The apartment had everything that was needed 😀 The apartment photos completely matched reality. The apartment owner reacted promptly when we arrived in Malaga. We received detailed instructions on how to get into the apartment 😀

• Melupipa (6/5): Buon appartamento ma pessima accoglienza - L' appartamento era ottimo perché completo di tutto il necessario, pulito e a poche centinaia di metri dal centro. I supermercati erano diversi e a poca distanza. Mi sono messo subito in contatto direttamente con l'host e sembrava una persona molto disponibile e invece si è dimostrato molto poco professionale. L'ho informato subito che il volo era partito in ritardo e gli ho assicurato che lo avrei contattato appena atterrati a Malaga in modo che ci si potesse incontrare all'appartamento. Nessuna risposta .Prendo il taxi e lo ricontatto giunti sotto casa, nessuna risposta. Non sapevamo c'era da ritirare la chiave in un Key box situato su un palo a diverse decine di metri della casa e in un'altra via. Solo dopo averlo minacciato che avrei chiamato la polizia mi ha inviato le foto che mi indicavano il palo del cartello stradale dove c'era la Key box. Ritengo responsabile anche Booking perché avrei dovuto ricevere questi dettagli soprattutto da Booking. Il cliente deve sapere se sarà accolto da una persona fisica o se dovra' andare a fare la caccia al tesoro. Mai più!!
• André (8/5): - Boa localização, bom sofá cama, sitio calmo sem grandes problemas de ruído. confusão com a entrega das chaves, o colchão da cama já bastante usado e pouco cómodo, poucos produtos de uso de casa, tipo sacos de lixo, mesmo de casa de banho não havia muita coisa de uso regular.

• Esmee (9/5): Fijn appartement - Fijn plekje net buiten de binnenstad van Malaga. Met 10 minuten lopen sta je midden in get centrum. Voelt ruim aan, en buiten kan je nog lekker zitten. Iets meer bakjes en keukenspullen zou het nog beter maken. Bed is ietswat klein voor 2 personen.

• Irene (3/5): Muy decepcionante. - Ha sido bastante decepcionante la estancia en el alojamiento aun siendo solo para un par de días. Pero hemos notado mucho la falta de limpieza, de útiles de cocina y de atención al detalle. La limpieza en aspectos generales parecía correcta pero cuando te ibas fijando más detenidamente te dabas cuenta de cosas que fallaban. Como por ejemplo una de las toallas que nos dejaron que estaba llenas de motas negras que daban mucho asco y una de las mantas que había que estaba también muy sucia. Por otro lado, las pocas cosas de utiles de cocina que había como la única olla estaba muy muy sucia, los platos y los vasos más de lo mismo, el microondas olía fatal y los cajones en general estaban sucísimos. De nuevo, los utiles de cocina eran muy escasos y los hemos echado en falta para una cena muy simple, así que mucho peor si es para hacer cosas mas complejas. Y cuidado porque nos hemos encontrado cristales por diferentes lugares que no sabíamos ni de donde provenían. Y por último, el barrio como tal es un lugar tranquilo pero muy muy sucio, todo lleno de pis por todas las aceras que hacía que el olor fuera insoportable. Además hay que tener en cuenta que el aparcamiento es muy complicado y hay que tener mucha suerte para aparcar cerca, además de que va con parquímetro y hay que tener cuidado.

The bus/train station and Shopping centar less than 10 min. The patio is so nice, we spent time there. The kitchen is fully equipped. All the colors and details are beautiful. Well done. • William (4/5): Disappointing - The flat was clean and we were ar first satisfied. However during the 16 nights we had the flat neither the towels nor sheets were changed. I did find cleaning fluid for the bathroom but no cloths with which to clean. There was no plug for the kitchen sink, one saucepan we could make food in.( I wanted a kichen as buying the fantastic food available in Malaga and cooking it was part of the holiday).The fridge turned things into ice. The kettle stopped working after 3 days.I did report this but no one ever responded The hammock presented as a main feature was broken and should be removed before someone hurts themself.The shower door was also broken and difficult to open and close. The immediate area was wonderful and Maria and Antonio who ran the bar close to the building were fantastic.The restaurant across the road on Calle Don Christian served wonderful food. We have had many holidays in Malaga and have always been very satisfied with the accommodation until now. Perhaps instructions for the smart TV would have been appreciated. See above
