Anna (8/5): - Everything - During our 6-day stay, the towels were never renewed, and the room was never cleaned, taking into account that we never asked for cleaning explicitly. - The water temperature in the bathroom sink is almost impossible to adjust. Most of the time it's really hot water. The shower and kitchen didn't have this issue. - The breakfast is the same every day without any minor changes.
Lyuba (8/5): - Wir haben zwei Nächte im Familienapartment Nr. 304 verbracht und waren insgesamt zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Nähe zum Strand sowie die Sauberkeit des Apartments. Im Badezimmer fehlen leider Haken für Dusch- und Handtücher sowie für Kosmetiktaschen, was den Aufenthalt etwas unpraktisch macht. Zudem gibt es kaum Ablageflächen, sodass wir unsere Sachen vor dem Duschen notgedrungen auf dem Toilettendeckel ablegen mussten. Die Schlafkissen waren für unseren Geschmack recht unbequem. Außerdem möchten wir auf ein Sicherheitsproblem hinweisen: Die scharfen Kanten im unteren Bereich der Duschkabine sind gefährlich – meine Schwester hat sich daran den großen Zeh aufgeschnitten.

The rooms are cozy, well-equipped, and perfectly suited even for long stays. The location is super convenient, and the prices are very reasonable. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredibly kind and responsive staff. They went above and beyond to help me in some very unusual situations -- like when I had to leave for multi-day tours across Turkey, they kindly stored my things, paused the booking, and made everything seamless. That kind of care is rare and truly priceless. They also supported me when I got sick and needed to change my reservation at the last minute -- they handled everything with such understanding and speed. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, flexibility, and genuine hospitality!

Lutenco (10/5): - Всем доброго времени суток! Хотелось бы написать пару слов отзыва о нашем пребывании в этом отеле . На мой взгляд - это оптимальное соотношение цены - качества. Нам всё понравилось от комфорта до отзывчивости персонала! Белоснежное белье, чистота, удобные кровати, ну и конечно кухонная утварь порадовала своим разнообразием (от тарелок до кофемашины и аэрогриля)! По близости есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха : тут тебе и магазинчики и кофешки, ну и конечно же морской берег очень близко. Для любителей комфортного пляжного отдыха есть выбор : хотите приходите со своими зонтиками и стульчиками, а хотите пожалуйста за дополнительную плату Вас порадуют шезлонги и зонтики на частных участках побережья. Но это так дело вкуса и кошелька... P.S. Откровенно говоря, это был наш первый опыт отдыха в апартотеле в Турции, но если меня спросят вернулась бы я вновь сюда, то моя совесть не позволит мне сказать НЕТ, если в душе я понимаю что это однозначное ДА!!!

Ivan (2/5): Три дня в Анталии были просто испорчены! - Я бронировал номер с террасой и джакузи и отдельной спальней, потому-что мы ехали с маленьким ребенком. Поэтому пишу своё впечатление строго об этом номере, а не об отеле в целом: 1) оказалось этот номер находиться в подвале (или как модно писать, цокольный этаж) хотя НИГДЕ при бронировании об этом не сказано 2) В спальне окно размером 20*40 см как в туалете, влажно и сыро 3) В номере темно, потому что окно которое есть, это выход на террасу, который закрыт деревянным козырьком по всему периметру террасы, что счет физически не может попасть в номер 4) Слышимость - полный ужас. Все соседи, звуки воды в канализации, сток, даже слив в воды от бассейна - это часть вашего проживания. Никакие закрытые окна вас не спасут от шума. 5) Включить кондиционер ночью невозможно, вы просто простынете, что у меня и произошло! Не включишь кондиционер - жарко, душно и шумно.

Le personnel est incroyablement accueillant et serviable, la réception est ouverte 24h/24 et tout le monde est toujours souriant et prêt à aider. Nous étions en famille et avons beaucoup apprécié le calme, la tranquillité et la piscine. L’appartement dispose de tout le confort nécessaire, aussi bien pour un voyage en solo que pour un séjour en famille. Персонал , чистота, близость к морю и улице с множеством кафе, полностью оснащеный бытовой техникой номер, возможность купить маленькие порции моющих средств, прекрасный бассейн, очень удобный матрас на кровати и чистота белья, тишина по ночам. Такого нет.

oleg (2/5): Закройтесь! - Ничего. Не предупреждают в системе бронирования, что часть номеров будет в подвале. Меня заселили в подвал, хотя обещали номер с балконом. На балкон и повелся, а в итоге я жил в подвале , а балкон оказался просто выемкой уровня ниже бассейна. Они это называют ground floor, но это и есть подвал.Там темно, спертый воздух и высокая влажность. В санузле запах фекалий и постоянный шум сливаемой канализации так как за стеной находится слив. На так называемом балконе куча дохлых тараканов и уборка туда не приходит. Ужасно жесткий матрас, спать невозможно. Спал на диване. Нет штопора, хотя есть бокалы для Апероля почему то. Видимо хозяева закупили самые дешевые. У половины кастрюль нет крышек. Фанерные стены и высока слышимость. Я не рекомендую это место, так как оно не соответствует описанию и стоимости. Все сделано ужасно и некачественно. Персонал все отрицает и уверял меня что в подвале я не живу.

Diana (8/5): Precio calidad excelente . Muy buena ubicación y personal amable - La ubicación excelente a 3 min de la playa . El personal es muy profesional, atento y servicial . La habitación que nosotros elegimos estaba muy bien y tenía jacuzzi. Lo único que hay que tener en cuenta es que la habitación con jacuzzi queda en un semisótano . Con salida al exterior .

Elena (10/5): A clean and well-equipped apartment in a great, quiet location with everything you need nearby - The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the promenade and Konyaaltı Beach. There is even a free public section of the beach nearby. There are several convenience stores like Sok and Migros Jet within walking distance. A larger Migros is a bit further, but still easily accessible on foot. The area also has many restaurants, cafes, and a bakery to choose from. The apartment itself was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed and more, including a coffee machine, air fryer, and a drying machine. I would definitely come back again. Nothing
Steve (10/5): Excellent hotel - Nice big accomodation. Balcony. Lovely pool area. No towel reservations are apparent. Great air con. Staff fantastic and helpful Washing machine and drier big help if travel lightly Higher rooms mean you might not get your room cleaned daily. Spend 4 or 5 hours at pool from 9. Return at 2ish ..room would not be done. By time go out again at 4ish cleaners would not be about and not done. Minor point as the rooms are impeccable and really only sleep and 2 hours out of the sun in afternoon

Mesut (10/5): - Das Personal war super nett und hilfreich. Die Lage Top nur eine Straße dann war man am Meer. Familienzimmer war im Kellergeschosse was uns aber nicht gestört hat da es nicht so warm würde und wir sogar im August ohne Klimaanlage eingeschlafen sind. Jederzeit würde ich es wieder buchen. SAUBERKEIT Perfekt. Besteck war für drei Personen was für uns ausreichend war. Ich würde aufjedenfall Geschirrtücher und Waschmaschienentaps und Spülmaschinentabs mitbringen. Das Hotel hat sogar ein Handtuchservice was super Vorteile hatte.

La struttura è piccola ma curata in ogni dettaglio, molto più tranquilla e intima rispetto ai grandi resort della zona, cosa che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. L’hotel si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia e dispone di una piscina pulita e ben tenuta, ideale per rilassarsi in totale serenità. L’atmosfera è calma e piacevole, perfetta per chi cerca riposo senza rinunciare alla comodità. Camera confortevole, personale gentile e discreto, posizione comodissima per muoversi in zona. Florentina Aurora (10/5): I will come back as is a good place to stay - Everything was as we wanted. Clean, very nice people, nice place., reception very helpful with any queries. Quiet place far from all the noise from the other hotels. I don’t like the basement rooms and while we did had natural light coming in I still find tough to stay in such rooms. But the terrace was nice and because it wasn’t a room in plain sun turned out to be an advantage as it wasn’t so hot in the room and during the night we didn’t use the air conditioner.

Olga (10/5): - Останавливались на 2 недели. Хочу отметить близость к морю. Затем то ,что отель находится сразу за MegaSaray отелем и были переживания ,что звуки от аниматоров и музыки будут мешать. Но их вообще не слышно и не мешают ,можно не волноваться. Потом в номер оборудан кухонной техникой максимально. Я думаю,это плюс для семей с маленькими детьми,можно что то перетертое готовить,паровое.В ванной ещё сушильная машина ,это удобно ,полотенца и одежду можно не сушить на балконе. Но и сушилка тоже есть . Убирают по первой просьбе. На окнах стоят металлические ролставни ,это плюс от жары и дополнительная шумоизоляция. Кондиционера 2 в номере ,новые и не шумные ,дуют не на кровать ,что важно. Персонал доброжилательный с хорошим английским. Ещё раз подчеркну ,пожалуй ,самый важный для нас критерий ,в отеле очень тихо. Не слышно ни лифта ,ни соседей,ни звука бассейна. Отель подойдёт для тех ,кто ищет тихий отдых.

Maria (10/5): Perfect, will return - I chose this property after carefully going through the reviews of other aparthotels in the area. Most important aspects to me was walkable proximity to the beach, quietness (as it’s hard to get in Turkey), swimming pool and cleanliness. I can rate 10 out of 10 for all above. I also want to point out the excellent air conditioning in the bedroom, it doesn’t blow directly on to the bed and cools the room. We were able to sleep with the air conditioner on. I also slept without the earplugs, I’m a very light sleeper, but it was very comfortable. The curtains are excellent and there are also shutters on the outside. The lack of breakfast didn’t bother us, we went to Veranda cafe across the road for good breakfast, it’s from 7:30 am until 10:30 am. Also very nice staff, ready to help in all hours.Helped with suitcases and other queries. Nothing, all good.

Nicola (10/5): I felt safe, comfortable and entertained - Everything! The location is very good.. 2 minute walk to the beach. Supermarkets and amazing local restaurants within 3-5 minute walk. Being a solo female traveller, I felt so safe and at home staying here. 24-hour reception and the owners are just so lovely they cannot do enough for you. I will for sure recommend this place as a 5+* Nothing! Everything was perfect for me
SERGEY (10/5): - Бассейн супер чистый теплый,зона для загара.Номер 503 апартаменты с видом на бассейн было всё как в описании техника отличная,посуда!!! В санузле временами сильный шум и запах канализации,не работала кофеварка,у заварника подтекает носик по соеденению его с заварником в нижней части.
