- Wishart (10/5): This was such a unique experience! The owner is very kind and easy going. - Beautiful boat, nicely decorated. Lots of space to party! Central location. Bedding was clean and smelled fresh. Full kitchen with everything we needed and more. Every room had its own washroom plus two more. Full speaker system with party lights on main floor and upper! It’s a boat, so toilets were a little different; can’t flush toilet paper and sometimes when we flushed one toilet, it would come up in another.
- Valerie (3/5): Front end of the boat unusable due to black mould. - Great location. Beautiful views. My family rented this yacht from October 3-5, 2025, for my sister’s wedding, and unfortunately the experience was not good. One of the less serious issues was the lack of communication around bathroom usage. There was no mention beforehand of not being able to flush toilet paper of any kind. The owner told us upon arrival that nothing other than urine and feces can be flushed, everything else is to go in the garbage cans. This would have been nice to know prior to arrival as we would not have opted to stay here for this event. The more serious issues include: - There is an incredibly strong odour coming from the master bedroom area - discovered black mould in a cabinet beside the master bed, which is the likely source of the musty stench. - The owner brought a group of people onto the yacht deck during our booking, and then proceeded to put his face up to the sliding glass doors to peek in and got another man in the group to do the same. Our children were getting ready in the living area and were shaken up by the intrusion. I had to open the sliding door and tell them they were being extremely inappropriate and needed to leave immediately. The owner apologized to my partner later on, but this type of behaviour is creepy and unacceptable. - When we got up in the morning and were getting ready for the day, the sound system, which was not in use at the time, began billowing out smoke, so much so that we thought it was a smoke machine and not an actual fire. The smoke alarms did not go off, and when my partner called the owner to outline the ordeal, the owner did not appear to have any concerns over the smoke alarm not sounding, he did not check or replace the alarms, and instead he suggested using the sound system on the party deck if we wanted music when we returned that evening.
