- Itsaso (9/5): - Limpieza
Situacion Sin ascensor
Dos habitaciones sin ventana al exterior
- Lukasz (7/5): Good location, enjoyable stay and one big drawback - Overall rating = 7
Strenghts:
- very good location,
- really good contact with Host,
- in apartment nothing missing. The apartment is to a little refreshment.
In my opinion describe that apartment has two bathrooms is not true. Of course, apartment has two toilets and two shower cabin, but There are located in the same place, separated in the middle by a sliding door. One toilet could not be used because there is really small space between toilet and sank.
Two out of the three bedrooms didn't have windows.
Genre : thriller psychologique, survie urbaine, comédie absurde
Acte I – Les chambres
👉 L’absence d’eau chaude devient notre responsabilité.
- ILHAM (7/5): -
- Jody (9/5): Great location and nice for couples or a family. - Nice little apartment in a great location. Everything was well appointed and had everything we needed. The location was amazing and we were a short walk to everything we wanted to see. Close to everything and we had a great time. The bathrooms are a bit tight and the couch’s were uncomfortable.
- Dean (6/5): Madrid was excellent and the apartment location is perfect just needs a little more care. - The location is excellent and provides a great starting point for any day. The host is responsive. The main bedroom in the apartment is ok but the remaining rooms are small with no room at all for a suitcase or anything else. The second room with a double bed we could not shut the door as it hit the bed. The apartment layout is ok but in our opinion was not very clean. The host did call back the cleaners which was appreciated but overall needs more attention.
A konyhai/étkező székek szűkössége.
- Ben (9/5): uitstekend qua voorzieningen en ligging - nvt babkamers
- Rupak Kumar (7/5): Okay okay living. Not good not bad. - Location was good, but room quality was not so modern. Rooms were little smaller than what we expected. Bathrooms are small.
- Leonardo (9/5): -
- Piti (7/5): Good - Location ,big major bed room Rest room too small
- Tim (9/5): Superb -
- Cristian (10/5): An excellent apartment for a group in Madrid, professional landlord who answers really quick. And best position in the c - Nice and quiet. Classic vintage building and the position is right in the heart of Madrid.
- Daniëlle (9/5): Superb -
- Sim (8/5): Very good - The location is great. The shower space is too small. It is hard to turn around.
- Ramon (5/5): This apartment tries hard but there were some compromises made to fit the bathrooms and bedrooms. - Good location
Good price Tiny bathrooms.
Difficult to clean
Sheets didn’t fit the bed in the main bed
Steps very uneven and difficult to climb.
- Anna (10/5): It was just what we were looking for. - It was in a very walkable location, close to the Prado and we even walked to Plaza Mayor. I can’t think of anything
- Jade (7/5): Good - Very nicely decorated and a good location Was very small on space, particularly in the bedrooms and the second bathroom
- Andrew (8/5): Great location, lovely little appartment. - Great location A bit noisy in the front room at night but this is acceptable considering the location.
- Katsiaryna (7/5): Good - Great location. The apartment was nicely decorated and clean but too small for a group of people. The shower rooms were too small, which made one of them barely usable. Two out of the three bedrooms didn't have windows.
- Magnolia (9/5): Host Gianluca was very helpful. We were able to check in 30min prior to time which was appreciated - Good location. Not easy to find a 3 bedroom in central Madrid so happy to have been able to book this apartment. The third bedroom is small but works fine as a private third bedroom. The idea of 2 bathrooms in 1 is not ideal since 1 toilet could not be used due to toilet location being too confined, but we were still able to use both showers which was definitely better than 1. The main bedroom is spacious but lacks a wardrobe or sofa to occupy the empty space and look homey and cosy.
- Mariana (9/5): Superb - Location is great, near restaurants, supermarkets, main museums.
The host was very helpful and responsive.
- Agnieszka (8/5): Fantastic location great host - Great location! A very beautifully situated apartment with everything you need for a weekend trip. The bathrooms are very clean, small but they met my expectations, especially since we were only there for three nights. The owners of the apartment were very polite, they allowed us to leave our suitcases until 5 p.m., even though the payment was made by 11 a.m. After returning to the apartment, there was a slight smell of sewage and the room had to be ventilated. After opening the window, everything was fine.
