L'appartement est au cœur de Soho dans un quartier très animé et pourtant la rue dans laquelle se situe l'appartement est très calme et agréable. Les hôtes étaient très gentils, la femme de chambre qui nous a accueilli à l'arrivée était adorable également!! Tout était superbe. Le seul petit bemol était l'isolation mais ce n'était pas non plus redibitoire! Et puis les appartements a Londres sont souvent tous comme ça!
• Massimo (9/5): Esperienza super, appartamento carino, in posizione eccellente! - Posizione centrale a Soho, comoda per girare a piedi e con fermata metro Oxford Circus vicina. Anche varie fermate dei bus sono molto vicine, a Regent Street. Appartamento accogliente, pulito. E l host é estremamente disponile e risponde nell immediato. Top!! Bisogna fare 4 piani di scale, ma tutto sommato non é un problema. Invece il letto è risultato scomodo per due persone essendo a una piazza e mezzo e anche corto (credo sia 190 cm). Da italiano..manca lo scolapasta!

Just off from Carnaby Street, you are so close to the hustle and bustle but the apartment itself is quiet and a lovely retreat. The host was friendly and communicative. Nil.

• Mettalneo (9/5): Stadturlaub mit der Familie - Die Lage war fantastisch, in der Mitte von London. Vieles ist von der Unterkunft zu Fuss erreichbar. Es hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung der Küche war super. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Inoltre, nelle vicinanze ci sono diverse stazioni della metropolitana e fermate degli autobus. L’appartamento è perfetto per vivere Londra: c’era tutto l’occorrente per il soggiorno e sia il personale delle pulizie sia la host sono super gentili Appartamento senza moquette. Nulla. Appartamento al quinto piano ...ma stiamo al centro di Londra.

• MARIA T (8/5): - Me gustó la ubicación. El apartamento es pequeño pero comodo para unos días de turismo en Londres. Muy bien ubicado. El dueño del apartamento estuvo siempre pendiente, no tuvimos ningún problema. la entrada al apartamento, es un edificio un poco viejo, pero merece la pena por la ubicación que tiene.

• Sara (8/5): Cozy apartment in the center of London - The apartment is very close to the main attractions and squares, only a few minutes away from Piccadilly Circus. We asked for an early check in and the host helped us with our request. The apartment has all you need for a few days vacation. Both the beds were a little bit uncomfortable and small for 4 people.
• Darya (9/5): Long weekend in London for a small family - - The location is amazing: - Direct line from the airport - Close to the theatres, restaurants, whatever have you - Direct line to the main museums - Close to the Hyde Part for a morning run - Delivery (Uber eats for example) is three withing 30 mins if required - The internet was fast and of high speed (doesn't matter to me, but matters for my hubby) - The place is quiet: neighbors are quiet and generally no noise from outside, though evening are very busy with people drinking outside the bars 100 meters from the entrance. - The bed is comfortable, but note that for some strange reason Brits consider 140cm bed enough for 2 :) - We've made use of the couch and it was a nice touch that there was a matrass on it. Couch without matrass is a back killer, really. - We didn't cook much, but we like having breakfasts and snacks at home, and for that the kitchen was sufficient: toaster, microvawe, stove , fridge, a couple of source pans and such. - Last but not the least: the hist is very friendly and helping, trying to accommodate the needs where possible, which we greatly appreciate. As a summary: London prices are hell, let's be honest, but here it was worth it, cause location is everything + comfort + heaters + comfortable sleep. - Some hooks or something for the clothes at the entrance would be great and add to the comfort, really - Something for drying the dishes after it's washed A couple of details, not sure if it's mentioned in the description or not: - Washmachine wasn't working when we were there, we were told it will be fixed though - If it was working, I'm not sure where would we put the wet clothes after, cause the please is rather small (again, enough place for a small family, just not sure where would we hang the clothes) - It's on the 4th floor without elevator. Didn't matter to us, even our 3yo could climb it easily, but for elder people with luggage might be an issue.
• Willow (8/5): Great property for a great price, lovely hosts - Lovely hosts, lovely room, really good location. Facilities were really good, washing machine was out of order but we didn't need it anyway. No noise from neighbours, all in all good experience! Hosts let us drop our bags off early! A bit small, but can't complain for price and it being a triple room. Beds were a bit small but not a problem for us. Bit worried as we were told to say we were friends of family if anyone asked, so it felt a bit dodgy, but luckily no one asked. Up a LOT of flight of stairs which I didn't realise when booking.

• Acton (8/5): What a truly amazing location and the perfect little apartment! - Truly fantastic location! Several flights of stairs and a very narrow stairwell makes luggage tricky. Totally worth it for the location though More towels would have been helpful. The unit comes with a washer, but not a dryer. That would’ve been a very, very helpful distinction.

Small kitchen with good selection of cutlery and crockery. washing machine, fridge freezer and good internet. Great hosts and no problems to report. 4 flights of stairs, bed very small for 2 people and couch bed very short - only suitable for children not adults. Very little hot water in shower. Light shining into room from hallway made sleep challenging. Chairs broken but useable and a barking dog in next door apartment.

• Andy (7/5): Location beats all... clean and very good value... if you don't mind all the steps. - the location is excellent.. close to theatres, pubs, shops, restaurants and tube stations. the apartment was nicely clean. The temperature control for the shower was difficult to set. Sometimes the temperature would fluctuate. The main bed was rather hard and only standard size, not king size, particularly tall or large people may be uncomfortable. We requested a second key for our party of four, but no reply was sent and so no second key. The apartment was on the fourth floor and no lift, so you’ll need a reasonable amount of fitness for all of the steps.

The flat is located in the top floor without elevators. We had huge and heavy luggages and it was very hard to bring them up and down the stairs. Also there were lots of mosquitoes and because there weren’t any air conditioning we couldn’t close the windows.

Not a complaint; just an observation for viewers; as others have pointed out the flat is on the 5th floor with no lift so if you have restricted mobility or mobility then it is maybe not for you.

It even had a washing machine so for a longer trip it might come in use. The double bed, while small, was comfortable Check out was great because they allowed us to leave our bags and come back later for them. 4th floor walk up but we knew this already. A bit rough around the edges. The sofa bed for example was well used and looked like it could do with a clean. Had to pick up keys from a off licence down the street. It wasn't far away but would have been nice to meet owner. No live TV. Noise - if sleeping in living room, it's possible to hear noise out in the corridor from people heading out or coming home. Also on our first night there was a gathering of people next door and that kept us awake for a few hours.

• Frode (6/5): Great location in the heart of Soho-area, quite equipped apartment. - Great location, close to restaurants and shopping (Oxford street). Small beds, annoying firealarm making a horrific noise all day (and night) in the hallway. Wasn't fixed during our stay.
• Michael (9/5): It went well. Great location, clean and functional. I'd rent it again. - The location is ideal for walking around Westminster or picking up major tube lines everywhere else. Loads of pubs, street food, and shops. It's a great place for two people, maybe three but not much more. Very compact. Nothing was bad. The unit was at the top of five flights of stairs so that might be an issue for some people but it wasn't for us. The neighborhood and immediate neighbors were a tad noisy and there was an incessant alarm beep in the hallway. But this is an apartment in a multi-unit building in the heart of a major international city; Noise is to be expected so it was not a bother. The location is ideal. The place was small but clean and functional. We didn't use the kitchen much so I can't speak about that.
