- Guezzo (9/5): Very nice flat in a lively neighborhood in Rome - Spatious and bright flat inside an old fashion complex in the Balduina district. The apartment has been recently renovated and has a large dining room, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A nice balcony is present as well. The apartement is really clean. Hosts left coffee, sugar, tea, olive oil and salt available, which is really nice. The neighborhood is quite lively, with a lot of shops open until 9 pm. It is not turistic, roman people actually live here. It is easy to park the car and then walk to the Cipro metro station and reach Rome's hot spots. Hosts are communicative and helpful through the check-in/check out processes. The price per night is a bit too high. The check in procedure is done thorugh an app on the phone. This may be difficult for some people.

It worked perfectly for our family vacation in Rome. Federica answered any questions we had promptly. The apartment was within walking distance to the Metro line A which was helpful getting around to all the sites we wanted to see in Rome.
