• Riitta (8/5): Myös ikäihmiset matkustavat! Kerrottava varattaessa selkeästi, ETTÄ EI OLE PERINTEINEN HOTELLI! - Sijainti erinomainen. Huone suuri, uusi, erittäin siisti. Sänky hyvä. Huone oli kylmä. Lämmitystä ei saatu/ osattu toimimaan. Yllätykseksi " hotelli" ei ollut hotelli, vaan asunto, johon koodeilla kirjauduttiin sisään. Ulko-ovi, rappukäytävän ja huoneen ovi toimivat koodeilla, joka tuli meille ikä-ihmisille täytenä yllätyksenä. Tämä ei käynyt ilmi huonetta varattaessa!

Mas, acústica de dentro do quarto não é tão boa assim. Você consegue escutar com facilidade o movimento de quem está no andar de cima.

A equipe é muito profissional e, todas as vezes que necessitamos entrar em contato, nos responderam rapidamente. A responsável pela limpeza é muito querida e educada. O prédio fica localizado no coração de Florença e com fácil acesso a todas as atrações, de modo que é possível fazer tudo a pé. Adoramos a nossa estadia e com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar no Magia di Firenze quando retornamos para a cidade 🥰

Pulizia superficiale della camera, da migliorare, soprattutto in bagno, nella zona caffe e sotto al letto Prezzo alto avvalorato solo dalla posizione, nessun servizio incluso.

• Robert (7/5): The room was comfortable and well-located, however the noisey neighbours made it hard to sleep. - The room itself was comfortable, clean and met expectations. It is centrally located, convenient for exploring the main attractions. Access requires climbing four flights of stairs and there is no lift, which can be difficult with heavy luggage. Poor sound insulation, several nights we were disturbed by loud movements from above, sometimes into the early hours and again in the morning.

• Harriet (10/5): Beautiful room but the Staff need to do way better with responding to their guests. - The room was absolutely spotless and exactly how you see in those pictures advertised. It looks newly refurbished and modern. The bed was beautiful and the location was perfect, a 5 minute walk from the duomo. There are also luggage lockers in the lobby of the rooms where you can leave your luggage before checking in and out. Be prepared to walk up four flights of stairs to get to the Room so if you have heavy luggage, it’s not the easiest as there is no lift. There is very little insulation above the property as a couple of nights we could hear very loud movements like they are rearranging furniture all night until the early hours of the morning. This then started up again very early in the morning. I also really struggled with the team of staff that managed the property. They advertised heavily in there welcome book and on the WhatsApp group around the main contacts for issues of which there were 7 mobile numbers and a main line. Not one of them picked up the phone or returned any messages in a timely manner so if we had any urgent matters, we could have been stuck locked out or worse.

Looking outside the window, we had the view of the Cathedral and it was absolutely beautiful. The toilet paper didn't get restocked for 2 of the days we were there so we had to go out and purchase more.

• Deniz (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at Magia di Firenze for a few days and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect — we walked everywhere, from beautiful landmarks to cozy little restaurants, and even the conference venue. The place has such a charming and stylish atmosphere, and it still feels really cozy and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely come back for a weekend getaway.

The room was cleaned daily, and soft drinks and water from the mini-bar were also included in the room rate.

Simple and tasty design. Great shower. Good facilities for a tourist who wants to spend most of his/her time walking in downtown. The room was on the second floor in an old building without an elevator. It wasn't easy to move the suitcases to the second floor.

• Ani (8/5): Very good - The place is new and modern. The location is perfect. Everything is in few minutes walk distance. We stayed in December and the place was very cold. They said that we can arrange the temperature but that is not possible. So if you go in the summer I suppose it will be great. But for the winter is cold inside the place.

We particularly appreciated the wide selection of coffee and tea and the presence of a coffee machine—this was a huge plus. Cleanliness was also top-notch, and the spacious bathroom with its accessories made our stay even more comfortable. However, what significantly affected our experience was the unpleasant odor coming from the drainage system. The smell was noticeable as soon as we entered the room, even with the bathroom door closed. We could only use the bathroom comfortably after airing it out for several minutes by opening the window. Unfortunately, this caused us considerable discomfort during our stay.

I wish there had been an elevator in the building. It was hard to carry all our luggage upstairs. Also, it was a bit awkward using the bathroom without having a lot of privacy. Even though the door closed, you could see through passers of it.

The location is fantastic, just a few minute walk from the Duomo. Contact with the host was great and any queries we had were answered very promptly. If you follow the instructions to get into the building then it is very easy. Be mindful that there is two flights of stairs, but that was not a problem for us.
• Bell (10/5): Beautiful place to stay in Florence! 5⭐️stars - The location was incredible and the room was stunning. We had views of the Duomo from our window, only a 2 minute walk away! Very clean and luxurious- stunning bathroom. Great air conditioning and natural light. Excellent communication with host- would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Bonus : you can leave your bags in reception in a locked cupboard on your check out day which was an incredible connivence. Loved this place!
• Viktar (10/5): Wonderful apartment in a convenient location with very a great service. - Exceptional apartment and exceptional service from the staff. We loved staying in the center so close to all sights and still having all the quiet we needed in the apartment. Windows cancel the noise just fine and having AC makes it even more comfortable. We were also offered very timely and neat room service each day. The apartment has everything you need for short/medium stay. It is also very clean and Before check in and after check out we could leave our luggage and explore the city without having our bags with us. Which was very kind and pleasant from the host. There is no elevator in the building and the apartment is on the second floor with some very steep stairs. It is already mentioned in some previous reviews. It wasn’t a problem for us but it should be considered when choosing. The check-in takes some time and effort to complete. It wasn’t a problem for us again, but it’s better to be ready with all instructions carefully read.
• Amjad (2/5): Very poor - I recently stayed at an apartment in Florence that I cannot recommend at all. The customer service was absolutely dreadful from start to finish. Whenever we had any issues or questions, the management company was completely unresponsive and failed to address our concerns. The biggest problem was with the electricity - it would frequently cut out without warning, leaving us in the dark. We made numerous attempts to contact the property managers about this, but our calls and emails went unanswered. It was incredibly frustrating and disruptive to have the power shutting off at random times. On top of that, the apartment itself left a lot to be desired. The building had no elevator, so we had to lug our bags up several flights of steep, narrow stairs just to get to the front door. This made the arrival and departure process very arduous. Overall, this was an extremely poor accommodation experience. The lack of reliable electricity, unresponsive management, and difficult building access all combined to make our stay very unpleasant. I would strongly caution anyone against booking this apartment. There are surely much better options available in Florence that will provide a far more satisfactory experience.

Easy to walk to most places of interest in the commercial areas of Florence. The room was beautiful - newly decorated and sparkling clean. The walkup to the unit was difficult for me. I am 76, quite mobile, but found lugging my baggage quite difficult here

We arrived late and it wasn't fixed until the evening of the next day. I guess this is the issue of going to somewhere with nobody on site to support. Communication back on what was happening to fix it wasn't forthcoming and no apology sent after fixing it.

• Anna (10/5): Unforgettable stay in this beautiful room in Florence - The location was simply perfect: just a few steps away from the Duomo and the city center. I could admire this architectural marvel as I walked out the front door, which made my stay even more special. The room is well furnished, spacious and delightful. However, what really made my experience exceptional was the kindness of the management. From the time of booking until departure, they were incredibly helpful and attentive to my every need. They provided great recommendations with a set of maps and trip plans, inside a pretty gift bag! I recommend this Residence to anyone who wants an authentic experience in Florence, with the Duomo at their fingertips and management that really makes a difference. I will definitely be back!
