• Salene (8/5): - We had a lovely stay at Spire West hotel, with an insane view of the Pyramids. The location was ideal as we were only staying a couple of nights to explore key sites in Cairo. The staff was very friendly, especially Yousef, who really looked after us, making sure that we got to the Uber safely! We also liked being able to access the rooftop restaurant - which again had a great view and delicious food. Wifi coverage in some areas of the hotel could be improved!
• TRACEY (10/5): Fabulous ladies holiday - We had a wonderful stay at the Spire West Hotel during our family-only ladies’ trip. The hotel organised airport pick-up for us, and everything went smoothly, even with half of our group arriving on two different flights. We travelled with our 80‑year‑old mum, and the staff were incredibly kind in allowing us an early check-in so she could rest after a long journey. We booked a suite and a double room, both with fantastic views of the pyramids. The rooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the showers excellent — great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Housekeeping was outstanding every day, with water and tea/coffee facilities always replenished. Breakfast was delicious, and the mango and fruit smoothies were an absolute treat. A big thank you to all the staff, who were always friendly and helpful. Special mentions to Yousseff and Bola at reception, Ahmed and the restaurant team, and the concierge at the entrance, who greeted us warmly every time we came in or out. The hotel itself is lovely, and the rooftop restaurant is a real highlight. We enjoyed dinner and drinks there — great prices and excellent food. Totally recommendable. A bit far from Central Cairo but positive side: pyramid views and close to GEM and pyramids

La nostra stanza aveva la vista sulle piramidi! Lo staff è gentilissimo e a completa disposizione e ci ha aiutato a organizzare un tour di piramidi e GEM con una guida privata che è stata eccezionale. al 12' piano si trova un ristorante con terrazza panoramica dove abbiamo cenato e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Consigliamo a tutti questa struttura per un soggiorno a Giza per visitare le meraviglie della città

• Risa (10/5): 素晴らしかった！ - とにかく綺麗なホテルでした！ 場所は路地を入った先にある建物の10、11、12階で夜に着くと一瞬ここがホテル？って思ってしまいそうなところにあります。ですが、中はとても綺麗で部屋も清潔感があり、シャワーも水温もドライヤーの風の強さも全部が完璧でした！スリッパやタオル、シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ、ハンドソープ、ティッシュ、ケトル、グラスなどがありました。タオルの追加なども受付に言えば毎回5分以内は持ってきてくださりました。朝食は3種類あり、毎回選ぶことが出来ました。また、ドリンクはジュースやコーヒーなど充実していました。朝食の際にお水をお願いすると必ず未開封のペットボトルを持ってきてくれるので、安心して飲むことが出来ます！また、その朝食会場のレストランからはしっかりとクフ王のピラミッドとカフラー王のピラミッドをみることができました！夜にチェックインをしたのですが、その際ウェルカムドリンクをピラミッドを見ながらいただくことが出来てよかったです！ 何より一番素晴らしかったのは、建物のロビーにいらっしゃる警備員？のおじ様です！ いつも挨拶をしてくださり、観光に出かける際には「どこに行くの？」と声をかけてくださって、いろいろおすすめを教えてくれたり、さらには一緒にUberを待ってくださったりもしました。（英語がペラペラというわけではありませんが、単語で分かりやすく説明してくださったり、こちらの英語も理解しようとしてくれる、とても優しい方でした♪） エジプトのUberは、捕まったと思ってもCashでの支払いや追加料金を求められることがあるのですが、そのおじ様はそういった事情をよくご存知で、トラブルに巻き込まれないよう、Uberに乗る直前まで一緒に待ってくださいました。 さらに、Uberが到着すると運転手に行き先の確認や追加料金が発生しないことをしっかり確認してくださり、本当に安心できました。 彼のおかげで、ホテルを出る際も毎回安心して外出することができました。 本当に感謝しています！ 全体的に見ても、日本人の方はもちろん、日本人以外の方にもおすすめできるホテルだと思います。 （ちなみに、建物の玄関には可愛い猫ちゃんたちが住み着いていました！猫好きな方は、タイミングが合えば会えるかもしれません。おじ様には懐いていて、見ていてほっこりしました（笑）） 特にはありません、が、立地がピラミッド入り口やその他の観光地に行くには歩くには少し遠く必ずUberやTaxiなどを乗る必要があるなと思いました。

• Marina (10/5): The best hotel with the most breathtaking view - Ótima acomodação, muito bem localizada perto das pirâmides, quarto novo, moderno e com uma vista simplesmente deslumbrante. A equipe é excelente, extremamente atenciosa e prestativa. Com toda certeza, eu voltaria muitas vezes! Não tenho do que reclamar. Eu já sabia que o bairro de Gizé não é dos melhores, mas isso não compromete a experiência, basta contratar um guia e um motorista para os passeios e tudo flui de forma tranquila e segura.

Restaurant on the top floor is really good and everything very clean 😊 All staff was very polite and nice. Nora at reception was very helpful to us, gave us info on the walking distances and even let us stay in the room 5 hours longer! We are very satisfied with our stay and would recommend Spire West for everyone looking for nice place close to the pyramids! Nothing!

• Tünde (10/5): - An excellent hotel choice with breathtaking panoramic views of the Pyramids. Located in Giza, close to the Giza Plateau and the Grand Egyptian Museum, this hotel offers a truly special stay. The property is situated on the 11th floor and features a rooftop restaurant called Heightopia, which deserves a special mention. The rooftop restaurant is highly recommended—a very clean and beautifully maintained space with an excellent kitchen and truly amazing views of the Pyramids.The staff at the restaurant are incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and making the dining experience unforgettable. The hotel staff overall are exceptionally kind and always ready to assist with transportation arrangements, general information, and anything else you may need, ensuring you feel well taken care of throughout your stay. Although the hotel is not located in downtown Cairo (approximately 35 minutes away, depending on traffic), it is an ideal choice for travelers who want to relax and enjoy unobstructed Pyramid views at all times. While the Wi‑Fi could be better, connectivity issues are common throughout Egypt and should not overshadow an otherwise excellent experience.

Breakfast was delicious, specially the oriental breakfast. Reception guy Yusef was very helpful so was the security man. Thank you guys. Wi-fi was slow. American breakfast.

• MARCELLO (8/5): - Abbiamo pernottato tre notti presso questo hotel. La zona non è un granché, così come l’edificio in cui si trova l’albergo (forse però bisognerebbe anche calarlo nel contesto geografico in cui ci si trova), ma se superate l’impatto dell’ingresso e raggiungerete l’undicesimo piano, troverete un hotel confortevole. La nostra camera era spaziosa e pulita. Il personale davvero gentile e molto disponibile per ogni cosa, sempre attento a verificare che tutto andasse bene. Abbiamo segnalato l’intasamento dello scarico della doccia che è stato prontamente risolto. L’hotel dispone di una terrazza panoramica in cui servono la colazione, e vi troverete proprio di fronte alle piramidi. Nella stessa terrazza potrete consumare drink e cibo. Noi abbiamo cenato due sere, lo consigliamo sia per la qualità del cibo che per l’accoglienza. Non troverete vino e birra (in generale nessun alcolico), ma siamo in Egitto ed è un limite piuttosto diffuso. Non si può fare affidamento sul wi-fi. Il servizio è offerto gratuitamente ed è presente anche un ripetitore nella camera che garantisce il segnale. Tuttavia la velocità di navigazione è altalenante e spesso non consente di navigare in rete.

Personeel zeer behulpzaam bij het boeken van taxi’s en trips. Gratis pick up service van airport (wij reisden met 6). Need I say more?!
• Victor (10/5): Modern hotel with delicious restaurant and located near from tourist areas - My trip was perfect in this hotel: located near from Gizeh pyramids & Great Egyptian Museum, the personal was very kind and helpful, the room was modern. Also, the restaurant up stairs was excellent: they are proposing different kind of meals (including European ones) and they are delicious (Egyptian breakfast, beef lasagna, chicken appetizers, pistachio cheesecake, etc). At the restaurant (also for breakfast) you have a direct view on Gizeh pyramids. I fully recommend this hotel!! Nothing to declare.

• Aunyamanee (9/5): Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cairo. - Love the room which is very big than expected and bathroom also, it's quite big and clean. I love Restuarant at Rooftop Hightopia. There is a fantastic views and very good food with affordable price. I stay for 4D 3N and I get a breakfast every morning, there are 3 types of food we can choose which are American, French and Traditional Egyptian breakfast. I like American and Traditional Egyptian food, it's taste is not strong and easy to eat for foreigners. The service was truly excellent from start to finish. If you book a qualifying room for more than three nights, the hotel offers a complimentary one-way airport transfer from Cairo International Airport, which is very convenient. Only the entrance of hotel at base floor which look a little bit being unoccupied which make me surprise at first time I visit. However, I stay there at 4D 3N so I am quite familiar with the entrance and environment around there so if compare with the big room, nice staff and very good restuarant at the rooftop. It can be exceptional !.

• Odile (9/5): A very beautiful hotel with a breathtaking view for my first stay in Egypt ! - It is a very new, modern hotel well located in Gizeh. Great staff, very helpful, professional and welcoming. The room is very spacious, clean and beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. The view from the rooftop is awesome and I could see a beautiful sunset from my room :)) The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and refined. I appreciated the coffee, tea and water in the room, too. Oh by the way, I found my ring again in my suitcase ! :)) I highly recommend this hotel and I wish to be back in this hotel when I am in Cairo ! The Wi-Fi is very average but the receptionists helped me a lot with the network :)) and the service for breakfast needs to be improved. Quite a few extra-charge products not included on the menu at the restaurant such as orange juice, butter, mayonnaise sauce and bread.

• Nisrin (6/5): Ok but will not come back - The view from the rooftop is nice. The rooms are modern. The staff in the breakfast area is willing to assist as well as at reception to navigate transport apps. The location is not so good, the lobby does not look professional at all. The rooms could use better cleaning in all honesty, I even wondered if the bed sheets were good washed. However the place offers room cleaning every day which is ok done. We had a bad beginning in the stay, as the hotel forgot to pick us up, resulting in having us to call multiple times in the middle of the night and wait very long at the airport while scammers were acting with us. I had to pay a huge phone surcharge for that. That was very inconvenient and scary too as we thought we were scammed by the hotel too since communication was difficult. Also we specifically asked a crib and reminded the hotel multiple times and got that confirmed, upon arrival we were told there is no crib. That was very disappointing and made our stay difficult.

Teşekkür ederim . 6 kız arkadaş 2 adet suit odada kaldık, ne isteysek hemen gerçekleştirdiler. Yine gitsem yine aynı yerde kalırım. Dışarıda hiç yemek yemedik hep oteli kullandık. Girdiğimiz gece biraz boya kokusu vardı, onun dışında hiç bir sorun yaşamadık.

• Jort (10/5): - Very nice hotel, close to piramids. We had our honeymoon here, and we had a special surprise gifted from the hotel, the room decorated with balloons and cake. Special thanks to Youssef for his hospitality. And a nice restaurant!
• s&h (8/5): Good value for money and a short taxi ride from pyramids and GEM - Room was good and clean with comfy bed. Restaurant was good as was the food. Very nice terrace with view of pyramids. Underground parking if required. On top floors of building and entrance not easy to find and entrance lobby a bit off putting but once on 11th floor everything was okay. Not walking distance to pyramids or GEM but easy to get an uber taxi. Not so easy getting back as both sites discourage uber taxis
