• Jack (10/5): Nice apartment - Lovely, very comfortable, and nicely decorated apartment in perfect location close to the beach and center of the old town. There is a major construction project going on next to the apartment building. The construction is not affecting the comfort of the stay in the apartment. However, it is affecting driving and parking. It is impossible to park on the street close to the building, so use the parking garage recommended by the owner. It would be helpful if the owner would remove the statement from the website about parking on the street and listed proper street address for the parking nearby.

• Rocio (7/5): - La amplitud del apartamento y su luz La televisión no funciona bien. No cambian los canales, creo que no hay antena o no funciona.
• Francisco (6/5): hemos estado muy bien a excepción de la televisión y la ducha el último día - estaba muy limpio y acogedor y muy buena ubicación y todo muy ordenado la televisión terrestre no se puede ver los canales normales de toda la vida antena tres tele cinco y lo normal porque no tienen la conexión bien y aparte el último día nos duchamos con agua fría porque saltaba el automático y entonces las placas solares no han dado a basto y deben de corregirse eso detalle

Se habló de una obra pero dando a entender q era de poca entidad pero se trataba de una obra que abarcaba toda la zona incluyendo cambio de direcciones y de planeamiento ( como la desaparición de una rotonda ). Los canales de la TDT no se veían . No había antena
• Stefan (3/5): Der Aufenthalt ist nicht zustande gekommen, wegen einer großen Baustelle rund um das Apartment. - Die Lage, aber ohne Baustelle. Der Aufenthalt ist nicht zustande gekommen, nachdem wir mit dem Auto nicht einmal in die Nähe des Apartments gekommen sind. Es sind zurzeit die Straßen gesperrt und rund um das Apartment ist eine große Baustelle mit sehr viel Lärm und Staubbelastung. Wir haben das Apartment einen Tag vor Anreise gebucht, weil wir eine Andalusien-Rundreise mit dem Leihauto gemacht haben. Jeden Tag eine andere Stadt/Sehenswürdigkeit mit neuem Apartment. Wir haben versucht das Hotel mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das war unmöglich. Wir haben dann irgendwo geparkt und sind zu Fuß zum Apartment spaziert. Da waren wir überrascht über den Zustand der Umgebung. Baustelle mit Lärm und Staubbelastung. Das wollten wir uns auch für eine Nacht nicht antun. Wir haben dann sofort Kontakt gesucht und um Rückerstattung gebeten. Leider kein entgegenkommen des Vermieters/Agentur.

• Nicoleta (10/5): - Apartament foarte mare cu două dormitoare separate, living și încă o încăpere amenajată pentru exerciții fizice, 2 băi separate, mașina de spălat vase și rufe, iar bucătăria este complet echipată. Am dormit confortabil acolo în acea noapte în care am rămas în Estepona. Nu avem nimic ce nu ne-a plăcut.
• Jose Luis (9/5): - Todo bastante bien en general. Y al ser invierno cuando yo fui, la calefaccion central lo mejor 🙂 Lo que no me gusto, por ponerle algun pero, es que los cuartos de baño no tenian ni calefaccion, ni un simple calefactor; cosa que en invierno se echa de menos para ducharse

• Inma (9/5): Un sitio recomendable y con buena situación - La situación del apartamento era bastante buena. Estaba cerca de la playa, del centro y en una calle de mucho ambiente. El apartamento estaba dotado de todo lo necesario, no le faltaba un detalle. Nos hemos sentido como en casa (a pesar del punto negativo que mencionamos). Recomendable. Cerca del mismo había una obra muy grande que impedía el tránsito con el coche. Fue muy complicado el día que llegamos llegar y dejar el equipaje. La limpieza del apartamento puede mejorar (las cortinas estaban sucias, había muchos pelos largos por el suelo del mismo y alguno en la bañera, etc. Habían limpiado pero algunos detalles de este tipo deben ser evitados, sobre todo con bebés ). La playa era mala (recomiendo ir con escarpines).

Located in a quiet and peaceful area, it offered the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The service was absolutely top-notch — the host provided us with very detailed and helpful information, making everything smooth and easy from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended!
• Russell (1/5): Today we are sleep deprived - New and clean, the gym was a nice addition. We weren’t informed that next Door there is extensive building works going on. The building works will be going on for many years. The noise from the building works starts at 7 am and is very very loud. We also struggled with a noisy Aircon that was hard to understand, noisy neighbours above keeping us awake until 3am and then the builders started at 7am on the dot. The beds are very small.
