• Elizabeth (6/5): - The location was amazing, wonderful view, comfortable bed, clean fridge and washing machine. Clean bathroom. Cooking rings dated, food took a long time to cook. No tools to cook with. Hardly any cutlery.

• Vera (7/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt mit Flussblick war es okay. - Den Blick auf den Rhein haben wir sehr genossen. Uns hat die Unordnung im Flur und das Trampeln der oberen Bewohner tlw. gestört.

• Reinhold (7/5): Preiswert mit tollen Blick, einfache Unterkunft - Die Lage ist spitze, toller Blick sehr ruhige Lage, alles in der Nähe, Pizzeria, Kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker im Netto Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, die Decke knarzt wenn die Bewohner oben drüber laufen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist spartanisch, für eine Nacht wars OK, für längeren Aufenthalt wenn man dort kochen will siehst eher schlecht aus, vielleicht muss man es anfordern.

• Cintia (1/5): - Die Lage war nicht ganz schlecht. In der Beschreibung steht dass Parkplätze an der Unterkunft vorhanden wären. Diese stimmt nicht so ganz. Mann muss in eine enge Gasse auf der Straße auf eine Parkplatz hoffen. Die Haus ist wahnsinnig hellhörig und alt. Wir hatten bei unsere Ankunft 17 Grad in der Wohnung, die Fenster war gekippt und die Heizung war aus. Nach dem wir alles zugemacht haben und die Heizung aufgedreht haben, haben wir in der Kälte gewartet dass es endlich wärmer wird. Nach dem, nach 1 - 1,5 Stunden die Heizkörpern immernoch kalt waren haben wir die Gastgeber Kontaktiert. Da wir relativ spät angereist sind war es auch spät (23.30) aber es steht überall dass sie bis 24 Uhr erreichbar sind! War Fehlanzeige! Wir haben den Kontakt per WhatsApp aufgenommen und angerufen und unsere Problem geschildert aber keine Antwort bekommen. Erst in der Früh um 7 kam ein "Guten Morgen" und nichts weiter... Nach dem wir eine weitere Nachricht geschrieben haben wo wir eine Rückerstattung fordern weil wir (mit eine 1 Jähriges Kind) die ganze Nacht gefroren sind kam wieder kein Antwort. Nach dem Abreise Uhrzeit wurde der Gastgeber auf einmal gesprächiger und hat frech gesagt dass die Heizung funktioniert er habe die Nachbarn gefragt...
• Elke (10/5): Beautiful Spot - Excellent communication from the owner, he can speak fluent English, German and other languages, which is really handy. We hopped off the train in Koblenz Stadtmitte and walked over here. It was a beautiful walk, just make sure that you don't have a lot of luggage and good shoes, but apparently you can also catch a bus or a taxi to get here. The quality of the room is very good , it's quiet, and the view is spectacular, especially if you enjoy barges going past and people watching. Wish that we could have stayed longer. That we arrived on Saturday night and the supermarket was closed on Sunday.
• R (8/5): Muy satisfecho en general - El lugar era precioso y la ubicación perfecta para ir a todos los puntos de interés. El apartamento estaba bien equipado y era cómodo/agradable estar en él. Un lugar alejado pero bien ubicado y con facilidad de encontrar aparcamiento gratis! La ducha tenía el desagüe del revés y el plato de ducha tenía puesto con silicona escuadras de plástico pequeñas que no contenían bien el agua por lo que salía todo afuera y no había más que una mopa para recoger el agua. La pica de la cocina estaba del revés por lo que se hacía raro abrir el agua del grifo. Por lo demás todo correcto.
