• Josée (8/5): - Super accueil de Marta et Helena! L'emplacement est top, près de tout, mais loin du bruit. Les chambres sont confortables, même si nous aurions apprécié une vraie fenêtre. Vibe d'auberge de jeunesse, nous étions clairement les plus âgés! Plein de digital Nomads au travail. Au moment de notre séjour, il y avait des travaux dans l'immeuble adjacent dès 7h. Nous sommes des lève-tôt, donc ça ne nous a pas trop incommodé. Mais peut être vous informer avant.

Vriendelijk personeel, spreken geen Engels maar doen zeker hun best om alles goed duidelijk te maken. Goede prijs kwaliteit! De kamer was wat sober ingericht. Wij misten wat opbergruimte en kapstokhaakjes. Maar volgens mij hadden andere vergelijkbare kamers wel een kapstok

• David (9/5): Excelente relación calidad precio - El desayuno es sencillo pero buena porción, faltaría agregarle una tajada de quesito o queso en la arepa y quedaba completo el desayuno un 9/10. La ubicación es en una zona muy tranquila y solo a 3 calles del parque principal así que 10/10 en la ubicación. La cama era cómoda, pero para una pareja solo 1 cobija puede llegara a ser poco así que 8/10 en la cama, la habitación era para una pareja, con espacio de almacenamiento, baño privado y la cama, mas que suficiente para estar unos pocos días en el lugar así que 10/10 en el tamaño de la habitación y el personal 100/10, las 3 personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y atentas a ayudar con lo que requerían los huéspedes. Solo 1 cobija para una pareja y las toallas muy pequeñas, nos dieron 1 de manos y una de cuerpo.

• Lucien (6/5): - Bonne explications des activités par le personnel Cuisine a disposition On nous a gardé nos sacs avant d'avoir notre chambre le temps de visiter la ville. On a pris une chambre double la moins cher et on était au rez-de-chaussée. La chambre que l'on a eu était très humide. En allant se coucher, on s'est rendu compte en soulevant me matelas qu'il était plein de moisissures. Impossible de dormir dedans, on a changé de chambre à 23h. On est resté une seule nuit

• Owen (8/5): I am sorry to be leaving. - A lovely introduction to the local way of life; relaxed and friendly staff and interesting and worldly guests. Nothing comes to mind.
• Mimi (6/5): Great location, not great room - Of the 2 days I was there, breakfast was served one of them and it was good. The second day the person came late and I had plans so missed breakfast. The room smelled musty and had no ventilation. It was not comfortable or cozy, felt like a closet.

• Justine (7/5): No English spoken. - Breakfast had a choice of freshly made hot chocolate and the lady that does it is really nice. Good location for the small town. No English spoken. When I arrived, the agreed upon bottom bunk had been given away. I had to use Google translate to argue and show them the messages agreeing to the bottom bunk. The receptionist blamed my late arrival (7.30pm because the journey from Salento took a very long time), so they had given my bunk away. After a lot of arguing and standing my ground, I was given a separate room for the night and changed the following day (still not ideal if you are only staying 2 nights). Got information of local restaurants and what to do from fellow guests and Google (language barrier and only a printed guide book in reception),.
• Eva (8/5): Very good - Very central location in the center of Jardín, we had a nice stay. The rooms are simple but with everything you need. The staff is very friendly. Definitely good price-quality ratio. Hot shower might be a bit hard to get but once you understand how it works, it is really good.

• Valeria (6/5): In a lovely town filled with places to stay, I'm sure there's a better option than this - The bed and pillows were more comfortable than the average Colombian hostel so far The walls are paper thin, so make sure you have a good pair of ear plugs! But most importantly, there is no aeration in the downstairs rooms (cannot attest to the dorms upstairs). There is a glass-less "window" with lovely wooden shutters that opens into the main area of the hostel (kitching/dining area), but you have no choice to close those at night (unless you want people literally being able to touch you from the dining room), so the room becomes very quickly stuffy and hot.

The host also helped us greatly with booking activities (horse riding and paragliding) and arranging taxis. We got to select one of the two-person bedrooms on the bottom floor. We opted for the one next to the street. This definitely had a plus as it had a window to the outside for some fresh air. The downside is the noise. The street is quite busy in the morning with motorbikes passing through

• Adriana (3/5): Poor - The people from the hostel were nice and helped with things you could do in the surrounding. They also offered to switch the room when there were bedbugs in my bed. They had bedbugs! Please check your bed before sleeping in it! I discovered one bug crawling over my bed when I wanted to go to sleep. They offered me another room, which I took. I woke up several times in the night and checked my bed for bugs. There weren't any. I also didn't have any bites on my body. So I believe it was only in that first room. They told us, that they will take care of it. I hope they will. Besides that, the cleanliness of the beds could be better. There were hair on the bed and on the blankets. The wool blankets could been washed more often.

The fact that it is outside of the main square let us sleep without the noise from there ! The bed were comfortable and the breakfast was really nice ! They take into account the bus hours and start breakfast at 7am to make sure the people leaving can have a breakfast ! It missed in my room a curtain to block the light in the morning but it is just a detail.

One staff person extraordinarily sour although most are awesome. Sometimes as a guest I just felt like a bit of a nuisance. Maybe I am, but I travel a lot and other hostels manage to be more welcoming.

• Samuel (8/5): Excellent value for the price. - Breakfast was good, nice space to eat. Space in main kitchen refrigerator to store personal food and drinks. Very pleasant international clientele. Shower water was only tepid because there was no large water heater in the facility (only small heaters in the shower head). Since many guests were young people, there was a bit of noise late into the night, but not terribly obnoxious.

Good value for price. I don't know if my bathroom was fully cleaned. The shower appeared to be dirty from the previous guest.
• Lise (9/5): Very good place to stay in center Jardín, lovely staff and comfy rooms, what else might we need? - The breakfast was simple but very good, there was a choice between granola with yogurt and banana or eggs and bread. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. The place is one of the most clean I've stayed in and they offer to clean the room everyday if needed. Not much to say, all was according to expectation!
