• Azucena (10/5): - Muy céntrico, cerca de todo. El apartamento está muy bien, con varia habitaciones, amplias , 2 baños y cocina
• marcos (4/5): Ojo con el método de pago!! - La ubicación es buena, y el apartamento estaba limpio y en buen estado en general. Muy decepcionante que la anfitriona me dijera una vez hecho el check in que solo podía pagar en metálico o bien mediante transferencia, en mi caso, internacional. De haberlo sabido antes de llegar hubiera elegido otra opción. Sinceramente me sentí engañado, ya que en la web si que aparece como método de pago del establecimiento tanto Visa como Mastercard. Por otro lado se trata de un inmueble antiguo y el ascensor es minúsculo, conviene saberlo también.

• Javiera (10/5): Maravilloso - El departamento está muy cerca de la estación de trenes. Está a mitad de camino entre el Coliseo y la Fontana di Trevi, y puedes ir a todos los lugares caminando. Está hermoso el departamento, con lavadora y todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la hermosa Roma. Todo me encantó

• Marta (7/5): - El apartamento está muy bien situado, a 15 del Coliseo, a 15 del Monumento del Renacemento, al lado de vía Nazionale. Las escaleras son cómodas, tiene ascensor pero es pequeño, aunque cumple su cometido. Tenía varios defectos: en nuestra habitación la televisión y el radiador no funcionaban. En la habitación de nuestros amigos la ducha no desaguaba bien. En la cocina faltaba un estropajo y jabón para la lavadora y una bayeta. Había un trapo que estaba todo roto. Y solo un juego de toallas para 4 días. Y para terminar para 4 días para 6 personas solo 2 rollos y medio de papel higiénico.

• Paolo (9/5): 2 notti a Roma - La posizione é comoda sia alla stazione che al centro; nelle vicinanze sono presenti molti ristoranti ed alcuni minimarket; situato in alto e via poco trafficata. Camere molto ampie, solo angolo cottura un pó piccolo se si soggiorna in molti. Sistemerei le tv, presenti in ogni camera, per farle funzionare con il telecomando.

• Anna (7/5): Central and in nice neighbourhood - Good location, cosy space. Inadequate check-in/check-out system. No meet and greet on arrival by host, was asked to provide checkin documents via WhatsApp while standing outside the apartment on the pavement. Would be less troublesome to make available check-in and payment at time of booking. Kitchen has narrow breakfast bar and was unsuitable for 5 adults to sit for a meal. Bedrooms adequate, however aircon only in one room, fans in others, was a little uncomfortable to sleep due to hot weather. No organic waste bin provided so had to dispose of thrash ourselves.

Очень много различных мест, где можно вкусно поесть. Небольшие магазины на расстоянии 3-7 минут пешком. Район тихий. На улице шума ночью не было. Было все необходимое для гигиены. Сложности с wifi не было. Комнаты просторные. Не было некоторой кухонной утвари- например, нож, доска. Доставило немного сложности при готовке. Были шумные соседи, но мы сами не знали, как с этим справится

• Marco (7/5): Centrale, pulito però il rapporto qualità-prezzo, secondo me, altino - La posizione centrale comoda al centro storico. La pulizia generale. La comunicazione prima dell’arrivo: lenta, un po’ in ritardo, abbiamo ricevuto le istruzioni solo quando eravamo davanti al portone d’ingresso (perché ho chiamato io) e abbiamo dovuto condividere i documenti d’identità per strada, sempre davanti al portone: bastava comunicarlo prima. I materassi molto scomodi. Eravamo in 6 e ci siamo fermati 3 notti e abbiamo trovato 2 (in totale) campioncini di shampoo. Per la cifra pagata per notte, mi sarei aspettato un grado di attenzione maggiore. Ascensore molto molto piccolo; non è certo una colpa del proprietario ma è bene che i prossimi ospiti lo sappiamo (l’appartamento è al quarto piano).

• Francisco (10/5): Un alojamiento donde repetiría - La ubicación del alojamiento es perfecta, a unos 13 minutos de Termini, donde enlazas por bus con el aeropuerto, y luego estas en menos de 15 minutos del Coliseo, Plaza España, o fontana de Trevi, y todo ello sin necesidad de coger transporte. El alojamiento es perfecto para una familia o grupo de amigos, son 3 habitaciones amplias, 2 con baño, y la cocina con todo lo necesario en menaje y electrodomésticos Sin duda un lugar donde repetiría. Nada a destacar. La pena no haber conocido a Cristina la anfitriona, pero no por culpa de ella sino por los horarios de los vuelos.

• Silvia Maria Michela (9/5): Ottima posizione, servizi vicinissimi e zona tranquilla. - Posizione eccellente per visitare la città, vicina alla fermata degli autobus, zona molto tranquilla, nella via dell'alloggio sono presenti ristoranti, bar e piccoli negozietti e pure la farmacia per le piccole necessità. Le camere sono spaziose. Ci tornerei. Le tende oscuranti potrebbero essere più grandi per poter avere meno luce che può dare fastidio. Un phon non funzionava. Tutto sistemabile direi.

Ott álltunk azt sem tudtuk melyik emeleten található a szállás pontossan.Atulajdonos nem engedte meg az előre csekkolást így ott szembesültünk , hogy nem fog érkezni! Pedig tudattuk mikor érkezünk amire csak az nap reagált csak. Én nem használom a whatsupp alkalmazást amit ő ott követelt , hogy azon küldjük a személy igazolványai.kat.Nem mentek átt a képek csak sok próbálkozásra. Próbáltuk áttmüldeni. Ha ezt előre közli velünk akkor nem ott szembesülök ezzel a problémával .1 órán keresztül próbálkoztunk mire megkapta. És elküldte a kódot. Annyit üzent, hogy 22 reggel jön a Papa a kulcsért. Sajnos én a fizetési adatoknál kerestem a fizetés módját amit nem találtam. Eddig mindig booking ezközölte a fizetést. Nem voltam tisztában azzal mit jelent a bankártyás biztosítás.Vártam, hogy a booking levonja a díjat. 21 este a tulajdo.os közölte hogy kézpénzben szeretné a díjat.Én közöltem, hogy eddig mindig a bookingnak fizettem.Természetessen ez mind a whatsapp történt.Ekkor ismerősöm alkalmazásán rendőrséggel fenyegetett.Nagyon kellemetlen perceket okozva nekünk.Ekkor küldött egy fizetési bekérőt amit teljesítettünk.Csak ez után küldte meg a saját booking levelezésemre ugyan ezt a bekérő alkalmazást.Ha akkor addig nem akart velem a booking oldalon komunikáni a fizetés fenyegetés után azért elküldte a hivatalos oldalamra is! Etikátlan és kiszolgáltatott helyzetbe kerültem. Legközelebb hívják fel az utazók figyelmét arra kinek kell fizetni , tulajdonos ezt jelezze előe valamint ha nem jelenik meg személyessan akkor pedig lehessen előre elküldeni a szelyes adatokat. Nem kellemetlen helyzetbe hozni az utazót.Kínos perceket éltünk átt a be ill ki csekkolásnál. Tisztelettel Bereczkyné
• Wai Ching (9/5): Aside from the elevator concern, all other aspects of the stay were excellent - The host very helpful and kind. The facility is well-equipped and ready to accommodate guests. The lift is quite small and not provide direct access to the floor.

• Javi (8/5): Vacaciones en familia en Roma - El apartamento está súper bien situado, a 10 minutos del Coliseo, 10-15 de la Fontana di Trevi, 15 de la Plaza de España.. en definitiva, muy céntrico y a medio camino de los principales monumentos, por lo que es muy cómodo para ir en familia (nosotros fuimos 5, con tres niños pequeños). Las instrucciones para acceder al apartamento fueron muy claras y sencillas y el anfitrión estuvo en todo momento disponible y fue súper amable y accesible. Había aire acondicionado en una de las habitaciones y ventiladores en todas las estancias.

Was not properly cleaned apoun arriva - Location We asked to depart a day earlier and coordinate with the owner, but between booking and the owner they did not give us the day back and charged us for it.

• Monica (9/5): Enjoyble stay and nice appartment. - Difficult payment method. Owners eftpos machine did not accept any of our three Australian bank cards - Traveller debit card, Mastercard or Visa card - which have all been accepted on every other payment we made in last two weeks throughout different parts of Italy. Also, no instructions given for check in until we arrived at the accommodation made us feel insecure about it.

• Marcin (9/5): Great place for families and group of friends to stay and visit beautiful ROME. - Location is great. Twelve minutes by walk to Colosseum or di Trevi Fountain, 5 minutes by walk to Repubblica metro station. There is a small lift inside the building which is important as the apartment is situated on the 4th floor. The flat is very spacious and equipped with the most important devices. There are two bedrooms with individual bathrooms. The host is very communicative (through Whatsapp) and helpful. Just a small piece of advice for the owner: 1) add a trash bin for organic rubbish :) 2) agree payment method with guest before they arrive at Rome.

• Bev (2/5): We would not stay here again or recommend the place. The hotel across the street would have charged us the same prices - Apartment for two couples. The manager did not meet us as was promised an demanded we send copies of our passports while we were in transit. She demanded we give her a copy of our passports while we were on the train. She said she couldn’t meet us at the apt as she said she would and would not to be able to give access to the building without the documents. She compromised and gave us entrance to the front door however we had to use our data because we had no wifi. She said there was a small elevator as we were on the 4 th floor. The elevator was not bigger than a dumb waiter about 2 x 3 feet. We had to put one luggage in at a time and one person could barely fit. Very claustrophobic. There were over 100 steps to get to our apt. . We had no instructions as to how to get wifi, , water wasn’t working, no welcoming packages etc. there wasn’t any kitchen linen for drying or washing dishes etc. we had a dishwasher but we were four people for four nights. Not enough dishes for that many days and we would have to put the dish washer on after breakfast so we could have cleaned dishes and glasses. they gave us only 4 small rolls of toilet paper for 4 nights. We bought our own toilet paper. When we asked for more she said she would bring it the morning we we leaving. The manager was very rude and condescending when we called. The fridge freezer needed to be defrosted and there wasn’t even a welcoming bottle of water. All the other apt we stayed we were met by the managers exchanged the documents,given instructions and shown the keys, general welcoming package with recommendations etc. this place was minimalistic in all aspects. Not even a blanket if u were cold. No extra of anything . No Kleenex. Nothing.
• Joann (7/5): Central apartment in the city - Great location, good size, very friendly hosts It was very hot in the summer, with only one air conditioning for the entire apartment. The electricity turned off a few times, but we were able to fix it quickly.
• Erika (7/5): Nice apartment for Rome family holiday - Great location! Christina the host was wonderful and accommodated us nicely. Nice space for a family to stay. Small kitchen to use. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Hot! Beds are not very comfortable. Very small shower… missing part of door and broken shower head made showers very difficult. Four flights of stairs up with very small/slow sometimes not functioning elevator.
• Asad (9/5): I would highly recommend this location if you have family and want to be close to the city center and all the activities - The location of the property was great and a nice clean neighbourhood. Building had an elevator albeit small but was great use for moving luggage up and down. Only issue was that the apt had one AC in one room however it was good enough to cool the whole apt.

• Hayley (7/5): Excellent location. - Location, size, well equipped Noisy neighbours upstairs. Had to get dressed late at night to go up and tell them to be quiet. No real comfortable lounge area. However, not necessarily a problem if just a place to sleep attend if busy days in the city.
• Carise (10/5): Amazing place! Great location - Brilliant location and great size apartment! Me and my husband stayed here with my parents and we had an amazing experience. Everything was so clean and the hosts were helpful and gave clear instructions to get in. Very easy walk from the train station and google maps took us to the door! Highly recommend this place and would stay again if we come back! Thanks so much couldn’t fault a thing!

• Rose (5/5): Passable - Closeness to shops as host did not supply anything ,no bottled water,no tea bags ,or milk so had to walk back down 12 flights of stairs to get supplies. Had to buy mugs as only tiny coffee mugs there and also buy a tea towel as none supplied to dry dishes.12 flights of stairs as apartments have very high ceilings and lift too tiny to use unless very small person.not suitable for disabled.other places l have stayed in Rome tell you these things before you book and always had complimentary basics just to save you shopping straight away.it was no joke getting there and then having to walk back down 12 flights to get supplies, good job l had younger relatives with me.
• Ilona (9/5): The place is very nice and location is grate. - The location is grate! The apartment is big and nice. The host was very nice and helpful. We got all the information about key location and rtc only after arriving to the place. So it took time to fill all the declaration and documentations. After a long flight it was a little bit annoying. I think that all the documentation part can be done day or two before arrival. There is a smell of sewage in one of the bathrooms.
• You (6/5): Generally pleasant overall, and nice neighbourhood. - Convenient and there was enough room for our family of 6. It was on the 4th floor with no real elevator. I have osteoarthritis in the knees and it was painful going up and down the stairs everyday. This was not mentioned in the description of the property. There was also no toilet paper when we arrived. It was 10pm and difficult to know where supermarkets are at that time of the night. Thank goodness we had brought some with us from the last property we were in!
• Emma (5/5): Great location but wouldn’t stay here again. - Location is 15 min or less to the popular tourist sights. It was hot. Apartment has a/c in only one room. They had two ceiling fans but the blades were put in wrong so the air was pushed up and not down to help cool the room. There is no dryer- just a washer. So they need to update the amenities on the advertisement. WiFi access was not reliable. They had a portable link device- good in theory just didn’t work well for us. We had to constantly reset and reboot it to try to get it to work. Manager was nice but I had ask her for more than any other property we’ve ever stayed at - like how to access the WiFi. After people arrive and put their stuff down they want WiFi- i feel the instructions should have been provided without me asking. This property could benefit from a welcome book to include WiFi instructions at the property. The check in instructions could be improved with pictures. There is a rental property next door with almost the same name and it was confusing for this weary traveler. Pics would help for the multilingual clientele that I’m sure this property helps.
• Shelley (7/5): Great location for Roman City Break - Location was great. Within walking distance to most attractions. Apartment was clean and large. Loved the cafe downstairs. Great after a long day of travelling. Couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work and there was only air con in one room. Luckily Rome wasn’t too hot so it wasn’t an issue.

• Amanda (8/5): Fantastic location - The location was fantastic. It was nice to have 2 ensuite rooms as we were 2 couples. Mobile WiFi was a great bonus. More of a lounge area would have been nice. Normal size tea cups, there were only tiny expresso cups.

• Anonymous (10/5): Great location and lovely apartment - The apartment is very comfortable and well located (kind of half way between Repubblica metro and Cavour metro). There are two bars nearby for breakfast and lots of restaurants in Via del Boschetto. The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has everything you need. Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is an extremely tiny lift. Just a small silly thing but there were no large cups to make tea or cappuccino. There were only smaller cups for espresso.

Superior location - Accommodations were adequate if somewhat spartan but the location was excellent--close to the Forum, the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. And less than 1.5km from the Pantheon. Also had a quite good restaurant and bar right next door. Beds were rather hard and the showers were cramped

• Germana (9/5): A great stay in Rome! - The property is amazing, spacious and modern with all the facilities required. The location is good. The host is amazing! Getting in the property was a challenge, we hadn’t received instructions beforehand. Thank God the restaurant next door offered us free wifi to contact the host and she responded ASAP. It was almost impossible to sleep in the room that didn’t have AC during summer. if possible the host may consider putting a standing split unit. fans were not helpful. The washing machine was Brocken but the host was really kind and she took our clothes (they were quite a lot) and helped with laundry. so kind of her! WiFi didn’t work throughout our stay.
