• Vaida (10/5): - Convenient location with parking under the window, comfortable apartment with everything needed for a stay, comfortable bed. The apartment is close to the central square and old town. There is a supermarket in 3 min. walk.

• Agnese (10/5): - Dzīvoklis atrodas ļoti labā vietā - pilsētas centrā, tomēr apkārtne ir ļoti klusa. Ir bezmaksas auto stāvvieta. Dzīvoklis ir pārsteidzoši plašs, silts, interesants, ar savu auru, ko veido mēbeles un pie sienām esošās gleznas. Virtuves piederumi ir pietiekoši 4 personām. Tika saņemti skaidri norādījumi par dzīvokļa atrašanās vietu un atslēgām. Dzīvoklis ir labi aprīkots, pieejami nepieciešamie higiēnas piederumi. Nepieciešama atkritumu tvertne vannasistabā. Viesistabas dīvāns savu laiku ir nokalpojis, lai komfortabli izgulētos, nepieciešams jauns.

• Veronika (8/5): Great place - The location is great. You can find almost anything in this apartment, though new plates and cups would be good to have. If there are 4 adults, they would have to drink coffee one by one 🥴 The flat is very warm, even though it was -12 degrees outside. Some of the furniture is very old.

• Ede (9/5): Hubane ja ruumikas korter kesklinna lähedal. - Hea asukoht kesklinna lähedal. Ruumikas korter koos kõige vajalikuga. Magamistoa voodi oli meie jaoks liiga pehme ning diivanvoodi krigises. Lahtiste akendega kostab tänavamüra sisse.
• Jan Paweł (5/5): - Apartament z potencjałem: duży, położony w niewielkiej odległości od centrum (ok. 15 min. spacerem), z możliwością parkowania na podwórzu. Niestety, przykro to stwierdzić, ale mieszkanie jest zaniedbane. Sami musieliśmy mokrymi chustkami umyć blat w kuchni oraz wytrzeć kurz na oparciach kanapy. W miejscach trudniej dostępnych, pod łóżkami itd. nie sprzątano od dawna. Pościel i ręczniki były na szczęście czyste, ale jednocześnie bardzo mocno zużyte. Również łazienka nie była zbyt przyjemna. Myślę, że warto byłoby zrobić porządne sprzątanie, może nawet odświeżyć i odmalować mieszkanie, bo ma ogromny potencjał, który obecnie jest po prostu niewykorzystany.

• Krapu (8/5): Good location - Good hosting and nice apartment in overall. The buildings renovation in the ground floor has been done badly. There is a foul smell of mold and moisture problems in the staircase and you can smell it a little bit inside the apartment also...still for a short stay it was ok.

• Povilas (9/5): we were walking from this apartment on foot to old town, Ahhaa center - Location is great, near city center. it's an old apartment, so it has charm. equipped with everything more than you need on short stay. Convenient free parking. A small detail - wardrobes are full of home care products, so there's little space for clothes.

• Jason (8/5): Good value for a night in Tartu - Easy and quick communication with the host, who was very helpful. The location is good (easy walking into the city centre) and parking is free and easy on-site. The apartment is spacious, although there are one or two unusual features (there is a toilet spray which requires some acrobatics to use, for example, and the bed is small for two people), but the place represents very good value for money. Despite its location next to a busy road, the windows are extremely soundproof and it feels quiet and peaceful. Excellent fast wifi.

Good size living room. Two couches. Small shower, not so clean, older towels. Apt needed better cleaning & dusting. Noisy from street & parking lot when windows are open in the summer. No coffee or other amenities in kitchen. Freezer not cleaned. Small bedroom with soft mattress.

• Gatis (10/5): Great place to stay with family while visiting Tartu. - Stylish, sunny colored small apartment! Cozy for 5 people, but comfortable. The temperature was unseasonably cold, but the heat in the apartment was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, all appliances worked fine, shower worked well with enough water pressure and hot water for all. Plenty of parking behind the building. Food markets not far away. Very easy to find the apartment and many of the main attractions of Tartu are just a 5 minute drive away. Would surely stay there again! Mattress in bedroom was too soft for my liking, but that would be a very minor complaint.
