- david (6/5): Noisy late night music spoiled a great 5* hotel/motel. - Well refurbished motel rooms, great bathroom, comfy and luxurious beds VERY LOUD music played, I waited until 23.15 hoping it would turn off, got out of bed and asked the bar staff to turn it off. Didn't, but turned it down somewhat, finished at 00.10. Details of the motel need to highlight it has very loud music immediately outside rooms until late in the night.

Unfortunately we stayed a Monday night and the pub was closed so didn’t get to experience it inside. Basically not much in Nyngan is open on Mondays!

The food was good and the size of the meal was large. no door on the bathroom, for the price of the room I would have liked better quality coffee and a range of teas.

Beautiful decor complementing the older features of the hotel. Comfortable bed, huge bathroom, tea and making facilities as well as a microwave in our room. Meal we had in the restaurant was delicious. Bookings recommend as night we stayed, the hotel was busy. Staff helpful and friendly. Hot water was lukewarm.

The Queen size bed in our room was soooo comfortable. I'm actually considering another trip back just to stay in town again. Lovely place. Its an awkward location 😅

- Williams (10/5): I’ll be back. - Clean great location, friendly bar staff and close to RSL if you don’t like the pub scene. Overall great Overnighter. Band was playing but finished at 1030pm. Night before Aus Day. No big deal just needed early start.
- Emily (10/5): Amazing stay would 10/10 recommend - This pub is incredible! The attention to detail and quality of the renovations is outstanding. They provide high quality kitchen appliances and utensils, super comfy beds and roomy bathrooms. The staff were disappointing. While the hotel and stay was a 10; the staff really dropped the ball. We waited at the bar for 5 minutes and was not acknowledged once. Walked to the RSL and when we returned again another 7 minute wait before we even got a “I’ll help you after this”.

- gayle (10/5): We will be back! - Beautiful, clean. Lovely and modern. Convenient with the kitchen on the property. Have stayed three times now and will be back. Very enjoyable experience each time. My husband knew to pack ear plugs for our most recent stay. He’s a light sleeper so could hear trucks on the nearby road. Didn’t bother me at all. Only other complaint (and honestly minor) because this place is exceptional - was that the air con wasn’t on when we arrived and it was almost 40 degrees. The room cooled quickly but just something staff might be able to improve on (because honestly can’t fault the place) for future summer guests :)

I didn't like having to make my kids bed and turning on the AC in peak heat after 13 hours of driving 🙃 booked for 4 people could have made the pull out bed for us. Cleaner needs to look up and get the spiders. Might be Australian hotel but its not a tinny.

Would have been nice to sit at the bar an have a few drinks an Finnish it of with a lovely meal but unfortunately nothing was open that night just accomodation, but we ended up over the RSL an there were no beer was cold an the food was exceptional.

We had the room fitted out for the disabled with no door on the bathroom/toilet which I didn’t particularly like. Complete lack of privacy but absolutely perfect for disabled access.

- O'Connor (4/5): - The staff were fantastic, the rooms are new and clean and it had a wonderful friendly feel. The rooms at the front of the hotel are 5 meters from the Highway and inadequately sound proofed. The noise at night from trucks was terrible and impossible to sleep. I got up next morning and went out the door from the room, which opens directly onto the footpath to check for tyre marks from passing vehicles, they sounded that close. We checked out early and they did find us other accommodation, but to be moved to a corrugated iron cabin in a caravan park outside town and be charged the same price as a room in boutique hotel was not warmly received. In fairness, I had booked 3 rooms and for family members and we drew the short straw. The other rooms were fine, but do not take Room 12 (or anything facing the Highway).
