Maciej (3/5): Für Geschäftsreisende, die eine Rechnung benötigen , eindeutig nicht empfehlenswert. - Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von der Villa Augusta. Trotz zahlreicher Anrufe und Nachrichten wurde uns bis heute keine Rechnung ausgestellt. Stattdessen gab es immer wieder Zusagen, die nie eingehalten wurden. Über einen Monat nach unserem Aufenthalt warten wir noch immer auf eine Rechnung, die längst hätte übermittelt werden müssen. Dieses Verhalten wirkt unprofessionell und ist für Geschäftsreisende eindeutig nicht empfehlenswert.
Maik (5/5): - Sehr gute Lage, kein Personal sondern sehr unabhängig über Schlüsseltresor, Parkplatz vorhanden Mein Monitor daheim ist größer als der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer. Dieser war noch nicht einmal angeschlossen, sodass man ihn nicht nutzen konnte. Im Schlafzimmer war kein TV vorhanden. Auch die Lampen und Rahmen könnten mal ein Staubtuch vertragen. Es steht zwar eine Kaffee Maschine im Essbereich, jedoch sucht man Kaffee vergebens. Bei dem Preis, wäre es eine nette Geste gewesen diesen kostenlos zur Verfügung zu stellen. Ansonsten die Ausstattung eher nicht edel. Preis / Leistung ist daher nicht so gut. Sehr anonym ohne sich willkommen zu fühlen

Philipp (1/5): - Gute Lage - tolles Haus Zimmer war nicht gereinigt - Bettwäsche und Handtücher vom Vormieter - Reinigung konnte nicht zeitgerecht erfolgen und es gab auch kein Ersatzzimmer, so dass wir wieder abreisen mussten!
Thomas (4/5): - Zentral und freier Parkplatz im Hof Leider war es viel zu kalt, da die Heizung nicht gewärmt hat. Auch der TV Gerät war kaum zu nutzen nur zwei Apps ARD und Arte ansonsten Nada.... Auch die Vorhänge Fehlanzeige, Sauberkeit so lala..... Schade hatten uns mehr versprochen ,die Villa war leider enttäuschend. Bitte noch einmal nach renovieren 🙏
