• LUIGI (9/5): Consigluatissimo - Posizione ottimale. Accoglienza confortante. Servizi totali in tutte le camere. Vista ottimale , ambiente pulito inserito in un bel condominio ben curato Il bagno seppur nuovo e completo ha problemi di circolazione d'aria ,di cui non ritengo responsabile la proprietà .,piuttosto credo siano problemi fognari.

• Martine (7/5): Bel emplacement et très belle vue - L'emplacement à quelques pas du paséo et la très belle vue sur le port, la mer etc...depuis la terasse J'ai écrit un petit mot à la propriétaire concernant certaines petites choses à améliorer

• Solstizio83 (7/5): - Perfekte Lage: ganz nahe dem Hafen und Strand sowie zu Restaurants und Supermarkt. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Preis-Leistung war sehr gut. Sogar Thermomix in Küche vorhanden. Großer Balkon. Kostenloser Flughafen Transport von und zum Appartement. Gratis Tennisplatz mit Schläger und Bällen plus Außenpoolanlage zum nutzen. Schlechte Schalldämmung bei den Fenstern, dadurch kam Lärm leichter durch und die Wohnung war aufgrund kälteren Tagen vor unserer Ankunft kalt. War schwer auf Temperatur zu bringen. Geruch aus Badezimmer, 2 Fliesen im Flur waren locker. Geschirrspüler und Backrohr waren von Vorteil. TV hatte vertikale Streifen.

• Jose Miguel (3/5): Apartamento dejado e incómodo - Nada especialmente, que tuviera dos habitaciones y fuera amplio. Pues todo lo demás: es un apartamento dejado, que se ve que el único objetivo es sacar dinero de él. La iluminación es muy pobre, especialmente en la cocina, el cable de la ducha del baño se rompió de lo deteriorada que estaba, alguna baldosa del suelo estaba suelta, si mirabas en sitios no visibles como encima del frigo la suciedad era evidente, no tiene ni una triste bomba de calor, con lo que en invierno el frío dentro del apartamento es considerablemente. Además, se anunciaba con plaza de parking privado, pero el mando a distancia estaba roto y no nos lo dieron hasta el último día.
• Popper (9/5): mindent összevetve jól éreztük magunkat! - jó ár érték arány, jó kilátás tágas tér! Jó elhelyezkedés! Novemberben mi éjszaka fáztunk, nincs klíma amivel lehetett volna fűteni, de kértünk plusz takarót és kaptunk is!

• Iryna (10/5): Excelente. Merece mínimo un 9 - La comodidad, las camas super cómodas. Una es más dura que la otra, creo que está pensado en aquellos a los que les gusta diferente calidad de la misma. La cocina equipada con todo lo necesario, algún que otro producto de limpieza se podría colocar, pero en cuanto a los electrodomésticos no faltó ni uno. Las vistas impresionantes. Hay una pista de tenis y una piscina grande que abre todo el año. Cerca del apartamento hay muchos sitios para picar y está situado cerca del puerto viejo. A los 10 min puedes contratar un tren turístico. Nos encantó. Está muy bien

• Jan (10/5): - Czyste, przestronne mieszkanie w bardzo centralnej lokalizacji koło mariny (pierwsza linia). Dostęp do naprawdę dużego, bardzo fajnego basenu i kortu tenisowego (byliśmy jedynymi użytkownikami). Duży taras z widokiem na marinę, na którym można wygodnie spożywać posiłki. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Przy upałach, jakie były na początku lipca przydałaby się klimatyzacja (nie obniżam oceny, ponieważ z oferty jasno wynika,że tej klimatyzacji brakuje). Wadą tak centralnej lokalizacji jest brak miejsc parkingowych oraz głośne imprezowe hałasy z ulicy przez całe noce.
