• Yi-Hsuan (5/5): - 便宜、包棟很讚 走路不用一分鐘有小車站，超酷、超方便 沒有免治馬桶，冬天不適合 打地鋪地板很硬，睡了不舒服 睡覺集中在二樓走廊很窄有點危險 評價過高於品質

• Qishan (10/5): - 电车站旁边，因为住在这里还坐电车去了大吉寺，带回了招财猫。旁边的pizza店，对面的咖啡店都光顾了。很有生活气息。 厕所马桶可以换智能的

• yua (2/5): 寒かった。。。 - チェックイン時にお菓子が準備されていて 子どもたちが喜んでいました。 給湯器が壊れています。 人数多めの宿泊向けではないです。 お湯が急に水になったり、お湯になったりを繰り返して 真冬に震えながら車で銭湯探ししました。

• Coffin (8/5): Ideal Abode with Children - This suite is ideal for parents and children to stay. The toys are simple but add to the home-like environment. The sleeping arrangements are cozy. The gracious hosts were quite hospitable. The amenities were easy to use. We kept quite warm in our November stay with the heat setting on the AC unit. The location of this suite was quite ideal! There are shopping stalls, grocery stores, and a train station nearby. Plus it's very close to so many other fun places to visit! The stairs to the upstairs are quite steep. Not ideal for children to go up without adult supervision. The train outside can be a little loud and constant throughout the night. But honestly, you get used to the train.

• TingYu (10/5): Osaka gorgeous living - 整體空間超級大，設備應有盡有，距離天下茶屋站走路五分鐘，樓下就有一堆餐廳居酒屋，CP值高到爆 馬桶不是免治的，樓梯有點陡，半夜想上廁所要小心
• Sara (10/5): Prima volta a Osaka! - Check in facile e autonomo, ci hanno lasciato un cesto regalo con degli snack super apprezzati! La casetta era confortevole e spaziosa anche per 5 persone. Non abbiate paura del treno che passa di fronte. Smette di passare in orari notturni, a noi non ha dato per nulla fastidio. Tutto molto pulito e a 5 Min dalla metro.

• Chen (9/5): Very convenient! - Close to the station and very convenient. Provided all the required amenities and the room is clean. Children were enjoying playing the toys. It's close to the railway so the noise of the train passing by can be annoying sometimes.
• JUI TING (10/5): 非常讚, CP值超高, 下次再去會優先考慮 - 住宿地點就在天下茶屋站車站步行3分鐘處, 附近有很多店家跟便利商店, 也有在地的澡堂° 整路都很平整, 沒有高低落差, 拉行李前往完全不用怕麻煩或是累, 整路超順超方便° 雖然門口就是坂堺電鐵, 但是不會很吵, 而且排個半日的電鐵旅程也很優先很棒° 到漂亮的住吉大社超方便, 查好班次時刻表, 上車10分鐘就到了° 從住宿點前往心齋橋、通天閣或是要轉車去大阪任何地方都很方便, 且天下茶屋是發車站, 班次很多, 幾乎都不用等就可以出發° 整體設計非常溫馨, 讓人真的很有回家的感覺, 睡覺在二樓, 活動空間在一樓, 多人入住時較不擔心影響到提早休息的人° 浴室寬敞, 有浴缸可以消除逛一天的疲勞° 備有洗衣機、洗衣球及曬衣架, 多日入住可以洗衣服, 減少很多行李, 非常貼心° 廁所單獨分開, 非常方便, 不用因為有人洗澡就不能上廁所° 有完善的流理台及廚具, 鹽巴胡椒、杯盤碗筷、炒鍋、湯鍋及微波爐都有, 行程輕鬆的人可以自己準備早餐或是晚餐, 可以省下很多餐費° 鑰匙會放在門口的密碼鎖盒裡, 入住前一天會提供密碼, 自助入住非常方便° 二樓休憩區是榻榻米, 會提供相應人數的寢具, 我本來就習慣睡硬的, 所以我覺得很舒服° 但如果習慣彈簧床的人, 可能會覺得太硬° 這次很剛好的遇見了親切房東本人, 雖然語言不通, 但是我們還是稍微聊了天, 且房東還要請我們吃早餐, 真的非常棒° 未來如果又要前往大阪, 絕對會優先考慮, 可以再次入住° 真的非常推薦唷 👍 因為是整棟的房屋, 且外面就是鐵軌, 夏天時節大環境因素, 多少有一些小飛蟲進到家裡, 但是對我來說完全不影響° 建議, 浴室內可以增加一張小板凳, 對於老年者會比較安全及友善°
• Aleksandra (10/5): Great house in a nice neighborhood - We enjoyed staying in the house with our 3 kids, we liked the neighborhood too. The house had everything we needed, we didn’t cook though. Sleeping on the mattresses was fine. The tram starts running around 6am which is a little loud if you are a sensitive sleeper, but we knew about it, so the noise didn’t affect our stay. It’s a very cute 1 car tram too, that we took to the zoo and the tower (pay cash inside tram)! Kids loved the toys in the house. In general was great staying in a traditional Japanese house after staying in several hotels. Nothing. Would stay again!

• Rose (8/5): Very good - The futon beds were less comfortable. And the toilet was without washlet. Apart from this, it was clean and spacious. Had a nice stay. My kids loved playing with the toys.
• Douglas (7/5): Good - Great location. Although at first you can't tell but we loved that it's in a quiet neighborhood with very few tourist traffic. A good way to get a sense of what living in Osaka is like, or at least a slice of it. Didn't mind the trams passing outside our door at all. In fact, it gives this property a unique charm. The property was well maintained & clean. Everything worked well for the most part (refer to didn't like section). It has all the amenities a family of 5 needs (kids between 8 - 14) for a short trip. Easily accessible via public transport. Convenience stores within walking distance and some quaint eateries for authentic Udon and sushi. Also it is reachable by rail from Kansai Airport without needing to change lines or trains. Being allowed to store our luggages earlier than the 4pm check-in time is a nice touch. Really appreciated this. The hot water system: our visit in November meant we needed hot water for bathing/washing up. For some reason, the hot water would come on for a while and then suddenly go cold. Some times, no hot water at all. It left us shivering in the bathroom trying to figure out how to rinse off the shampoo. Maybe I wasn't familiar with the controls. All I had was "On/off" & "set temperature" labels as guides. So I think more explanation on how to properly operate the control panel & use the water heater would be helpful. Beddings & pillows: comforters were great but the futons and pillows could use a bit more thickness. Not totally uncomfortable though. We still managed to get good rest throughout our stay. These are really small issues that can easily be remedied or overlooked because Bijou Ten Suites is a very good property, in a nice location. Definitely still recommended for anyone who is planning a trip to Osaka.
