• Sam (10/5): Beautiful old apartment within easy walking distance of all Florence’s sights - It’s a beautiful apartment in a great location to easily walk to everything we wanted to see in Florence. It’s on the third floor so was good that there was an elevator and it was particularly helpful as one of our group was elderly and wouldn’t have been able to cope going up and down the stairs. It was great and can’t complain.

Ze względu na fakt, że okna są dosyć stare to niestety trudno było je otworzyć - nie chcieliśmy ryzykować. Jednak pozytywy znacząco przewyższają te drobne, negatywne kwestie (;

La ubicación es privilegiada (una zona con todas las mejores tiendas, a menos de cinco minutos a pié del Ponte Vecchio...), las habitaciones y el equipamiento de la propiedad. Sin dudas volveríamos. Nada que merezca comentario negativo.

• Michelle Herbert (7/5): Great location, but lacks necessary amenities. - Great location in the heart of Florence. Walkable to all the big sites. Big enough for three people. I purposely booked this apartment midway through our trip because it had a washing machine. We learned the hard way that the washer was broken. After 12 hours of washing one load, many YouTube videos and contacting the host, we were able to retrieve our items. All of which were ruined. We ended up having to spend 30 euros and half a day carting our laundry to a washateria. Additionally, there was not one glass, plate or utensil available. We had to buy a bottle of water so we had something to use if we got thirsty at night. We also had to buy toilet paper.
• FERNANDA (9/5): - La zona y el depto cómodo La informalidad a la hora e entrega de llaves demasiadas vueltas e intermediarios pero predispuestos nos dejaron llevar valijas antes de ingreso buena atención pero no estaban muy pendientes de mensajes x si teníamos dudas o necesitábamos algo llame en una ocasión u no me atendió quien me alquilo pero si me contestó el intermediario todo muy desprolijo

Informe a Booking de esta situación y, de momento, no han hecho nada. He puesto la puntuación al azar, para que el sistema me dejara explicar que este apartamento no se alquila. Es otro completamente diferente, en otro edificio a 5 minutos andando

• Dean (8/5): Awesome location for a pleasant and good value apartment. - This is such a great location! You are a very short walk from the river and Ponte Vecchio. Lounge and beds are comfortable and shutters keep out the light. The big hallway window is a lovely, original feature. Fairly minor gripes in the scheme of things. It took us a while to get hold of the guy with the keys and communication was not great. There seemed to be two systems (I think one was owners and the other the caretaker?). Introduction was cursory and there were minor issues like coffee pods not fitting the machine and the washing machine swallowing my shorts! As it's a big, old building, it can be quite cold but we found quilts in one of the cupboards. The apartment, although it is in a great location, it also means that there can be late night foot-traffic which can get a bit noisy. Earplugs solves that issue. Nothing to do with the owners, but we found buses and trams surprisingly complex with poor maps and routes, and ended up walking down to the apartment from the train station. a bit of planning ahead may help!

• Jelena (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location. Very central yet quiet during the night. The flat is big, and has all you need. The air conditioning was good. The elevator is small but it did the job. Internet was good.
