• Sascha (7/5): Decent stay near to one of Agra's train station - The hotel was conveniently located some 200m from the train station which makes it convenient to stay if you arrive there. There is a few food stall around the corner. The room had marble floor and was spacious and in general in good shape. the checkin staff was friendly. The noise from the street and that it was too cold and the AC was not functioning and could not heat up the room.

• Ghosh (8/5): Comfortable stay outside the busy Agra City. - Location is outside the busy areas of Agra. Room size is good and properly maintained. Mobile network is poor. No wifi available.

• Shaun (7/5): Space for improvement, but still good Hotel - Hotel was OK, could be better though. Complimentary water was provided in room, staff was friendly, bed comfy and clean. The hotel was booked many months in advance. When we arrived Hotel did not know about reservation and was concerned as a marriage was next day and that we're booked out. This also meant a room change. Noise from marriage was loud but could still manage to sleep easy, I think many Westerners would have trouble with this. Another negative thing was no warm water, I managed to wash myself, but a relaxing wash is something else.

• Dutta (3/5): Irresponsible staff made the whole trip worst experience - The room was just okay to Stay. The staff was not at all cooperative. They had a party booking at night and whole staff was busy in managing them. Nobody at reception attended the call , nobody provided a cup of tea , nobody showed up even after complaining. While talking to night management staff/receptionist, he just ignored and didn't even care to provide any staff for our dinner arrangement or even didn't take order. Nobody cared to refill the tea/sugar sachets in room. My mother got ill due to staying hungry for longer period. I ll never suggest anyone to stay here just coz of staff behaviour.

• Nicolas (8/5): Acceptable for the money paid for it. - Not far from Red Fort. I stayed one night close to Taj Mahal entrance and then spent my second night here. I picked it for the swimming pool, which was Ok (only used by me), it also has a nice garden (with noise outside in the street of course, it is India…). Staff (with one exception -a lady in the morning)-) doesn’t speak English at all. Zero! Impossible to communicate. They offered “breakfast included” at Booking, and it said you could choose Indian or Continental. There was no continental so I almost had no breakfast, even when they made some effort and brought some apple and banana in a plate, two plain toasts and a coffee.

• Jordi (2/5): Bad experience - The tuctuc who drove us there. The guy in reception in the morning was incredibly unpolited, annoying and for the last he wanted us to pay by cash with exact price as he didn't want to give change (in our case the change was minimum). I can't believe someone like that can work in a hotel. A part of that, the bed was confortable but there were many dead insects on the bed, so they didn't clean it since many days ago (probably not a lot of people go there bc of the bad location. We decided to go there bc of the -dirty- pool)
