• Celia (9/5): Muy bien. - El apartamento estaba muy bien ubicado, a unos 10/15 minutos andando del coliseo, restaurantes y tiendas de alimentación cerca. La ubicación excelente. El apartamento estaba reformado, la cama era cómoda y el sofá cama, estaba bien. El anfitrión muy atento, nos dio diversas recomendaciones. La única cosa que no me gustó es que el salón donde está el sofá cama se escuchaban mucho los ruidos a la hora de dormir, los coches que pasaban sonaban mucho y no dejaban descansar bien. La habitación que daba al patio muy bien, sin ruidos y silenciosa.
• Noelia (5/5): need to fix water issues - the apartment was big as we also were two people. We stayed for a few days but it had everything you need altough we just washed aome clothes: dishwasher, washer-dryer, to cook, big fridge, one big master bedroom and one sofa in other room when we take a shower i was the second one and has to have a shower with cold water, at the next day i was first and the hot water was almost enough. The water when you use the bathroom , the paper was almost imposible to get it out but i think that perhaps that was common in Rome.

• Giulia (8/5): Esperienza molto positiva! - Appartamento tenuto molto bene e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per una breve vacanza. Posizione molto centrale, comoda e vicina alle fermate dei mezzi. Ottima comunicazione con il proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile. Unico dettaglio da segnalare: poca insonorizzazione, soprattutto se si dorme nel divano-letto in soggiorno.

• Jeanien (9/5): Mooi appartement op centrale plek in Rome - Heel mooi en ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Slaapbank lag ook heerlijk. Centrale plek in Rome en leuke barretjes om de hoek voor ontbijt of borrel. Prachtige nieuwe badkamer en keuken. Alles goed schoon. Dus zeker een aanrader! Als je op de slaapbank slaapt, lig je aan de straatkant, die is best druk, dus dat geeft wat geluid. Maar prima te doen.

O apt tem excelente excelente ar condicionado e chuveiro, cozinha completa com lava-louça, todos utensílios e máquina de lavar e secar roupa. O host Roberto nos deu dicas e foi super prestativo em tudo que precisamos! Nada

• Duman (10/5): The best! - We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. The location is unbeatable — with transport options practically everywhere and an absolutely stunning view of the Colosseum and the city. The tea and coffee set was the best I’ve ever seen. Highly recommended! There’s absolutely nothing not to like here! Everything was perfect — from the apartment and the view to the amazing hospitality.

The place was clean, spacious, and fully equipped, with easy access to public transport. The host was very friendly, helpful and easy to contact. A big plus for the self check-in option. We’re very happy with our stay and highly recommend this place. It was a bit noisy at times due to street sounds, but it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t affect our overall experience.

• Vesna (8/5): Great apartment but sadly with no sound insulation - The apartment was big, clean, well equipped and in a great walkable location to all attractions. The apartment has no sound insulation from outside at all. You have a feeling that you sleep outside. It has some imitation windows, no PVC, no wood. You hear every talk and every car. Very noisy, like you are outside. There was no possibility to sleep in the other bedroom as well. Probably there was a restaurant that works during the weekend, so its kitchen is below the apartment and you hear all the noises from glasses, bottles and personal speak during late night hours. It is a disaster regarding the noise - a big minus for this wonderful apartment. The owner should replace the windows with real windows and then the sounds will be minimal.
• Joel (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. - Fantastic property located a short walking distance from the colosseum. You can even see the colosseum from the apartment. There are plenty of cafes, shops, restaurants all within a short distance to the property. Travel time in a taxi from the station took about 15mins. Easy and detailed instructions were given to get into the apartment. Felt very safe within a nice building block. 3 doors to enter the property. Apartment was incredibly clean, modern, and everything you need for a short (or even longer) stay. Bed was comfortable with the best pillows yet on our trip around Italy! (It makes a difference!) Host was very easy to communicate with which made everything work seamlessly!

• Samantha (9/5): Nice apartment but felt watched. - Great size apartment. Handy location near Colosseum. Good choice of restaurants nearby. Easy access to transport. Host was helpful in assisting us with a phone call and providing suggestions. Car parking wasn’t so easy but there was some construction of a wall going on so may not be an ongoing problem. We were supplied with one pillow each. My husband likes two pillows, we were directed to the sofa bed for a spare pillow although it did not have a pillow case. I then requested an additional blanket because I am a cold sleeper and my husband hot, I sometimes also like to sleep on the couch. I never did use the additional blanket even though I was directed to check under the bed. A couple of odd things occurred with the host. When I was napping around midday the doorbell rang. I got my daughter to answer it and it was the owner. I had to get up because he was alerted that there had been access to the apartment when he believed me to be out. My husband was out not me. Then he asked what my daughter was doing there. I had just picked her up from summer camp and we were departing this day. The host could have sent me a message asking if it was us that had accessed the apartment and not just come by. I then get a message after we had left suggesting that my daughter had stayed at the apartment. I am hoping it was the language barrier but it came across as accusatory and rude. I have evidence that my daughter had been staying elsewhere in Rome. I felt that we had been watched or tracked and it wasn’t necessary. It put a very sour end to our trip to Rome.

• Steven (10/5): Great value stay in the heart of Roma! - Clean and well appointed flat located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to all the main attractions in Rome. The host was excellent with communication and couldn’t be happier with our stay. Apartment had a full kitchen and a/c in both the living area and a separate unit in the bedroom.

• Dusko (10/5): Wonderful - Great experience! This apartment had absolutely everything (towels, toiletries, hairdryer, kitchen essentials, iron...). Beds were big and comfortable. Cleanliness at an excellent level. Perfect location. Communication with the host was awesome. 🙂

A bus line that stops on the street, all possible facilities in the room, iron, coffee machine, hair dryer, There is even a balcony, a dishwasher and a washing machine, everything you need for a stay the only downside is noise from people, cars, and seagulls at night, the apartment faces the street and is on a low floor, for those who are light sleepers, it will be difficult for them, I don't know how much the owner of the apartment can reduce the noise
