• Uyen (10/5): 👍 - The property is beautiful and very clean. It’s in a great location—you can walk almost anywhere. The two bedrooms are very spacious, which made our stay really comfortable. One of the things I appreciated most was how easy it was for Uber to pick us up and drop us off right at the entrance. I highly recommend this place. There are three different keys, which was a bit confusing at first, but it’s actually very easy to figure out after a short time. None ❤️😊😜

• ÇAPCI (10/5): Wonderfull experience. - Apertment owner was very kind and so helpfull. We stayed there as a family of 4 without any problem. Rooms were comfortable and large. All apartment was very clean. Place is very close to important locations. We visited everywhere by walk. If i decide going to Rome again this place will be my first option again.

Le luci dell'ingresso temporizzate che si accendono con un rilevatore di presenza, soprattutto di notte se vai in bagno si accende tutto il corridoio illuminando anche la camera con la porta aperta dalla quale esci; inoltre se stai leggendo nel salottino si spengono dopo un paio di minuti e devi muoverti per farle riaccendere. Le porte delle camere de dei bagni fanno fatica a chiudersi, bisognerebbe regolarle. Comunque niente di particolarmente grave, consigli per migliorare.

It was easy to follow and posed no issues for us. Location is central to quite alot. It was easy to find and walk around was easy to get to many areas of the city.

In a small piazza with a grocery, take-out pizzeria, pizza & wine tratorria and little restaurant with a nice (non-tourist type) menu and a unique (in a good way) presentation of tiramisu. Apartment we had faced piazza with windows and shutters that opened so could get a nice breeze. Pantheon is literall y around the corner. The famous panini shop is a block away, TTrevi Fountain a 5-10 minute walk. Near Campo di Fiori and Piazza Navone. Would absolutely stay agin when in Rome No complaints

• Lorraine (10/5): Great location near to the Pantheon and the Trevi fountain! - The apartment was in a central location, clean and felt safe and secure! Within easy walking distance to all the central Rome attractions and there were plenty of Restaurants nearby. My husband is gluten free and we even found a restaurant that did a gluten free Pizza ever more delicious that a normal version! I would recommend this apartment for a stay in Rome! We had trouble finding the apartment initially but was only a problem because we had big cases with us.

• Shirley (9/5): This comfortable apartment is a fine home base for a short stay in central Rome. - The location is easily within walking distance of many sites tourists want to visit. Two 24-hour taxi stands and a large bus hub are within a five-minute walk. More restaurants than you can count as well as a convenient grocery store, banks, and several delis are quite nearby. The building with the apartment has an elevator that is small and slow but actually works reliably for up to three people. Because I am 76 years old, I did not try the stairs to the third floor, but my grandsons preferred them. The hostess allowed up to check in early and was very kind with suggestions and information about the local area. Beds were comfortable, and electrical outlets were plentiful. I thought the wi-fi was fine even though the teens said it was rather slow. One additional point . . . This apartment is within two blocks of the Italian Senate building so there are many police in the immediate area. Even a single woman would feel quite safe there. The shower curtain in the second bathroom is almost foot too short and causes a watery, slippery mess on the floor. This is a safety issue and should be corrected immediately. We could not figure out how to work the microwave or the stovetop. A paper with directions could be provided for guests.

• Dominic (7/5): Good option for those who want an affordable apartment for a family of 4 in central Rome. - The location was excellent, many restaurants, shops and even major attractions (e.g. Pantheon) within less than 5 minutes walk. People were generally very friendly despite knowing that we were short stay "residents", the building has "character" (we loved the tiny lift), the apartment was adequately large and very importantly has two bathrooms. Host was very helpful in providing dining recommendations and organising transportation to the port. This sounds like a long list, but they are minor things that can easily be fixed if the host wants to: 1. Toiletries, e.g. shampoo, hand soap were provided but of really low quality. We had to buy our own in the end. 2. Shower door in the smaller bathroom was broken and the shower curtain provided made the space to shower even smaller, we ended up using the second bathroom just for the toilet and washing hands/brushing teeth. 3. Quite annoying having the lights in the hallway and sitting area only activated by movement control. This should apply to night lights only but not to the main light. 4. Mattress in the smaller bedroom is already a little saggy.

• Christine (10/5): Excellent!! - Excellent location in city center. We were allowed early check in since our flight got in so early. The apartment is completely renovated, clean and comfortable. The elevator was not working upon departure and had to carry all the luggage downstairs.

A very useable kitchen, great coffee machine and washing machine. Liked the little extras like coffee pods, washing tablets and strong WiFi. Great for family stays. Will be great when the foyer to the building and stairwell is renovated

I marked down on staff only because we were told check out was 1030a and at 930a a man came to begin cleaning so we packed up quickly and left.

Very close to the Pantheon and many shops and restaurants. There was work being done on the exterior but it looked like it was almost finished
• Marcela (9/5): Location - The location is incredible, just two blocks from the Pantheon, a few meters from Carrefour mini-market, 10 minutes from the Trevi Fountain, 20 minutes from the Roman Colosseum, and 15 minutes from Trastevere. Noemí contacted me a week before my arrival and coordinated our check-in. She was kind and always attentive to any concerns I had. The building is under renovation and has a lot of dust. In one of the bathrooms, the shower door cannot be closed, causing water to spill out into the rest of the bathroom, and there is nothing to dry it with. The external windows cannot be opened due to the building repairs.
• Lynne (5/5): Passable - Proximity to major attractions. No street views, no natural light because of scaffolding around building which prevented us from opening any of the window shutters. We were not advised of this before our stay. Be warned. The shower leaks as well. Foam mattress (in one bedroom) was too hot and uncomfortable.

Kitchenette had everything we needed. WiFi worked great. There were no views from the windows so we left the curtains closed. This was mostly because there was maintenance being done and the scaffolding blocked any views.

She also provided nice info about local restaurants and so on. Location is excellent. A/Cs worked great. Elevator on the ground floor was great for my 80 year old mother. Good value compared to other options in that area. Nice, big beds and good quality towels and so on. Nothing here. Very happy with it.

• Florence (9/5): The ideal location for any stay in Rome! - Location was just amazing, we walked everywhere! So many gorgeous restaurants nearby and a great supermarket also. It is literally a 30 second walk from the Pantheon too. Noemi was super communicative, she gave great entry instrutions and was kind enough to organise transport to and from the airport. There are 2 great sized bedrooms with tvs as the living area is quite small. We had no Wifi for the duration of our stay as there was work being done on the line, Noemi was helpful trying to sort this issue but it was out of her hands. We didn't need the Wifi at all as it's Rome (!) but our kids were looking to watch something during afternoon downtime. They survived however! Would highly recommend this property and would love to stay again on our next visit to this magical city! Wifi was out for the days we were there and sink in large bathroom drained very slowly! We just didn't use it really at all.

Location is great, very central so easy to walk to all the main sites, the building is safe and clean and quiet, being on 3rd floor there is no noise from street. Apartment is very well presented with more space than we expected. It was perfectly clean and has everything needed; large bedrooms with comfy beds, quality towels, linen, 2 shower rooms, heat, air-con, good Wifi + extras to make life easier; Nespresso, toiletries, USB sockets etc. Noemi is an excellent host, she introduced herself in advance and we communicated easily via WhatsApp, she offered help with transfers and made sure we were met at the apartment to have a tour and understand how everything worked. During stay she checked all ok and shared useful information for us. We would defiantly return to the apartment and would recommend for a family or 2 couples visiting this beautiful city. nothing.

Noemi was waiting for us at the property on the day of our arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment and shared lots of further information about places to eat, drink etc. Great recommendations, thank you. The apartment is perfectly situated to explore Rome, right next to the Pantheon. The apartment has two really large bedrooms, two bathrooms and all the facilities we needed for a family of four with two young children. The beds were really comfortable and the apartment nice and quiet. The dining area is relatively small compared to the rest of the apartment, but it was perfectly sized for our needs. We put the heating on a couple of evenings as it was cold this time of year in Rome and the apartment warmed up quickly. There's a restaurant in the Piazza down below, but it didn't disturb us. The kitchen is small, but it served us perfectly well as we ate breakfast in every morning and did a couple of lunches in the apartment too. It would have been a squeeze to cook a larger evening meal in the apartment, but we had planned to eat out for our evening meals and make the most of the restaurants, so again no real issues here - hence we didn't mark down on the review score as we didn't see this as an issue.

• Channon (10/5): perfect pantheon apartment - This was the perfect property for my group of 5 (3 adults and 2 young kids). You cant beat the location, and the apartment is so homey and comfortable. Beds are comfortable, two bathrooms are convenient, and the kitchen and living space were adequate for our needs. Noemi was a lovely host and communicated quickly and helped with whatever we needed. There are restaurants in every direction, a Carrefour around the corner, and most major sites within walking distance. the heating worked well for our trip in December. I hope to come back here again! if anything, could use some hooks for hanging jackets. but that’s truly minor compared to all the positive points
