• Lucia (10/5): - La estancia fue excelente. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. La casa tenía todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días perfectos. Sin duda volveríamos y lo recomendamos totalmente.
• Ailíse (9/5): Thoughtfully equipped and relaxing quiet valley stay - Tastefully decorated and thoughtfully well equipped (down to the coffee pot induction hob convertor, salt, pepper, teas etc). We stayed 4 nights and used all the facilities. The rooftop was lovely by night and day, with grill for bbq and beautiful view into the valley. Good location for exploring the north side of the island. Great communication with the owner as well (who we never met). Thanks very much! Parking a bit tricky, for me at least. My little rental didn't like climbing the driveway which you can't turn in. We couldn't find anywhere local for shopping but were travelling out by day anyway so didn't really matter.

• Jose B.R. (10/5): Bonita casa y agradable. - La casa es muy agradable, somos dos parejas y hemos estado muy bien. La casa dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Evidentemente tampoco hemos pasado la mayor parte del tiempo en la casa, sino visitando el sur y otros sitios de la Isla. Pero la casa ha estado muy bien, sobre todo en relación calidad-precio. Todo bien. Cumple su función. Si tengo que poner algo negativo, lo único es la hora del Check In, para nosotros nos pareció tarde, sería algo que se puede mejorar.
• Remus (9/5): A rustic place to stay in Las Plamas de Gran Canaria - Nice and cozy house, not far from the university and the main attractions on the island. If you’d like to stay away from the city, it’s a very convenient location. You’ll need to rent a car to get here and to explore everything easily. There’s also a bus station nearby (bus 302). The house has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, and two bathrooms. It even comes with coffee, tea, and sugar, so you don’t need to buy basics like oil or salt for a quick meal. Parking: The parking spot is occasionally occupied by neighbors. If that happens, simply call them — the phone number is displayed on the front window. Important note: The house is not suitable for small children because of the narrow steps. I mention this there are no surprises or complaints after booking.

• Ruslans (10/5): - Everything was great during our stay. The place was well-equipped with all the essentials and thoughtful touches, including a hairdryer, iron, shower gel, soap, and even chargers. We had no issues with the water; hot water was always available when needed. We also appreciated that the indoor humidity was well-managed. Even though we expected to be in a more humid region, there was absolutely no musty smell inside. The place was clean, and parking wasn't an issue (we only had to wait a short moment for a neighbor once). The TV was a great bonus that added a cozy, homey feel. Although we mostly just stayed overnight, it was very convenient that the kitchen had everything necessary for cooking

• Judith (10/5): Vacaciones las Palmas de Gran Canaria. - El alojamiento estaba muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para cocinar tanto en la planta baja como en la terraza. Está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y cuenta con unas vistas estupendas. El propietario fue muy atento y amable. Sin duda, si vuelvo por allí, contactaré con ellos para alojarme de nuevo en el mismo sitio. Todo perfecto.

• AdrVe (1/5): Worst accomodation - The house was located in a comfortable area for us. The parking was ok even if little difficult to enter but not an isue. All the house had a terrible smell of sewage / septic tank. It was the worst accomodation we ever stayed. There was a smell upstairs in the bedroom that didn't allowed us to use the room. It was impossible to stay there. We had no posibility to change the house so we slept downstairs. Downstairs the batroom had the same smell and also had no door to close it. We had to air all the house permanent so it would be possible to use 1 room. All this things were communicated to the guest, he did not believed, came to see but had no solution, let us stay in the same conditions. The guest was communicative but very difficult to speak because he does not speak neither spanish or english. The house is very old, full of humidity, the humidity in the house was 85-90% while dehumidifier was working 24h. I can not understand how can be on the renting market a house like this.

• Hiurma (4/5): No es lo que parece. - La zona es muy tranquila, con unas bonitas vistas desde la azotea y bastante silencioso. Mi paso por la casa 'El caminito' pasó de ser medianamente agradable a incómoda. Tras llegar a la casa, y que aparentemente estuviera todo muy lindo, con una decoración agradable y oliera toda la casa muy bien, nos descalzamos dentro de la casa y se nos ensuciaron los pies. A la hora de ducharnos en el baño del segundo piso, cerramos la puerta y nos encontramos con una tremenda mancha amarilla de moho en el interior de la puerta, lo cual indica que la limpieza no es buena. También la plancha de 'asado' estaba grasienta. Algunas sillas de exterior estaban oxidadas. Las fotos hacen que la casa parezca mucho más grande de lo que es y las escaleras interiores son terriblemente incómodas. Además hay que tener cuidado con el aparcamiento ya que es un camino real empedrado y con coche se puede rozar el cartel (motor). Es un poco ratonera para aparcar. Encontrándome con cuatro familiares para compartir un almuerzo, se hizo uso de 3 cámaras de seguridad (ilegales, ya que no tienen cartel de zona vigilada) que hay en la entrada de la casa enfocando portal y calle pública, para vigilar y mirar quiénes estábamos en el alojamiento. Y enviarme no uno, si no tres mensajes y hacerme sentir incómoda y amenazar con que sí por haber más personas (a las cuales se refirieron en varias ocasiones que debían abandonar la casa) habian 'excesos significativos de limpieza se haría un cargo adicional a través de Booking.' No había intención ni de lejos, ni de realizar una fiesta ni de que se quedaran a pernoctar en el alojamiento (normas de la casa) simplemente comer juntos, y no se preguntó, si no que se me habló directamente pidiéndome que las personas que estaban aquí debían de irse. Nunca he tenido una queja de mi paso por ninguna casa de alquiler vacacional, y siempre he dejado todo a mí paso igual o más recogido y limpio. Por lo que evidentemente no ha sido ni mi mejor estancia, y por supuesto ni la recomiendo, ni repetiré.

• Julian (9/5): Original alojamiento, en un entorno natural, cerca de la capital de Las Palmas. - El alojamiento en sí, muy coqueto, muy al detalle, y al mismo tiempo funcional. La accesibilidad del coche no es cómodo.

• Schiera (9/5): - Questa antica casa rustica è tenuta in ordine e tutti gli ambienti sono ben puliti. Nessuna umidità nelle stanze. Gli accessori delle camere da letto e dei bagni, come anche gli utensili da cucina sono adeguati a 5 persone e in buono stato. Nessun insetto strano circolante per casa. Disposta su 3 livelli (piano terra, 1 piano, terrazza) è da valutare attentamente in presenza di bambini piccoli, persone disabili o se non abituati agli antichi scaloni. A noi comunque è piaciuta molto.

• Sergi (10/5): Excelente elección! - La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo, a13' de las palmas y a unos 40 de maspalomas. La casa está perfectamente equipada, plancha, secador, utensilios de cocina cubiertos sartenes... Toallas, ropa de cama, lavadora... Vamos como estar en tu propia casa, no eché en falta nada. La decoración esta muy cuidada y tiene dos terrazas en la azotea con todo lo necesario, hasta una pequeña cocina donde preparar lo que te apetezca. la limpieza es impecable. La comunicación con el anfitrión ha sido fácil cercana y precisa. Aparcamiento en la cuesta de entrada, no hace falta llévarlo hasta la puerta de la casa, que se puede, pero no es necesario, simplemente hacia un poquito de marcha atrás y lo dejaba en las misma entrada del camino, hay que caminar unos pocos metros, sin más problemas, ahí no hay más tráfico que el de tu propio vehículo ya que el camino acaba en la casa El clima del norte es mas fresco que en el sur, más ventoso y gris, pero eso sí vas a la zona norte es un clásico, cuando queria sol media hora de coche hacia el sur y solucionado! Sol permanente y un calor muy agradable, pero por el norte también hay visitas interesantes, teror, Agaete, arucas, tejeda, muchas excusons interesantes, también cerca que no requieren de sol permanente

• Julian (10/5): The spacious roof terrace and views of the surrounding hills made it a special place to relax. - The terrace, being within walking distance of a typical Gran Canaria "barranco" (valley) to explore nature, and the btanic gradens are worth visiting too.

• Laszlo (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely flexible and kind host. This place is great value for your money as you have a whole house and you don`t need to worry about noisy neighbours. Everything was spotlessly clean. The apartment is well equipped, there was even a washing machine. I really liked that there were spices,coffee, tea etc. in the kitchen. There were lots of canaries living on the palm trees opposite the house. Everything was fine.
