Tous les équipements exterieurs sont salles hormis la piscine qui elle meme est propre mais rien autour mais elle est froide. Pas de service. Rien à voir avec les photos

Emplacement éloigné de tout, difficile accès à la plage, résidence salle avec plein de travaux et de bruit. Piscine hors service, cafétéria fermée. As déconseiller. Fuyez !

- Ghita (8/5): - J ai trouvé un grand cafard dans la salle de bain le 1er jour et le dernier jour un lézard dans la Chambre .sinon le personnel est excellent et ça correspondait à mes critères ( proche de l hôpital ), je n ai pas du tout profité de l ensemble de l établissement je rentrais très tard le soir juste pour dormir et je quittais tôt le matin

- Zupanic (3/5): Ne bih ponovno rezervirao ovaj apartman te nikome drugome preporucio da ga rezervira. Slike nisu niti priblizno slicne s - Bazen je uredan i cist , pristupacan. Parking je odlicno osmisljen. Apartman je bio prljav, ne nalikuje nimalo slikama apartmana koje se nalaze na bookingu. Od buba u kuhinji, jako jadno uredenog cijelog prostora te cistoce kreveta bilo je uzasno.

- Elena (5/5): - Tranquillo e struttura con potenzialità Struttura sporca e trascurata a partire dagli appartamenti che sono tra l'altro scomodi ,non avendo balconi o terazze. Zona giardino carina ma non curata stessa cosa vale per la piscina . All' esterno del residence c' era sporcizia ovunque e non è un bell' impatto essendo la cosa principale che si nota arrivando. Confusione ovunque, mobili e sedie ammassate o lasciate in giro a caso.CI siamo fatte cambiare l' appartamento appena arrivate in quanto quello a noi assegnato era nella parte più bassa ,molto umido e maleodorante. L' appartamento assegnato dopo però era comunque sporco e appena entrati c' era un forte odore di fumo. Struttura da rivedere completamente! Non la consiglierei

- Tzannis (8/5): Bello ma non adatto a tutti - Staff sempre col sorriso, accogliente, molto molto disponibile. Davvero prezioso Pramod. La struttura ha un potenziale incredibile. Grande, giardino meraviglioso, piscina grande, molto ben tenuta. Appartamento grande, molto pulito. Sta all'ospite mantenerlo. Cucinino piccolo, ma con tutto ciò che serve. La posizione permette di stare nella quite. Zero rumori. Ma ci vuole un mezzo per spostarsi, anche una bici è sufficiente. Diversamente è tutto un po lontano o faticoso. Alcuni aspetti all'esterno sono da ammodernare. Bisogna andare oltre i dettagli. Potrebbe essere aggiunto qualche servizio, anche banale, come macchinette per acqua e snacks.

- Marjiam (4/5): Niet meer terug - Mooie uitzocht, de zwembad is ook mooi met palmbomen. Het is klein appartment onder de trap :) ik heb voor 3 dagen 998 betaald wat echt niet waard is!! Het stond erg naar riool en het is erg warm zelf ga ik daar nooit meer terug.

- Rubén (5/5): Cumple - Piscina muy chula, gimnasio bien equipado con aire y música, parking gratuito. Muchos bichos como por ejemplo arañas y cucarachas, el lugar está en reformas, bastante suciedad. Nuestro apartamento carecía de casi luz, no teníamos donde secar la ropa. El recepcionista muy simpático pero no sabe hablar español, en un apartamento en España…; nosotros porque sabemos inglés pero si no es complicado.

Cadre calme et apaisant. - Magnifique séjour à la CASADELMAR où nous avons très bien été accueillies dans un cadre magnifique: vue mer d’un côté + vue montagne à l’opposé. La piscine, les espaces extérieurs ainsi que l’intérieur du logement sont très bien entretenus. Notre hôte a été à l’écoute et réactif pour les demandes et suggestions sur les commodités autour de l’hôtel. Je recommande ++! A savoir: voiture nécessaire pour se déplacer facilement les alentours. Centre ville Marbella à 7mn, majorité des coins attractifs à moins de 10min.

- Giacinto Valentino (7/5): Grazie Pramod ci hai salvato da una situazione veramente spiacevole. - l'Host è stato gentilissimo anche perchè a seguito di una disavventura, la nostra prenotazione precedente presso un altro B&B era saltata e ci siamo trovati a 1500 km da casa senza un posto ove pernottare e passare la nostra settimana di ferie. Pramod, il titolare è stato supergentile e disponibile. Appena ricevuta la prenotazione si è letteralmente fiondato per darci l'accoglienza, tutto nell'arco di poche deccine di minuti. Il locale è sulle colline sopra Marbella, un pochino scomodo da raggiungere, ma corredato di una grossa piscina con giardino e lettini ove rilassarsi e prendere il sole. Le camere sono di dimensioni medie ma con l'indispensabile. Il tavolino per pranzare è un po' piccolino e ci sono solo pochissime prese di corrente e parecchi elettrodomestici elettrici, pertanto siamo stati costretti a chiedere a Pramod una prolunga per poterli utilizzare. Nel complesso lo consiglio vivamente. Migliorerei la pulizia che non è delle migliori

- OmAlBanin (8/5): Väldigt nöjd med den korta tiden trivdes bra önskade kunde stanna mer och - Nästan allt fanns i rummet med kök och dusch. Tv och tillgång till WIFi. Lugn miljö inte många gäster som skapar oljud. Man kan slappna av ordentlig i denna miljö. Myror överallt, gym kan bli bättre med högtalare och AC och luft. Kanske en liten kiosk eller maskin för att kunna köpa vissa grejer.

- Dominika (10/5): Ogólnie super ! - Bardzo czysto w pokojach, przemiła obsługa. Cisza i spokój. Idealne miejsce, aby naprawdę odpocząć i się zregenerować. Pokoje bardzo czyste, odświeżone, przestronne, dużo miejsca na przechowywanie ubrań w środku. Plusem jest oddzielna kuchnia w pokoju. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, prawdopodobnie materace były niedawno wymieniane. Czysty basen, leżaki wokół , miejsce na grilla i widoki na morze. Spora odległość od miasta, jeśli ktoś nie posiada samochodu, trzeba iść jakies 40 min. Dużym minusem jest, że nie ma w środku jakiegoś baru, gdzie można byłoby zakupić jakieś przekąski, czy picie. Najbliższy sklep na piechotę jest tak z 20 min, co nie jeste jakaś duża odległością, ale jednak zawsze trzeba już przejść w upale. Możliwe, że jest taka możliwość w pełni sezonu, że można coś zakupić, jednak podczas naszego pobytu, nie było takiej możliwości. Brakuje też czajników w pokoju, gdyby ktoś potrzebował wrzątku do zalania kawy czy herbaty.

- rebecca (10/5): Loved it would stay again - The property is lovely and very clean. It is only about a 10 -15 min drive from Marbella centre , and there is also a bus close by. The staff are very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again. The bed is quite uncomfortable but other than this no faults.

- Günter (8/5): Schöner Kurztripp nach Marbella. - Aslan, der Besitzter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles sehr zweckmäßig und die Lage war für uns Perfekt. Leider fanden gerade Renovierungsarbeiten der Außenanlagen statt was uns aber nicht weiter störte.
