Ariadnafh2 (9/5): Molt tranquil - El llit era bastant còmode. La cuina completa i el bany molt net i ample. La dutxa tenia la temperatura i pressió perfecta. Els amfitrions van ser molt amables i atents en tot moment, disposats a ajudar-nos en tot el que necessitessim. Tot i que no es pot fumar a l'apartament, l'habitació fa bastanta pudor a tabac. La piscina del Spa estava plena de nens cridant i jugant amb joguines i flotadors. Entenem que si es tracta d'un Spa, hauria d'haver-hi silenci i no s'hauria de permetre que els nens juguéssin en aquesta zona. La resta del Spa, en general molt bé, encara que hi havia coses que no funcionaven.

Tanja (10/5): Excellent stay! - Excellent communication with the host. Appartment is nice, clean and cozy. Kitchen fully equipped with all necessary utensils. The appartment is in a building with lift in a secured compound with parking as a part of St Ivan Rilski resort. The spa was amazing, 2 minutes out of the building with lockers and changing rooms. Bath robes, slippers and towels were provided from the accommodation. Overall excellent stay! Coffee should have been complimentary.
Arnaud (10/5): Great relax in Spa sorrounded by mountains - The surrounding is very quiet, the spa is amazing and you have a free shuttle to the Ski lift (gondola) from the main entrance. The hosts are very nice and willing to make ypur stay enjoyable. Nothing that might impact your vacation

Antonio (10/5): It is the perfect place for a holiday for relaxing. - Everything was perfect. The bathroom was large, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you needed. A nice and spacious balcony was also available. The SPA is very close, there was a parking space for the care. We have a really nice time at this place. Nothing - everything was great.

Ruben (10/5): We enjoyed the autumn colours of the trees around Bansko, the beautiful walks in the forest and the hot chocolates in th - One of the best accomodation we have stayed in. We were genuinely surprised how much we felt like home. The location is excellent, the apartment is new, modern and well equiped. We had everything we needed to cook our dinners. We were also happy to find an espresso machine and some coffee capsules offered by the owner. Quiet location, just 5 minutes walk from the center. The spa area was clean and fully functional. The host is very friendly, easy to comunicate and very helpful. A big 10/10 from us. We’ll definitely visit again.
