• marcoalip (10/5): - Esperienza unica. All'arrivo devi telefonare e davanti alla porta d'ingresso l'hospitalero apri la porta a distanza. Sempre al telefono ti comunica il piano e la stanza e quando sei davanti alla porta te la apre. Camera perfetta, e bagno molto pulito.

• Anne (5/5): Good - Good bed. Good location. No personal touch. When calling the owner he just simply said only spannish and contact me via WhatsApp. If you rent your premises to tourist ,you can at least put some indications in English or just refuse tourists

• Beatrice (8/5): ESTANCIA SILENCIOSA - La ubicación estuvo bien. Podias ir paseando hasta el supermercado, ya que no estaba nada lejos del alojamiento. Por la noche una maravilla, nada de ruido. Todo muy silencioso. El baño amplio y la habitacion tambien. Algo que no me gustó, fué que las sábanas de una de las camas había varias manchas de no se sabe qué, por lo que fue un detalle que desagradó bastante, ya que esperas encontrarte con sábanas limpias y sin manchas sospechosas.

Generalnie spoko, nawet był mały grzejnik elektryczny + drugi w łazience Trudno oceniać obsługę na booking - coraz częściej jej nie ma, drzwi otwieramy kodem. Tutaj mogę mieć lekko zepsute wrażenie, właśnie przez ten kod. W jednej wiadomości dostałem informację, że kod będzie działał od 15, w drugiej że od 14. Tego dnia padało okropnie, strasznie przemokłem, byłem wcześniej, bardzo miałem nadzieję, że wersja z godz 14 będzie prawdziwa. Niestety nie była. Ten czas spędzany na oczekiwaniu, w deszczu, w pustym mieście, gdzie wszystko było pozamykane, pozostawił wrażenie, które pewnie trudno było później naprawić.

• Rocío (10/5): - Nos quedamos en este alojamiento durante nuestro camino De Santiago y fue todo un acierto. Casa completamente reformada con muy buen gusto, camas cómodas y entrada automatizada lo que da mucha facilidad en el acceso. Hay nevera en la habitación que se puede usar si llevas algo de comida y microhondas abajo en la zona común. Por poner una mini pega las almohadas para nuestro gusto no fueron las mejores. Aunque eso es gusto personal porque nos gustan más gorditas.

The check-in process was very easy, and if you’re not very tech-savvy just message the Hosts on Booking.com in advance of your stay and they will help.

• Monia (8/5): Schone kamer, rustige omgeving - Schone kamer in rustig gelegen gedeelte van het stadje. Onze kamer had een mini raampje, met tralies ervoor. Hoewel het een luxe, mooie kamer was, gaf dat als eerste indruk toch een beetje ‘gevangenis’ Inchecken kan alleen via een app waar je dan je ID kaart moet scannen. Dat wilde ik pertinent niet maar gelukkig kon de host dat via door mij verstrekte gegevens via whatsapp doen.

• Stephanie (5/5): Sleepless in Castroverde - The property was nicely done and was comfortable. Very loud location! I would have appreciated being told that there was a party taking place on the corner on the night I had a room reserved. If I had known, I would have spent my money elsewhere as I was unable to sleep. The festivities lasted until after 5 am. Because of the noise, I had to keep the window closed so the room got hot and stuffy (didn’t help much with the noise either). As a pilgrim walking the Camino Primitivo, I was looking forward to a private room but I would have been better off at the alburgue.

• Dale (6/5): Be aware that you must download an app in order to access this hotel. - I loved how spacious the room was and the view from my room with the balcony. The shower pressure was amazing after a long hiking day. The bathroom was clean. I liked how hallway lights came on automatically when walking through common areas but didn't stay on too long. I don't think that anyone should have to download a new app that they don't want in order to access a hotel. One, I don't need another app on my phone and two, I don't like giving my personal info to yet another entity. If I had known, I would not have booked this hotel. This feel is more like an Airbnb than a hotel. You do not interact with anyone whatsoever. All through the app. When I went to lay down, my sheets and pillows smelled like a dirty, sweaty hiker had already laid on one side of the bed. I do not feel like they were changed. Of course, there's no one to talk to. I had to message the hotel through Booking. Its frustrating not having the ability to actually speak with anyone. I was grossed out thinking that I would actually have to use my sleeping bag which made me annoyed because I spent a pretty penny on this room as a last minute splurge. It took about 30 minutes for them to write back and say that they are sending somebody over in ten minutes. All I wanted was to lay down after a long day on the Camino and I had to wait around to resolve this issue. The lady who came was very pleasant and nice. We changed the sheets. She assured me that the sheets had been changed before. She didn't know why they would smell. All I know is that the new sheets smelled different than the old ones.

• Marcus (4/5): Überzogene Technik in Jedem Detail aber vernachlässigte Nutzbarkeit, weniger ist einfach manchmal me - Neu renoviert, schön gemacht Trotz moderner Elektroheizung aufgrund des massiven Steinmauerwerk extrem kalt. Total überzogene Technik ( Tür öffnet erst nach Download einer App, dann Registrierung etc ) wir haben ca 20 Minuten im strömenden Regen vor der Tür gestanden. Was nach einer Wanderung im Regen der totale Wahnsinn ist. Aufgrund des kalten Mauerwerks extremes Schwitzwasser, der Boden war klatschnass. Die E-Heizung ist direkt am Bett, man wurde gegrillt.

Tuvimos que dejar la habitación a las 11:00 de la mañana, creo que la hora de salida se podría alargar. El método de apertura de la puerta, si te quedas sin cobertura no entras. Además tenemos el código de apertura desde hace tiempo y aunque te piden que no lo uses puedes abrir la puerta sin problema

App showed both myself & my friend were in room 105. We booked and paid for separate rooms. Messaged and messaged. My app opened room 104. My friend’s room was 003. Her app was changed to room 104 - once again same as mine but app opened 003. Madrid owners that control app must be totally incompetent. They sent local woman out and she was great. Beware of booking here.
