Das Zimmer war sauber und bequem, aber nichts Besonderes für eine Nacht völlig okay. Das Personal war freundlich, Checkin lief ohne Probleme. Tuvaletten ağır koku geliyordu. Sular ısınmıyordu, resmen buz gibi suda duş almak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Çarşaflar tozluydu, her yer toz içindeydi. Duşa kabinin köşesinde yerlerde izmarit vardı. Dolaplarda kişisel kime ait olduğu bilinmeyen kullanılmış eşyalar vardı. Kesinlikle gitmeyin.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, nothing too fancy (except the beautiful design) but just right for a relaxing stay. Would consider staying here again.

• Ghinwa (4/5): - I booked a room online, and got totally different one on the ground floor “although i requested online to be on the 2nd floor” When I asked about other available rooms, they offered other rooms with higher prices “although I already booked the room”. No parking spots, the road to reach there is closed with cars “If you are coming by taxi you will need to hold your luggage up the stairs” - more than 30 stairs. I also asked for refund excluding the first night and they rejected.

Yatak benim boyuma göre kısaydı ama rahattı. Oda biraz serindi. Odanın kapısı kartla değil anahtarla açılıp kapanıyormuş bana anahtar bizde kalacak dediler erkek olduğum için sorun etmedim. Bunların dışında oda iyi kalınabilir.
