• Robert (10/5): Comfortable apartment outside city proper. - Owner met us and took me right to parking around corner. Location just outside of city which was what we needed. A 20 minute walk to get near sights, 15 to train station area. Place was large and clean. Only stayed a day in between stops for us. Some steps to climb with luggage but manageable. As described. Area seemed safe. Enjoyed our stay.

• Elena (8/5): Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger zentrumsnaher Lage - Die Wohnung war sehr schön, man konnte zur Fuß in die Stadt laufen. Eine Bushaltestelle und ein (leider kleiner und schlecht sortierter) Supermarkt sind direkt vor dem Haus. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants und ein weiterer Supermarkt. Die Lösung mit dem Parkplatz fand ich sehr gut und praktisch. Die Küche war eher spartanisch ausgestattet, einige wichtige Dinge (wie z.B. Nudelsieb) haben gefehlt. Auch war das Geschirr teilweise schlecht gespült. Der Spülschwamm war voll brauner Flecken, mir wurde beim Angucken richtig schlecht. So ein Schwamm kostet ein Paar Cent, warum wirft man so etwas nicht einfach weg? Die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht richtig gekühlt. Trotz Abdunkeln haben wir nie unter 29 Grad in der Wohnung gehabt. Im oberen Schlafzimmer hat man schier keine Luft bekommen.

• 4TravelBugs (10/5): Highly recommend - The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Spacious apartment with comfortable beds, two toilets, and a kitchen. This apartment has everything you need. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, so keep that in mind if you're bringing heavy luggage.

• Edith (8/5): Very good - It was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Good location. About 20 min walk to the center, we like to walk so we enjoyed it. The bus station is right there around the corner, and the tram station is about 7 min walk. It needed little things like napkins or paper towel, and a kitchen cleaning cloth, like the ones to clean the counter. It is not a big deal, but having a kitchen, I think those items are a must.

This apartment was within easy reach of all the tourist hotspots and train station by bus. Highly recommend!

It is cozy, clean, and the host Silvia was very nice and reacted quite faster whenever we had a question or request. It is 25/30 minutes by foot to the center, as expected, but there is a bus or It is possible to get a Taxi, if necessary. Would come back! Nothing
• Quiciano (10/5): Exceptional - Silvia was an extremely kind and attentive host. She waited for us to arrive into town so we could stow our bags since we arrived before check in. But she even managed to have the place quickly cleaned for an earlier check in. She gave us bus routes to use and told us where the market is. Place was beautiful and clean, and very comfortable. No complaints at all. Honestly it was all great in my opinion. No complaints.

• Luljeta (10/5): We felt like Florentines😁 - Me and my family loved Savieri appartment, the renovation of that place is amazing, the combination of modern and old gives that place a unique vibe. The heating was still not on, due to city policy, and since the place is spacious it was difficult to heat it only with AC.
• Musfiqur (9/5): Good but no elevator - Everything other than the stairs. The property is located at 2nd floor and it does not have any elevator. If you have more than 1 luggage or heavy luggage it becomes a real pain.

Location is OK, but not so close to center. For 5 person it will be great....we were only 2 persons - it was OK for us Upstairs it is a sofa with TV. Quite cinfortable. Not so close by foot to the center. By bus around 25-30min. If you have Google Maps it's easy. The station is at 200 m. It was not a problem for us. The closet is small for 5 persons - for 2 it works. Not many favilities around.

• Evelyn (9/5): Overall really great! Great host and place. - Met when we arrived, place was very nice and clean, great location close to trains and city centre. The two flights of stairs is a bit of a mission with so many suitcases, but we were warned prior.

A bit far from the train station and the major Florentine sights, but we love to walk so it was no big deal. The flat is gorgeous and comfortable. Matteo, who met us and advised us to visit the nearby town of Fiesole, was wonderful. Nothing. The place was outstanding.
