• Marija (10/5): Great place! Would definitely stay there again - The room was spacious and very nice and comfortable, and staff is very very nice and helpful, especially Sema who was there to help with all that we needed.
• Berat Cevik (8/5): Great stay overall despite a few minor issues! - Great location and very friendly staff. Room was very comfortable and stylish. Spacious and well-lit bathroom. Good space inside wardrobes. Large balcony with good views, not too close to other buildings. Had to reconnect to Wi-Fi every day from all my devices and wasn't informed how I had to go about connecting so had to use my mobile plan on my first day. Breakfast was good but there could be a bit more options and hot coffee until the end of breakfast. The gym opens too late at 10am, not ideal if you want to work out early. Also, very limited workout equipment. The minibar wasn't cold enough.

The surroundings are noisy, with nearby clubs, a football field, and a mosque, which made it hard to have a peaceful stay. Furthermore, the room condition was not acceptable, as there was mold in the bathroom.

Geburtstag , und es hätte keinen schöneren Ort dafür geben können. Die Atmosphäre und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft aller Mitarbeiter aber besonders Sema die sich um die Gästeanliegen gekümmert hat haben mein Herz berührt – ein Erlebnis, das ich für immer in Erinnerung behalten werde 🤍✨ komme gerne wieder ,… P.s.: das Frühstück war grandios ☺️

• MOHAMMED (10/5): مكان جميل وراقي وانصح في السكن فيه والسعر جدًا مناسب - المكان جدًا فخم ومناسب وسعره مقابل الخدمة المقدمة فرصة حي ممتاز والوصول له سهل والمرفق نظيفه ومرتبه والخدمة ممتازة النقطة المذكورة في اغلب التعليقات السلبية للفندق هي وجود نادي ليلي قرب الفندق وهذا يسبب ضجيج وفعلًا يوجد صوت بسيط ليس بتلك المشكلة الكبيرة المزعجة حيث ان اقامتي كانت في الشتاء ولم اعاني من مشكلة خدمة العملاء جدًا ممتازة ومتعاونين حيث اخبرتهم ان اقامتي في شهر عسل وتم تزيين الغرفه واهدونا كيك وورد وسالوني اذا اريد خدمات اخرى

Personalul de la recepție, tânăr, dornic să ajute, dar comunicarea în limba engleză destul de greoaie. Aspecte ce nu încadrează hotelul la 4 stele: - micul dejun putin diversificat ( de exemplu, doar cafea la filtru de proasta calitate ; latte/ cappuccino, 30 lei); la ora 10:30 se strâng tacâmurile, chiar dacă te afli în sala de mese nu mai poți servi nimic - lipsa halate pt acces la saună și piscină - momentul de așteptare de la check out pt a se verifica starea camerei ar trebui regândit Se recomandă mai multă atenție la curățenie, nu doar golirea coșurilor de gunoi!

• Burak (10/5): Excellent stay, recommended! - The hotel is very nice and located in a good place in Istanbul. From my several years of experience, this neighbourhood is good to go everywhere around istanbul. The hotel itself is modern, clean and luxurious. The rooms are very clean and modern. Enough space! Had a wonderful sleep for a couple of days. The staff is also very helpful. There is sometimes a market near the hotel which causes some noice, but in a city which is awake 24/7 you shouldn't expect less.

The moment you enter the hotel there is a noticeable musty smell, and the overall cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. The soundproofing is also not ideal, as noise from outside easily gets in. However, they are overly persistent about asking for a perfect rating and will even message you on WhatsApp requesting a 10/10 review, which feels uncomfortable.

• Elvan (7/5): - The atmosphere was good. The interior was good. There was everything we need. There was a night club in the parter and we was at first floor. From 11 PM till 1-2 AM we hear everything and the most we hear add feel the bass from music. It wasn't nice for our rest.

Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die herzliche und zuvorkommende Art des Personals – man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Auch die ruhige Atmosphäre und das gemütliche Bett haben zu einer erholsamen Nacht beigetragen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und frisch, mit einer großen Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen. Zudem war die Lage des Hotels gut: zentral, aber dennoch ruhig, sodass man schnell zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln überall hinkam. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, in das ich jederzeit gerne wiederkommen würde.

Ho apprezzato anche il bollitore in camera con il kit di caffè e tè. Ottimo, anche efficace il servizio in camera. Purtroppo, l’unica cosa è la musica che tutte le notti fino alle due disturba .. mi pare provenga dal bar di sotto dell’hotel

• Mohamed (10/5): Exceptional Service and Amenities Overshadowed by Significant Noise Disturbances and Breakfast Limit - The absolute highlight of the hotel is Sema. Her wonderful, sophisticated, and cheerful demeanor, creates an outstanding first impression of the establishment. The room was also excellent, and having a street-view balcony elevated the experience from great to exceptional. The entire hotel staff is both cooperative and highly professional in their conduct. A unique advantage is that the hotel has only three floors, eliminating the common issue of elevator congestion. Overall, the factors mentioned above led me to rate the hotel 10/10, notwithstanding a few important reservations. The most significant drawback of the hotel, or specifically Room 205 which I was assigned, is its direct view facing a bar or restaurant that plays music loudly until 1 or 2 AM. Given the poor sound insulation within the room, this unfortunately resulted in considerable sleep disturbance. The other notable deficiency is the breakfast buffet, which is quite small and lacks variety. Most surprisingly, an omelet station is absent, and requesting an omelet incurs an additional charge.
