Mc (8/5): Very good - The actual apartment was spotlessly clean. The decor is lovely, really bright and fresh. The apartment feels very airy, the ceilings are so tall. Air con in all rooms. It was roomy for our group of 7. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. When we met the agent to let us jn he gave us a bag of coffee which was a lovely touch. He also recommended a restaurant nearby. I felt that I could easily contact them had any issue arisen. They were very helpful with check in. The lift in the building is very old school, another hit with the kids in the party. They loved it. The location near the train station was helpful as we were arriving and departing naples by train. The area the apartment is in is not great. The building looks very run down and you would never guess that such a beautiful apartment was inside. Having said that, i never felt unsafe in the area, just it was grubby and the rubbish was overflowing all the bins (this seemed to us to be a naples wide issue, not just in this neighbourhood). There were plenty of other accommodations in the area, it was not like we were stuck there on our own.
