• James (9/5): Very nice apartment, good location, very friendly host. - Nicely decorated and roomy apartment, well furnished and well equipped kitchen with coffee machine. Quiet location within walking distance of several restaurants, grocery stores and public transport. The lift to the 4th floor was very tiny! Could have done with more blankets and pillows.

• Corinna (9/5): Geräumige Wohnung nahe dem Ku´damm - Eine sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung in der 4. Etage. Wir waren 7 Personen und hatten genügend Platz. Die Vermieterin hatte schon auf uns gewartet, obwohl wir eher anreisten. Sie war sehr freundlich. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Drei Supermärkte, jede Menge Kneipen, Gaststätten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, ein Spielplatz ebenso. Es gibt einen Lift, aber er funktioniert wie er will. Wir mussten öfters laufen, auch mit unserem Gepäck.

• Vadim (8/5): - Location ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Es war alles da, was man für Kurzaufenthalt braucht. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.
• Fjona (8/5): Zeer ruim appartement, ideaal voor grotere groepen, centraal gelegen, metro op loopafstand. - Zeer ruim appartement met 3 riante slaapkamers waarvan 1 ook als woonkamer wordt gebruikt. Keuken bevat alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Lokatie ligt vlakbij de Kurfurstendamm, op zo'n 500 meter ligt het metrostation. Ook het treinstation ligt op 800 meter en dus op loopafstand. Genoeg goede restaurants in de buurt. Grote supermarkten als Lidl en Rewe op nog geen 200 meter. Voor zo'n groot appartement was de douche aan de krappe kant. Met een groter gezelschap is dan ook een toilet in de badkamer wat minder praktisch. Qua inrichting wat oubollig maar wel schoon en netjes ingericht.

• Mia (9/5): - Sijainti hyvä ja keittiö välineitä oli riittävästi. Tilaa oli mukavasti. Sängyt mukavat. Yleisilme siisti ja viihtyisä. Tyynyt ja tyynyliinat huonot. Jossain huoneissa lattiat narisi ja kaappi jytisi kun käveli huoneessa.

• Fred (8/5): Eenvoudig en gedateerd - In het appartement was bijna alles aanwezig. Het appartement is wel gedateerd. Wel fijn dat er een lift aanwezig is zo dat je niet met je aware bagage naar boven hoeft te lopen. Het appartement ligt op een reletief korte afstand van de Kurfursterdam en het centrum. De douche bestaar uit een douchebak met douchegordijn. Deze sloot niet goed af waardoor Buiten de bak water in de hoek naast de Deur bleef staan.

• Jarmo (10/5): A big apartmant near Ku-Damm - A very spacious 3 room apartment.
• Rina (8/5): Prima! Fijn, ruim en schoon appartement. - Het appartement was zeer ruim, en schoon. Aardige gastvrouw. We zaten vier hoog. Er was maar een heel klein liftje waar je met 2 personen tegelijk in kon. Je moest vrij lang wachten voordat de lift weer beneden was voor de volgende 2 (we waren met ons vieren)

• Cecilia (7/5): - Nice large apartment with three beds for a large family. Kitchen had all we needed for cooking. Public transport was close by as well as a supermarket. Strangle they didn’t have a sofa or lounge for a family to sit on. The bath towels were very poor some with holes which was disappointing.

• Mathilde (10/5): - L'emplacement au centre de Berlin, les pieces spacieuses, la propreté et le confort, l'accueil par une personne réelle... Il manque une machine à laver le linge...et une deuxième salle de bain aurait ete pratique...mais on s'est organisé.

• Sirli (10/5): I would defenately recommend. Host is lovely and the price is very good for such a big place. - I loved the beautiful old house with extra spacious apartement. Super for a big family. Good location, bus stop and grocery store near by. Lots of dining places around the block. Everything was clean and there were even toys for children. Maybe a little bigger frying pan would be even better 🙂

• Magdalena (10/5): Perfect, cozy apartament for city break in Berlin - Comfortable apartament with separate rooms. Clean and functional bathroom and kitchen. Quiet and nice neighbourhood, U-bahn station nearby and just a couple of stops from city centre. Delicious gemuse kebab and German pub&restaurant just around the corner. I totally recommend! A little bit hot in the morning.

• Aiturgan (10/5): We would recommend this apartment for everyone who are traveling as a large group. - The apartment was great! We were traveling as a group of 7 people, and it was perfect. The rooms are so much better than on photos. :) The landlord is so nice and friendly. The location was perfect: rewe, lidl, edeka are 2 min from the apartment, U-bahn and S-bahn are very close too. Nothing.
• Johan (8/5): Very good - Location is great. 5 min walk to the K'damm. . Supermarket and a lot of restaurants around the corner. Appartment is really spacious. The curtains in the rooms are not functional. You cannot really darken the rooms, so you have a lot of light in the room in the morning. Some kitchen towels would be a good addition to the equipment.
• Ian (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location, very clean and spacious apartment. Supermarket, restaurants, bakery's all within a 5 min walk. Lots of public transport nearby. Brilliant location to base yourself in.. Tatjana is a friendly and helpful host. Very little not to like. If I was being fussy the decor is a little outdated, but to be honest it did not bother us at all.

• Partridge (10/5): Large, clean no-nonsense apartment in good area - Very centrally located in a nice area within walking distance of U-bahn. Little restaurants nearby for breakfast/ dinner. Felt very safe. Area was quiet. Keys handed over by Owner who was also in the building. Apartment has central hall, off which are doors to 2 x bedrooms (one with a cot), 1x living room / bedroom, 1 x bathroom which includes the toilet. Kitchen area is open plan with the hall, which works better than it sounds! Would book there again! Basic kitchen cleaning stuff provided which was very helpful. Nothing

• Ciprian (10/5): Great place to spend a week in Berlin with friends. - High ceilings, great area + Lidl 200m away, all necessities for week long stay, lots of beds, great value for $ Only 1 bathroom for 6 people. It worked out for us but this might be a concern for some.

• Janet (8/5): Very good - The apartment was is a lovely quiet suburb of Berlin. It was close to many restaurants and shops, a short walk to a big supermarket, and close to the underground train station for access to everything in Berlin. It is in an older building, but had everything that we needed, it had three big bedrooms. One of the bedrooms was also the communal space, but as a family that was totally fine.
