Guest Reviews
- Swathi (4/5): Disappointing -
- Illia (1/5): Don’t book it - Not enough bad words to describe this property and the owner. Horrible
- Dakis (8/5): Very good -
- Zere (8/5): Nice small apartment in Bovisa, fully equipped, with nice and helpful host - It is a nice apartment in Bovisa district of Milan, with fully kitchen equipped, and washing machine, conditioning system, etc. Host is very nice and helpful. He met us when we arrived and then there was a Watsapp chat, where you can ask all your questions. Near apartment there were several small shops and coffee, tobacceries. But we preferred to go to the Lidl supermarket, that is about 10 or 15 minutes from the Apartment by walk. Also there is a tram and metro stop near the apartment, and you can go to the historical Centre of Milan to see and visit all Must see places: like Pinacoteca di Brera, Duomo, Sforza castle etc. The apartment is a bit small, but still nice:)
- Saleh (1/5): Bad -
- Stasa (7/5): Good apartment, very bad host - The location of the accommodation was good. It was right in front of the bus station so it was easy to transport to Zone 1.
A lot of fascilities in the apartment. It is rare to see an apartment that well equipped.
The toilet was comfy, spacious and had everything we needed. The host, internet, and the bed.
The host is the biggest problem this accommodation has. FYI, it is managed by an online agency with little or no knowledge whatsoever about the accommodation you are booking. Our host was some guy from Iran I think, with working hours "etics" and no support after his working hours. E.g, we did a late hours check in, about 22:30, which as the matter of fact was listed as an option in the booking. Right at the start we found out that the host wasn't familiar about the location of the apartment, we were searching for the apartment around 30mins. Also, getting into the apartment was an adventure! We were lucky to get into the building bcs some neighbour walked by and opened the gates. The host was clueless about how to get in. And thats not all, after getting in the apartment we didn't find the keys of the apartment where they were supposed to be. So we couldn't get out to buy some food after the long trip. Also, we didn't feel safe as we were questioning who has our keys. After we called and sent several messages to the host about the keys whereabouts he just ignored it and left us hanging for the night. Outrageous! He pinged us in the morning and mentioned that "we already did a late check in so there is not so much credit in order to expect the full service". Very amateur and ignorant host.
The internet is also poor. We complained about it when it went off and he wasn't replying as his working hours finished, and yes, there isn't a second shift for support.
The bed is more or less comfy. But after the third night it just wasn't comfy anymore. For someone heavier than 80kg it would be a pain in the ***.

- Elvira (9/5): Superb - Apartment has everything you need. Accessible to public transpo. Easy check in and checkout process. A bit too small, especially if you have big luggages.
- Cristian (8/5): Very good - The apartment was nice with good amenities The bed was not that great. Although the apartment has a kitchen with all appliances, basic supplies were missing completely - would've been nice to have some salt, pepper, cooking oil, dishwashing detergent, washing machine detergent, etc.
- Kitti (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and helpful staff.
Clean and cosy apartment, train station nerby, easy to aproach milano central and lake como as well.
We could check in after midnight by the self check in method.
- Anonymous (6/5): Nice enough studio with a sofa bed - The studio was clean and tidy and the host was helpful and prompt with responding to any questions we had. The bed doesn’t have a real mattress on it. It’s not the most convenient area if you’re wanting to go in and do things in Milan while you’re staying there.
- Pierpaolo (8/5): super equipped apartment in north of Milan - the easy check-in, well furnished, good connections, the staff is SUPERIOR the neighbourhood
- Filip (9/5): Superb -
- Anja (9/5): Superb - The owner was really nice and help us through out the whole trip. The neighbours were really loud, every night.
- Astrid (8/5): very good for the price - very good equiped, clean and very friendly and helpful owner
