. It was modern, clean, and had amazing views of Matterhorn. The apartment was nicely decorated and it had everything that you need in a family home. When we went inside we were amazed how nice it was. It was close enough to walk to ski bus and chair lifts. If you don’t want to carry your skis and boots you can rent a locker by the char lifts daily. It is also close to the center where there are grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and cafes. I was so happy with the property. Definitely it’s the place to stay while vacationing in Zermatt. The property had steep stairs up to the apartment building. If you are traveling with small children who is on a stroller or someone who needs assistance climbing the stairs, this is not a place to be. But if you are in a good shape, the stairs are a good way to get some exercise.
• Danil (1/5): 150 steps up and face a closed door! - We did like the view! Interior, kitchen facilities STAIRS! MORE THAN 150 steps! You need to take … with your luggage, kids and after every ski day as well! Photos below NO LIFT! It is not written in description. If you have little kids never stay here! If you have a lot to carry, arrange a helicopter. If you are not too young never stop here. The stairs are not safe, and there is no light, you can switch it on only when you got up! THE HOST! When we faced a problem with a front door, no one answered a phone, only wrote a sms that they don’t believe it could happen. Thanks to your neighbor he opened it. When my wife felt from the stairs and we asked for a help with a lift, no one answered.
