• Nicolaas (10/5): - Geweldig mooi en ruim appartement. Mooi en met veel zorg ingericht, hele ruime kamers en uitstekende verlichting. Goede bedden en prima douche, zeer schoon. Locatie is geweldig, parkeergarage vlakbij. Fran stond ons op te wachten bij de parkeergarage, heel praktisch en hartelijke ontvangst. Vanuit het appartement ben je direct in het centrum. Het enige kleine minpuntje: er is geen broodmes en het andere keukenmes was erg bot.

• Maria Gislene (10/5): DE LUJO - No lo dudéis! Tras 1 semana de hospedaje con mi familia la valoración es excelente. Si en las fotos ya se percibe la calidad del apartamento en persona os vais a quedar perplejos. Decoración preciosa, buen aislamiento e insonorización. (Está en el centro. Por supuesto que algo se oye pero es mínimo. ¡No seamos quisquillosos!) Ubicación en pleno centro de Cartagena con posibilidades de parking (En agosto gratis por las tardes). Habitaciones amplias y confortables, baño ideal con plato de ducha enorme, secador y jabón, amplísimo salón con diferentes e interesantes opciones de iluminación. Cocina completa con lavadora, secadora, friegaplatos... y todo tipo de menaje. Adaptabilidad y amabilidad de los propietarios en la llegada. A destacar la instalación de aire acondicionado con fantástico funcionamiento en todas las estancias de la casa. Suelo, marquetería, techos y paredes de calidad. Camas confortables, sábanas y toallas con buen granaje y olor maravilloso. Office con zona de café y aprovisionamiento. Plena zona centro con múltiples opciones de compras y servicios de restauración. De verdad que los propietarios se merecen una buena reseña. ¡Perdonad por extenderme tanto! ¿Buena inversión de vuestro dinero en las vacaciones? ¡Éste es vuestro apartamento! RECOMENDACIONES: 1. Conoced la playa de Isla Plana. 2. A 2 minutos del apartamento acercaros a la Bodega La fuente y probad la tapa Marinera. 3. Disfrutad de un Free tour para conocer un poco de la historia de la ciudad. 4. Visitad Cabo de Palos si tenéis ocasión. 5. Volved a casa con productos locales y lotería de Navidad! Disfrutadlo!!! • Adam (9/5): - Plenty of space with all needed equipment (even sun umbrella). Great central AC. Well located in the middle of the city centre (I did affraid the night life noise, but it wasn’t a problem).
• Andrea (10/5): Best place we’ve stayed. - This property was in a great location, and the owner and his daughter were absolutely wonderful. We accidentally broke a key in the door while trying to open it, and they came out right away and took care of it. When we showed up, they were there to greet us and show us everything about the apartment. They even had little treats for my children (which they LOVED). This place was hands down my favorite place that we have stayed, and we will 100% book again if back in this area (my husband comes for work occasionally). NA

• Licete (10/5): Marvelous! Extraordinary! Just Perfect. - Frans house is an authentic unexpected gem, the house is much better than the photos show. It’s clean, Ac 100%, WiFi 100%, everything you need in a house is there…location, decoration, which we may say, every detail shows time and love. The private park is on the corner, 1 minute walking. You don’t need car in this apartment, it’s very centrally located. At the check in, Fran came to receive us personally, and differently from houses where we’ve been, from agencies, where everything is so impersonal, here you experience a totally safe and warm feeling. Our kids and us loved to stay in this apartment, so far, one of the best we’ve been, for sure one of our favorites! Thank you Fran, Anne and Daughter for your kindness and for such an enjoyable. Nothing! All was perfect!

• Teun (8/5): Very good - Nice appartement on the high street. Can be a bit noisy but if you don't like that, don't book something in the centre of town. Nicely decorated, good kitchen, nice bathroom. Fran is an excellent host
• Eunice (9/5): Comfortable, spacious accommodation, well appointed, excellent facilities, central location. - Excellent facilities, great location. Spacious accommodation, very clean and well appointed. Easy to find. Good advice regarding car parking. The outside street light is on the wall of the building, located between the two bedroom windows. It is very big, very bright and is on all night shining directly into the bedrooms. Black out blinds or curtains in the bedrooms would be very welcome.
• Jacinta (10/5): excellent value for money, beautiful apartment, would absolutely reccommend to friends and return - We had trouble finding the apartment, but I rang the office and a lovely man and his son came down to meet us and take us to the apartment. He gave us the keys and showed us where everything was. There was nothing to fault, loved it and the location was right in the centre. Only slight thing as we were two couples a set of keys each would have been good.
