• Jackiy (10/5): Little Gem in the heart of Roma - Extremely clean and modern. Great window to look out. Our host even gave us a little welcome pack with Tote bag and a couple of souvenirs! Centrally located. Would definitely stay here again. Bed was ok, but a little hard. No TV, but that was not a problem for us, as we we sightseeing until dark.

• Julie (8/5): Very clean & convenient location. - The apartment was clean but very compact! We were a group of 3 and managed given we were only there to sleep and shower. The location was good and walking distance to some tourist attractions (Rome is so spread out you can't be central to everything). Convenience of restaurants, shops and laundromat nearby. Definitely a bonus having a lift for luggage/access to apartment. The beds were very uncomfortable - very hard mattresses.

• Lisa (8/5): Fabulous location to explore Rome from - Great location to base yourself near Roma Termini rail station. The room was clean and functional and it was great to have a lift to our level. Probably on the expensive side given that it really is just a room and bathroom - but I guess it is a busy capital city. I found the bed a bit firm and on our second night there was no hot water! The traffic and local noises were evident from our room on the street - so perhaps ask for a different room!

• Audrey (10/5): Belle chambre d'hôte dans un superbe quartier - Superbe accueil, l'emplacement était génial, proche de la gare et des activitées principales (colisé et forum romain). Tout était super bien équipé et l'hôte restait disponible pour nos besoins. Les lits étaient un peu dur pour notre goût mais rien de bien grave, nous avons super bien dormi tout de même.

• Joyce (9/5): Good location! - The location is perfect, close to the main Train Station and all the highlights of the City. The staff was very friendly and the communication before was good. The beds are a bit hard, but the pillow was really nice.

• Nick (9/5): Great location and comfortable clean facilities. - The location was very good, only a 10 min walk from the main train station and it was easy to find our way around the city from our accommodation. Also lots of places to eat and drink within easy reach. Our room had excellent air-conditioning and good lighting, in the correct places. Free bottles of water which you could have replaced daily was good too and there are ample free water filling fountains around the city to refill if necessary. Not noisy at night even through the floor to ceiling French doors. The young couple who have run the guest house for only1 year have done a great job and are very helpful. They kindly organised our fuss free transfer to the airport too. We were pleased with pretty much everything and our single issue with the bathroom sink tap was sorted very promptly. Well done.

• Beyza (10/5): - Konum olarak çok rahat ettik. Roma termini çok yakınınızda. Tarihi gezilecek yerler yürüme mesafesindeydi. Bir tek vatikan için metrobüs kullandık ki termini çok yakın olduğu için hiç zorluk geçmedik. Oda çok temizdi çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve hediyeleri için çok teşekkürler 🤍

• Mohamed (9/5): Great stay - highly recommended. - The staff are very polite and friendly. The location of May House is superb. Close to Rome main train station - 10 min walk. It is also a 10 mins walk from the Colosseum and the main attractions from there. The hotel is clean and comfortable and does the job for a 2-3 day stay in Rome. Around it there are plenty of cafes and restaurants as well as bus stops and the metro station - which takes 15 mins to go to the Vatican city. The room unfortunately, does not have a safe or TV and no toiletries are available. You need to have your own. I would certainly recommend this place. No TV or safe. As a visitor for the first time in town. I would like to have that as well in the room.

Checkin was meant to be completed by 7:30pm, our flight arrived in Rome at 10:45pm by the time we got to the hotel it was well truly pass mid-night. One of the staff waited for us and helped us check in free of charge. The room was a good size, a super comfortable bed, and a clean room. The place is about 10-15mins wall you the Colosseum and other attractions as well as restaurants. Nice ans safe area. Definitely would stay there again when in Rome.

• Rafael (9/5): Superb - Good location close to the Roma termini station and the St. Maria Maggiore church. The staff was very friendly and answered my request promptly. Also, I like the cleanliness, comfortable bed and the wifi, which was definitely better than multiple other options that I had in Rome. My only complaint is regarding sound insulation, as while in the room, it is possible to hear other guests arriving/leaving the property.

• Brooke (9/5): Nice spot, but without the convenience of a traditional hotel. - Good location near the Rome Termini station. Simple, neat decor. Friendly host who stored our luggage for us. We only had one key to access the building, which made it a little challenging for our group to split up. The front desk is staffed for a few hours in the morning and afternoon, so couldn’t be relied upon for building access.

• Victoria (8/5): Clean newly renovated room, good for a night - Very clean newly renovated although small room and the bed has a memory foam topper. Location great as 10 min walk from station. Host was kind and genuine and tried to make our stay nice. Room was made up every day and included bottled water. Be aware that card is used for electricity in room, and if you take it out while you are out sightseeing, the fridge won’t work. No coffee in room- had to ask in office and was told espresso only available from 8-9 am. Even little packets of instant coffee would have been appreciated. The “heated” towel rack in bathroom does not work if you are trying to dry towels or clothes. Due to this, the bathroom also was extremely humid despite the fan running, and if door was left open, the entire suite was very humid unless windows were opened. The air conditioner/heat pump is a secondary unit to a main one controlled in office, we were unable to use it to cool the room at night as we like it cooler, however they provided a fan thankfully. Could have used an additional garbage can in bedroom area as the little one in bathroom is not big enough. No Tv and bidet just so you are aware .
• Fabio (8/5): Good stay with really nice hosts! Definitely recommend. - Newly renovated rooms, just a few blocks from Termini Station, good bars/restaurants close by. Really comfortable bed with good quality bedding and towels. Marco the host was very helpful offering to drive us to the airport. Bathroom is not very big, so if you are a larger person like us, it may feel a little cramped. The location, although being close to the main train station, is not close to most of the tourist attractions.

Reception could have been open all day. A lobby would have made it more like a hotel. Instructions for checking in should have been provided.
• Ana (7/5): I wouldn’t mind staying there again but for the price I felt a little disappointed - Very clean room with great internet. However, very basic. No tv , coffee machine or anything more than the room. When we arrived it was very confusing because this is not a standard hotel. It feels more like air bnb. The building used to be residential and they converted a section to rent rooms.

The owners were very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay nice. Nice and hot shower, air con, mini fridge. The bed was good, a bit firm but we like it like that. The owners left a sweet gift for us. The fridge switch off once you take the card out, so I recommend do not let anything that needs constant refrigeration on it.
• Hayley (10/5): Great value for money for a hotel in central Rome, had a modern and well equipped room that was immaculate and a great b - Location was great - close to train and metro station and able to walk to some of the big tourist sights in Rome (And easy to hop on the metro for the others) Hotel was easy to find and check in was efficient, with a friendly welcome. The room was immaculate and matched the photo’s, being very modern. It was also well equipped with air con, clean linen, a comfortable bed and huge windows - even a hairdryer and toiletries which were handy. Lots of lights in the room and the bathroom was ideal, with a great mirror and shower and under sink draws to store things. Speedy communication with the may hotel team, which was also greatly appreciated. I think this was great value for money given the location, modern room and cleanliness - would highly recommend. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and had everything I needed - thank you for a wonderful stay! Couldn’t find fault - very happy
