• Len (7/5): Worth what I paid for, and yes, I would book again. - The knives provided for cutting things like cheese and salami etc, were all blunt. The cutlery was good though, and the kitchen aids provided were clean and very serviceable. Fridge, lack of oven, afore mentioned knives, and the rotating hot water system for showering, was hot, cold, hot etc... remainder of bathroom was very good. Walls needing sound proofing, the young couple next door on night 1 were very noisy, dragging furniture and what ever else made noise around. WI-FI was slow and dropped out regularly so the tv wasn't that useful, and I disconnected it from my phone.

The other units look a lot better than the one we got The location of the actual unit is next to a dump for the caravan, the quit cover, was dirty, the water pressure wasn’t Great.

• Toby (2/5): - No fan or aircon in bedroom, mattress rock solid, every surface was dirty and every dish in the cupboard needed re-washing. The unit shares a wall with a neighbour and you can feel the vibrations of their footsteps as they walk around, not to mention the dog barking all night. Nothing interesting within walking distance. Bedroom was infested with spiders. I wouldn't spend half the amount of money I spent to stay here.

• Juny (2/5): Terrible - Nothing The room had a strong smell of mould, the bed was very uncomfortable, at least change the mattress, I kept rolling towards my partner. The whole cabin is very updated, microwave was very smelly inside and the floor was not cleaned.

• Cheryl (2/5): Very disappointed, as my husband has stayed in some of the chalets for work. They were newer ones - We did not have breakfast. The location was okay because we had a car The dishes and cutlery were clean The linen was clean and the bed was comfortable. The picture of the chalet on booking.com is not the same as the chalet which we stayed in. The chalet was very small. The worst thing is that when we asked for fresh towels after 2 days, we were told that they only service the chalets after 7 days and that is when fresh towels are given. We were staying for 5 nights so no fresh towels for us. There was a leak at the back of the toilet. I did not like the smell of the cleaning products which was left in the air. It was very overpowering and we had to leave the door open all the time. We sprayed bosisto's eucalyptus in the room to try to kill the smell. Was not nice to breathe in at all.

• Corrine (1/5): You need nicer, compassionate staff /not put holidayers in the Workers Quarter / refund our money - The location was all we liked I almost cried when I saw the room. The room looked different to what was online, it was disgusting. They then agreed with us, no it wasn't very nice, and that they didn't have any control as to what it looks like online. They then said, the room we were booked into, was "Old Workers Quarters". Really, they were going to put us up for 3 night's stay in old workers quarters, that is not a nice place to stay for anyone, not even workers. I asked for a refund or to be put in a chalet, and they said no, I would have paid the difference, they didn't care. Had they been nicer, (they really didn't care) and refunded our monies, I may have considered staying there at a later date, but their blatant disregard for our situation, has cemented that we would NEVER wish to stay with you.

It is very compact so once your luggage is in the room, space is tight. Wouldn't spend more than a few nights. No communication before regarding key safe number. Did message to enquire what happened after reception hours but no response so make sure you get this information a few days prior

• mw77 (3/5): Disappointment - • Good location • Supermarket not too far away • Out-of-hours check-in was possible • Fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster in the room • Very small room, much smaller than it looked in the photos • Strong smell from nearby shared toilets • Noise from the neighbouring cabin; could hear everything • Smoker next door made it impossible to use the outdoor space or keep the door open • No Wi-Fi • Late check-in instructions required an Australian mobile number • Poor room layout: very little space around the bed, rubbish bin next to the bed, chairs had to be folded to fit suitcases on the floor • Table was dirty and had wine stains • Parking space was very difficult to use due to the layout and nearby rubbish bins; car had to be partly on the road

• Alison (7/5): Pink Lake Tourist Park is just out of town & a supermarket, butcher & takeaway cafe close by - Caravan park clean & tidy. Our cabin was an older style home but very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay & located in a quiet corner of the park

• Kingstonjack (8/5): Good stay, Esperance exceeded expectations!!! - Location is great not too far of a walk to nearby shops, entertainment in the evening. Good laundry facilities/shower and toilet facilities. Having a car/suv is definitely a must to see the attractions. The cabin was a bit dated. However it was clean and tidy. It was quite expensive(peak season) so that was a bit disappointing especially in comparison to some of the newer cabins on site. Would stay again in a different cabin/ camping area.

• Kimberly (10/5): Perfect basic accommodation with all the bells and whistles. - Nice big bed, mirrored wardrobe doors in bedroom; kitchenette comes with all the utensils, pots, pans, accoutrements you could need; small love seat and lounge chair in living area, dining table with 3 chairs, and another table and chairs on the verandah. Has aircon plus sliding windows on all three sides of the building, so you can really get air flow through, unlike a hotel room. TV is hooked up to WiFi so you just turn on and log straight into ur Netflix. Like a donga but fully equipped, brightly lit and homey! TV is up high, on the wall shared with next door unit. Couch is other side of the living area so we were afraid to have the volume up too high. Also the lock on the glass sliding door felt a bit janky. Fine if we're in the unit and can jam something in the door frame but idk if I'd leave my valuables in there when I'm out and about.

The only issue I had was the small bathroom window didnt have any blinds / curtain on it and it was directly in front of the bed so the light on my face in the morning woke me up early. • DENNIS (8/5): Relaxing stay, friendly staff easy check in and out to this secure park in great location. - the location of the park was good for us, short walk or drive to an IGA and only 5 minutes from town and beaches. The self contained cabin was adequate, clean,,shower recess great, own toilet perfect. Like the code entry boom gate for security.The TV worked fine(we stayed for a week) fridge was almost brand new...we cooked on the induction cooker each day too no problem. home away from home! The sunlight in early morning streamed into our faces while in bed via a small window on end wall (Wharton Cabin). I blu tacked a piece of cardboard over the whole window. heheh - solved it!

• Ireane (7/5): Lovely and quiet area with a well equipped comfortable cabin and ensuite. - Quiet, comfortable cabin with satellite TV and local/regional channels. Shampoo & conditioner, soap, Air con, fan, kettle, electric grill/cooktop, microwave, fridge, toaster, utensils, cookware, very well stocked with basic kitchenware. Reached out to us when water was down and back on, things happen but they make sure to let you know! BYO hair dryer if you need that appliance, hot water a little temperamental (can go cold mid shower but then comes back on).

• Rebecca (6/5): Friendly staff but average accommodation. - Proximity to town The fact that we were in an annex of a caravan and not a cabin as originally booked. This was called an upgrade by staff as they needed to change our booking due to having tradesmen stay at the park.

Also it is not the cheape - Calm and safe property Shower was like 1minute warm/30seconds cold water repeating in cycles Internet unusable. It works like first 20s and then it dies. I had to work on my mobile data The floor has some holes in it. Also you could see ground around toilet bcs there is visible gap You need to pay for washing machine and dryer 6$ for each if you want to use them
• Madden (10/5): Wonderful stay - Well maintained gardens and amenities, location was walkable to IGA supermarket and liquorland. Cabin was well equipped and spacious Would have liked some exterior weather blinds on the deck area as we couldn’t use it as much as we would have liked due to the wind.
