• Guest (7/5): - L'emplacement de l'appartement (à 2 pas du Ponte Vecchio, quartier oltr'arno), ses deux pièces (séjour/cuisine et chambre) et son design. Le calme. Le parking surveillé à proximité (garage Lungarno à 4/5 minutes à pied sinon le Garage du Ponte Vecchio est encore plus près, environ 25€ les 24h). La moisissure dans la salle de bains (malgré une aspiration très ou trop bruyante) et sous la fenêtre du séjour/cuisine. Nous avons laissé aéré en permanence la journée car le temps le permettait pour chasser cette humidité. Quelques points à améliorer (capsules non adaptées à la cafetière, tissu sale des tabourets de cuisine, pas de plaid sur le canapé en tissu, l'éclairage de la salle de bains insuffisant car la lumière intégrée du grand miroir ne fonctionne plus).
• Etienne (1/5): PÉSSIMO! NÃO RECOMENDO DE FORMA ALGUMA! - Tudo horrível, não recomendo! NÃO RECOMENDO! Hospedagem muito ruim. O check-in foi confuso e sem muitos detalhes. Embora fique perto de centro de Firenze, o apartamento fica numa ladeira bem inclinada e para piorar existe um lance de escada para acessar o apartamento que é muito inclinada também. A comunicação foi péssima com o anfitrião. A maquina de lavar estava com defeito, reclamamos, mandamos mensagem, fotos, mas não tivemos nenhum retorno. Ninguém respondeu e ninguém foi lá verificar o problema da máquina, ficamos uma semana no apartamento sem poder lavar roupa. O banheiro estava sujo e com mal cheiro, cheirando a mofo e com manchas de sujeira na parede. Tivemos que lavar o banheiro da casa para continuar utilizando nos demais dias. As cadeiras são pequenas e desconfortáveis. O Wi-fi é horrível, o sinal só pega direito na sala, nos demais cômodos é bem instável. Iluminação do quarto bem ruim. Televisão lenta e com aplicativos travando. Péssima experiência. Não recomendo!

• John (2/5): Stay away - Good location Unclean…. Visible Black Mold on the walls and in the shower…. Heavy Mold odor as soon as you enter the apt.
• Milos (5/5): Could do better - -Great location -Very friendly and quick check-in -The stairs to the apartment are very steep and the staircase quite narrow (you can't carry two bags at once) -The street leading to the building is steep as well, this isn't mentioned in the description -There is mold in the apartment, all of our clothes have absorbed the smell which is very noticeable in the whole apartment, especially in the shower -The price for 6 nights 1175€ + 72€ city tax - is a price for Rome. Nevertheless not appropriate for an apartment with these characteristics -Just 2 rolls of toilet paper (2 layers) - can't imagine how 200€ a night, doesn't get you more -Just 2 coffee capsules -Hairdryer smells of mold -Windows cannon be tilted, just opened or closed -Wardrobe was packed with bed covers, had to move and jam everything up to get our clothes in

• Mark (10/5): Home away from home - This apartment was everything you could ask for. Spacious, clean, great location to everything and most of all the level of service they give you to make sure you are properly checked in and everything is explained! Highly recommend! We will come back again! If you have big luggages then it was a bit hard to get up the steps to get in the room. But the guy who checked us in even helped us with that. Otherwise it was perfect!
• Audrey (7/5): Quiet, well-located apartment in the Oltrarno. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. A few issues though like insuf - The great location and the quiet at night. Issues with the hot water which was unreliable. It would be scorching hot and then cold for quite a while. After the team intervened, there was a leak in the kitchen with water under the kitchen sink. The shower did not have enough water pressure either. The bathroom was quite dark and though the apartment was really clean I did not like seeing residue/spots on the sheets and the duvet -though they had been professionally cleaned.
