• Elavarasan (6/5): - Spacious and can accommodate large group of people Heating works only on second floor properly. First floor gets medium heat and ground floor doesn't get any heating at all and its very uncomfortable during winter weather,. No locks for bathroom and less kitchen items to use for longer stays. Kettle and few cleaner vessels would have been handy

• Gladys (4/5): Trop sale et dangereuse pour être louée !! - Maison spacieuse bien agencee Maison très sale, frigo, éviers ,lavabos trace de crasse tout le tour, WC et baignoire poils, poussière, toiles d'araignée, débarras, vaisselle sale avec des traces de passage souris dans tous les placards de la cuisine, personne n'a voulu se laver, tellement horrible. De plus le monsieur "ménage " est venu tambouriner à 9h30 ce dimanche pour pouvoir faire le ménage, une blague! De plus la route est en travaux. Pas de place à proximité et pas prévenu.

• frederic (9/5): Parfait pour une famille souhaitant aller a Pairy Daiza - Super belle maison avec de belles grandes chambres, chacun avait son coin, une belle grande piece pour manger tous ensemble. Lieu Calme. Rien de grave mais il manquait quelques petites cuillères...et une bouilloire...😉
• Ingrid (7/5): - ruim appartement bedden lagen door en dekbed was erg kort. Koffiezetapparaat werkte niet, geen waterkoker. prullenbak kapot.
• marjorie (7/5): Un séjour de 2 nuits confortable mais gâché par les travaux de la rue. La maison est grande pour la famille et en centre - L emplacement proche de pairy daisa et centre de enghein Les travaux dans la rue qui la rende non accessible en voiture et difficile d accès à pied avec enfants et valises et de n etre pas avertis de la situation. La propreté relative, nous avons retrouvé des serviettes usagées (2) dans les chambres ou salle de bain, et de nombreux points de manquement. Pour la cuisine : 3 petites cuillères seulement, pas de couteau qui coupe, pas de manche adaptable pour les casseroles et poêles disponibles, pas de grille pain comme annoncé, certaines chaises sont en mauvais état. Pour les chambres pas de volets aux fenêtres , lave vaisselle plein à notre arrivée propre mais à vider , pas de petit guide pour nous indiquer ou vider les poubelles etc..
• Arthur (10/5): Séjour agréable et spacieux - Le logement était très propre, bien équipé et l’emplacement est idéal pour se rendre à Pairi Daiza ! Merci à notre hôte pour ce séjour !
• KNITTEL Francis (3/5): - Rien Accès à l'hébergement, route inaccessible. La maison était froide très peu de chauffage. La literie comme le reste usé , nous avons l'impression que le propriétaire habite cette maison et qu'il la loue occasionnellement pour payer les travaux. Les couverts pour le repas en plastiques, la cafetière sale et ne fonctionne pas. Douche également plein de traces,non nettoyée. Porte d'entrée trouée.
• Frank (8/5): Gezellig huis om een weekend met je familie, ouders en schoonfamilie door te brengen als je bijv. een dagje naar pari da - De ruimte, het is een erg groot huis. Er was veel stuk. Kraan die lekte, kookapparatuur duurt heel lang om warm te worden, keukenkastjes hadden wel wat remmers op gemogen, sommige bedden hadden een goed matras maar de dubbele bedden waren erg dun, rookmelders waren allen gedemonteerd en moesten we zoeken wat normaal geen probleem is maar er is op de 1e en 2e verdieping geen nooduitgang dus zijn werkende rookmelders geen overbodige luxe, bestek was oud, vaatwasser oud (maar functioneert). Verder was het wel schoon en waren de dekens en lakens fris en zijn er 2 mooie badkamers tv met Netflix dus wat wil een mens nog meer.
• milou (2/5): Het was heel vies en heel slecht onderhouden. - De omgeving (kasteel en de tuin) We mochten om 16.00 in de woning, toen bleek de schoonmaker nog aanwezig, deze is nog een uur bezig geweest toen wij er waren. Er waren maar 4 handdoeken voor 7 personen aanwezig. Het was vies, de vloeren waren niet gestofzuigd. De tandpasta van andere mensen hing nog aan de muren, er hingen nog vieze handdoeken op slaapkamers, kortom gewoon echt smerig! Oom stond de wc stond los waardoor hij bijna omviel, ook zat de afvoerpijp los waardoor het heel erg stonk en er water uit het toilet liep. Klinken die van de deuren vielen, deuren die niet dicht konden.
• Léa (5/5): - Maison très grande, chacun a sont intimité c’est parfait. Beaucoup de toile d’araignée, trace sur le mur, la porte a était forcée plusieurs fois pas très rassurant. Travaux dans la rue, le propriétaire n’a pas prévenu.
• OLGA (1/5): - Muy sucio. El menaje viejo, sucio, desordenado, cajones sucios con grasa y restos de comida abierta y en mal estado. Toallas y sábanas viejas, descoloridas, sin corresponder con juegos completos y con una gran acumulación de los mismos en los armarios, limitando así el espacio. Todos los armarios y cómodas de la casa llenos de enseres viejos, sucio o rotos. No se podía ni meter un teléfono, tablet o similar ni en un cajón por estar todo tan lleno cosas.e Las camas hechas de tablones con clavos visibles, algunos rotos y con riesgo de clavarse una astilla y un largo etc al respecto...duchas sucias, una d ellas con restos de pelos... Y por otro lado, nos encontramos con que la calle estaba en obras, abierta completamente todo lo larga que era, dejando un espacio minimo entre el portal y la zanja, que sobretodo con niños como íbamos, tenía peligro de caída a la misma, baldosas sueltas, muy mal para llevar las maletas, compras... En algún tramo con otros portales cuyas escaleras terminaban directamente en la zanja no dejando espacio de tránsito. Ruidos de las obras y movimiento de tierra desde primera hora de la mañana con los inconvenientes que ello conlleva. Nadie nos avisó de este detalle que hubiera sido determinante para cambiar el alojamiento ya que, además en el grupo familiar hay una persona con minusvalía.

• Claire (9/5): A grand and spacious house in a lovely village/town - It was extremely grand and spacious with everything we could need, except a kettle. Bathroom has enormous walk in shower, all the bedrooms are extremely spacious, reception rooms and hall spaces are all large. Everything was spotless

• Rose (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. From the location to the house itself. Everything was lovely There wasnt anything we didnt like. We found parking almost right next to the house every night for our whole stay there too

• Lina (1/5): The dirtiest and most unhealthy place ever - The house was big with facilities that could support a big group of people with comfort. It was the dirtiest place we ever stayed. Not only dust and dirt, but also souvenirs from previous tenants. We had to clean URINE and hair in the toilets and floor. In the bathtub you could find used coffee mugs and wine glasses. The whole conditions was terrible. You got a mug from the cupboard and it was placed there USED. My colleague who stayed in the upper floor was bitten by bed bags. I don't think this place had ever been deep cleaned.

• Richard (10/5): One night stay at Maison Familiale - The property was very spacious, well laid out and very clean. The facilities were all as described and I particularly liked the bathrooms as they were very clean more than adequate for our one night stay. The WiFi worked well and the TV offered plenty of streaming options if needed. The property is situated in a very pretty and quiet location with no issues with noise during the evening. The property is also quite close to the motorway network and served as a great stop off point on my way to Calais The only issue I could see, was the parking, as there were areas of parking directly outside the property that require a permit to park, these zones are highlighted by white lines which is then surrounded by a blue line which is faded and hard to see. There were two cars in my party and we managed to park opposite where there were no white lines.
• Matthew (1/5): Bed bugs. Host unreachable at check-in and dishonest when confronted about bed bugs. Deplorable - The host rented the accommodation with the knowledge that several rooms were infested with bed bugs, evidenced by the fact that there were traps specifically for bed bugs in these rooms. The sheets on most of the beds were very dirty and likely not changed, with blood stains no doubt from previous renters being bitten by bed bugs. Booking.com did not reimburse my stay despite the fact that I provided photos of the bed bugs, most probably because the host has paid to "partner" his listing. Absolutely disgusting situation. AVOID THIS HOUSE AT ALL COSTS.
• Shilpa (5/5): Was not a nice experience. - It was big and spacious. Bathroom was clean compared to other areas. Not at all clean, floors were very dirty. Kitchen and kitchen cabinets, appliances were dirty and sticky. Some furnitures were broken. Had unpleasant odour. Front door lock was broken. And a bit too big house.
• Giampaolof (10/5): A wonderful house to spend more than one night and discover the local village. - What a surprise! From the outdoor the house seems old and unconfortable but when you open the door the house reveails itseld in all its glorious. Many bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully furnished kitchen (although the microwave didn't work) and exceptionally cleaned and mainteined. We chose the accomodation because on our way and we could discover the very nice town with its beautiful park. Totally recommended. A little mixup for the location of the key but the owner was ready to solve the problem in timely manner. So no harm done!
