• Shakhruddin (7/5): - Заселились поздно ночью, чтобы просто переночевать, было чистое белье и ванная комната отдельная. Есть лифт, автобусные остановки прям рядом с домом. До центра Рима примерно 30 минут на автобусе. В целом для короткого пребывания, вариант неплохой!

• CarloVi (7/5): Camera comoda e posizione buona - Camera spaziosa e ordinata. Posizione comoda e con un tram/autobus ad altissima frequenza si raaggiungono facilmente il quartiere Trastevere e tutti i mezzi pubblici per muoversi in città. Pecca un po' di pulizia e di manutenzione delle attrezzature.

• Agnes (3/5): Nicht weiterzuempfehlen. - Die Lage, nah am öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Leider war der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war in schlechtem Zustand, vieles wirkte alt und ungepflegt. Es war teilweise schmutzig und staubig – besonders die Lampenschirme und ein kleiner Ventilator waren stark verstaubt. Dinge, die längst hätten ausgetauscht werden müssen, wurden offensichtlich seit Langem nicht erneuert. Die Dusche war besonders unangenehm: Die Duschwand war defekt, die Silikonfugen verschimmelt und insgesamt wirkte alles unhygienisch. Statt die Duschwand zu reparieren, wurde ein provisorischer Duschvorhang angebracht. Auch die Gemeinschaftsküche war nicht einladend. Alles war stark verkalkt, der Kühlschrank nicht richtig sauber, und mitten in der Küche standen Wäschesäcke – offenbar mit schmutziger Wäsche von vorherigen Gästen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist lediglich die gute Lage, in der Nähe öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel, sowie die schnelle Reparatur der Toilette, die direkt nach dem Defekt behoben wurde. Insgesamt würde ich die Unterkunft jedoch nicht weiterempfehlen.

• Tram (8/5): Quiet neighbourhood - The room is large. The neighborhood is quiet. Train and buses are just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Though located in Trastevere, the apartment is a bit out of the place as it is not in the tourist center.
• Mesay Menebo (6/5): - Beliggenheten, det er 1 min fra det næreste bus stoppet. De har ikke komfyr, så å ha kjøkkenet hjelper ikke. Og flere problemer i badet.

• Jakub (4/5): - Lokalizacja dobra jeśli poruszasz się komunikacja miejską ale dzielnica nie ciekawa. Zepsuta klima,pomimo zgłoszenia nie sprawdzona i nie naprawiona. Stwierdzono że jak się zresetuje bezpiecznikiem to będzie okey. Otóż nie było bo po 10min się wyłączała. Postawiony wiatrak w pokoju był cały zakurzony w takim stopniu że śmigła były wręcz w kłębach kurzu i do tego nie dział. Woda pod prysznicem nawet nie była ciepła do tego z deszczownicy ledwo co Kapała woda. Brodzik cały czas się zapycha i woda nie odpływa prawidłowo tylko robi się kałuża,która wylewa się na całą łazienkę. Do tego brakuje jednych drzwiczek od prysznica. Kuchnia wspólna. Z lodówki smord niesamowity. Do tego materac był cały żółty. Wszędzie kable na wierzchu,lampka od łóżka robi zwarcie.
• Peter (8/5): Strongly recommend - The modern unit was very clean and comfortable. The property is very secure and the bus 50 meters and tram 300 meters away. Supermarket and other shops all close by. I think it was good value for money. The host Fabio was extremely polite and contactable. I would have given a score of 10 except for a few things that need attention. Bad water pressure, broken shower door, kitchen tap broken, no easy chair in room. But none of these stopped me enjoying the room.

• Giles (8/5): In Rome two night stay - Cleanliness of the room and the quick response of our host. The road was a little noisy but not stayed anywhere in the city yet that didn't have traffic going on most of the time.
• Jana (1/5): THE SADDEST AND WORST PLACE EVER!!! VERY POOR SERVICE AND FACILITY!!! - Nothing... all Bad. Molto Deludente. Mai più. Worst place I have ever been. Do not stay here. They asked about my arrival time a day before. I told them I will arrive at 12:30 and they responded OK. I booked for 2 nights 13 to 15 September 2024. When I arrived, I waited few minutes under the rain coz no one is answering my call and no instructions which building to go. After several minutes I got instructed and told that the room cleaner will come soon. The room wasn't clean with dirty towels from the previous Guest. I went out for a walk and had lunch. I came back to In Room Trastevere Rooms around 4:50pm just to find out the room wasn't clean yet. The next Day we went out to visit the City and came back to the room around 9pm. No cleaners came. Not a good place to stay at all. I traveled to 54 countries... this is the worst place in terms of services,facilities, staff and location. Not even worth for the money and time. I will never come back again in this sad and ugly place even if they pay me. Never, Never, Never!!!!!

• Carlos (8/5): Very nice place to stay - The location was accessible in a nice neighbourhood. It was very clean and comfortable and the host was friendly and helpful. It was great that we could be accommodated well before our check in time. I felt we were rushed on our last day. Check out was 11am, I was only given about 5 minutes to finish my breakfast. Ended up leaving around 10:30 am instead. A prior notification/message would have been helpful so we could prepare in advance.

The AC couldn't turn on so the room was extremely hot and you can't open windows with the renovations happening as the noise is just too much. We found a few bugs in the bed which was gross.

• Kadriye (1/5): Bad - The building was under repair work.Everywhere was dirty and full of repair materials.Aircon engine was removed and put in the room.So no aircon at hot Italian summer?!Definetly not suitable for accomodation as long as the repair work continue.Extra bed was awfully noisy and old.Nobody pays to stay in a construction area.This place shouldnt be listed.
• Enwee (7/5): Good - The host was very communicative and helpful. Place was cleaned daily with fresh towels out as well. The building is currently undergoing construction work, which has caused some of the parts to not work as normal. (airconditioning is not working). Unfortunately the place is on a main Road (which can be quite busy), so if you are a light sleeper, you will be woken up quite a bit throughout the night.
