• Maria (10/5): Чудовий хостел з приватністю - Класний задум для ночівлі за невеликі гроші. Можливість мати приватність в хостелі це чудово. Закрився і ти в своєму особистому просторі. Капсула зручна, велика. Немає відчуття коробки. Можна сісти. Є навіть столик. Нажаль немає шумоізоляції. Але це ж хостел. І можливість спати окремо навіть у хо стелі це чудово. Єдине, мені не підійшли зарядки, бо там старі великі порти USB але в холі є розетки, тож заряджалася поки снідала. І шукала інші варіанти підзарядки. Також зручно, що були шафки на коді для речей. І можна було лишити все цінне там. Кондиціонер в капсулі був шумним. Тому не вмикала.

• Tomáš (1/5): Neadekvátní - Ubytování je v centru města. Máte možnost snídaně. Majitel se zřejmě inspiroval asijskými krabicemi na spaní (pody), nicméně zde se jedná o nejlevnější krabice z Ikey? 1) špína - našli jsme šváby 2) hluk z ulice 3) hlučnost hostů, věřte, nebudete v úplně vybrané společnosti. 4) personál není, my jsme měli štěstí když jsme přišli, že nám otevřela a ukázala vnitřek paní. Pak zmizela a už se neobjevila. Budete-li mít problém, nic nevyřešíte. Jelikož při příchodu byla, v hodnocení jsem to zhodnotil. 5) rozložení baráku je nesmyslné - musíte procházet nelogickou sadou schodů a chodeb Celkově je to vůči požadovaným penězům absolutně neadekvátní. 6) na pohodlí zapomeňte 7) ve sprše není žádný tlak vody Použijte jen jako nouzovku, když čekáte na trajekt. Kdyby to bylo méně, byl bych méně kritický. Doporučuji majiteli zapracovat na zvukové izolaci krabic, a na jejich zabezpečení.

• hanan (4/5): Se intentó dormir lo que se pudo - Ubicación, instalaciones planta baja (cocina y duchas). El personal es amable y atento. El desayuno, aunque le falta fruta o aceite de oliva, lo que había (cereales, avena, leche vegetal y leche normal, mermeralda, miel, tostadas de pan blanco y de cereales) estaba bien. Para salir del paso es un buen alojamiento, pero que no volvería. Las cápsulas no eran muy cómodas (colchón y almohadas). En la última planta no había baño, había que bajar a la primera planta. Algunos huespedes son muy ruidosos, sobre todo los recién llegados. La limpieza del lugar no era muy buena. Las toallas de ducha son pequeñas como si fueran las de mano y no se cambian.

Los accesos usb de las capsulas no funcionan, la tele tampoco, no hay mantas, las pedí y es verdad que me las dieron pero estaban roidas, no hay personal en el lugar hay que llamar por telefono y hay que esperar

• Cruz Almeida (10/5): Una experiencia sin probar no sabe a nada . Probar - Las instalaciones son espectaculares, compartes algunas zonas comunes pero bastante armonía, la habitación es una cápsula espectacular como sí estuviera en países asiáticos lo recomiendo será una experiencia magnífica ésto lo tenéis qué probar os molaría muchísimo doy fé. Un problema con Booking, pero son muy buenos y resolvieron el problema rápido porque un establecimiento nunca puede quedar mal . Agradezco su fluidez.

• Koch (2/5): Nicht noch einmal! - Diese Unterkunft ist nur was für den Notfall und sollte nicht bei booking com aufgeführt werden. Unser Flug war gecancelt und wir suchten schnell nach einer Übernachtung. Aber wir sind wieder umgekehrt. Dann kann ich auch über Nacht auf dem Flughafen bleiben…

• MIHAELA (3/5): - Les personnel sont aimables et l'endroit est propre. Le manque de commodités ( les affaires dans une caisse minuscule), le bruit de la route, le problème de la température : trop chaud puis trop froid. Un concept qui passe une nuit, mais pas plus.

• Arizpe (6/5): - El precio era muy bueno, pero se podía ver reflejado en ciertas cosas. La televisión que te prometen dentro de la cápsula, no funciona. Los puertos USB tampoco, por lo que no es posible cargar nada dentro de la cápsula. Nosotros estuvimos primero una noche, y esas dos cosas nos fallaron dentro de la cápsula, pero por el precio decidimos regresar a pasar otras 2 noches y nos asignaron otra cápsula. Llegamos en una hora en la que ya no había staff y en nuestra cápsula no funcionaba ninguna de las 2 cosas mencionadas anteriormente, pero aparte no funcionaba la luz principal interna de la cápsula y la ventilación. Nos molesto que tuvimos que dormir con la puerta abierta, cancelando lo que te prometen (privacidad) y aparte se nos hizo peligroso que pudieran tener otras cápsulas sin ventilación. Claramente por la noche no contestaron nuestros mensajes, pero al día siguiente nos ofrecieron cambiar de cápsula o marcharnos con un rembolso de solo la siguiente noche (no la que la pasamos mal). Aparte de este problema, el staff siempre fue muy amable y el desayuno no es la gran cosa, pero por el precio viene muy bien. La televisión que te prometen dentro de la cápsula, no funciona. Los puertos USB tampoco, por lo que no es posible cargar nada dentro de la cápsula. Schöner und großzügiger Aufenthaltsbereich.Frühstück. Bunt gemischte Menschen(Alter und Nationalität). Personal freundlich. Kapsel 17: etwas abseits, Fensterblick und Fensterbank. Die Kapseln sind aus Sperrholz(?), die Schiebetüren laut, nicht abschließbar. Sehr hellhörig.- kein persönliches ExraKlappfach. Keine Möglichkeit z.B feuchte Kleidung aufzuhängen.

• Ryan (8/5): - I was Ill at the time so having a self contained sleeping pod was actually ideal. The location is fantastic, super central in Santa Cruz. Other guests who blocked up the communal passageways with all their belongings- I feel the hostel should be more strict on this. The fact that everyone is self contained makes for a less communal atmosphere, but having said that it’s much more comfortable having your own Space compared To other hostels.

Avoid him and avoid this place. - The privacy of the capsules is nice, and location is good The owner of this hostel made my stay absolutely horrible, and I wasn't the only one. First, check in instructions are sent through videos on whattsapp, which is weird. I texted about storing luggage before check in, and he said "you can try". I tried, and no one was there. quite inconvient, next time just say no. My locker wasn't working at check-in and when the owner arrived, he starts yelling at me that I am doing it wrong and I'm impatient. I mean really yelling. I have never talked to him before this, so it's entirely uncalled for. Not to mention that the lock is actually dying, but he refused to believe me. i have video proof that it doesn't work right. He was so rude that someone who overheard asked if I was okay. The next morning, I went to breakfast at 9:50 (ends at 10) knowing it might be sorta over. When I went, everything was completely cleaned up. This was odd because he must've done that 20 minutes before breakfast closed, but I didn't say anything, I just turned to leave. He comes out of the kitchen yelling at me that he cleans up 10-15 minutes before, otherwise people would be eating after 10. he keeps going on with more stuff. I tell him it's okay I can just go somewhere else and he continues yelling at me. It's actually insane because i didn't say a word to the man and the breakfast is shitty anyway, I just wanted to have a look. Plus, the tables by breakfast are common space, so I can sit there past 10 if i'd like to! He kept yelling and forced me to take something, despite me telling him I wanted to leave and I didn't care. He wouldn't stop yelling. Weird, uncomftable and made me afraid be there. There's no other staff besides him and the cleaners, but there needs to be. They kick you out of common areas while cleaning (3 hours), and apparently after breakfast so you don't feel welcome.
• Saúl (1/5): Estancia mejorable por falta de mantenimiento y comodidad - Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue su ubicación. Está próximo al Puerto de Santa Cruz de la Palma. En general, mi experiencia en el alojamiento no ha sido satisfactoria por varios motivos. En primer lugar, las cápsulas no se pueden cerrar con tarjeta, lo que resta seguridad y comodidad. Además, los cargadores USB de la cápsula estaban rotos, por lo que tuve que cargar el móvil todos los días en recepción, algo bastante incómodo. Por otro lado, la televisión de la cápsula no funcionaba. Aunque en mi caso no era algo esencial, considero importante mencionarlo para otros huéspedes que sí puedan querer utilizarla. También debo destacar que la cápsula que me asignaron no estaba bien limpia. Otro aspecto negativo, y el más importante, fue el ventilador, que no funcionaba correctamente. Además, incluso en el caso de que hubiera funcionado bien, los conductos de ventilación estaban llenos de suciedad, por lo que no resultaba recomendable usarlo. Esto provocó que dentro de la cápsula hiciera bastante calor, lo que nos dificultó mucho poder dormir. Considero que estas condiciones no son normales, especialmente tratándose de un espacio cerrado como este. Añadiré una imagen del conducto de ventilación como prueba del estado en el que se encontraba. En conjunto, son varios detalles que afectan directamente a la comodidad y calidad de la estancia.

Trop de bruit la nuit avec les portes coulissantes des capsules et une fenêtre ouverte sur la rue à côté de mon lit ( non accessible) qui à certainement son utilité sauf lorsqu'il pleut. Manque d une couverture, seul un drap, non suffisant avec le temps, m a contrainte à me réhabiller en pleine nuit ! Anvien port de prise USB dans les capsules

• Robert (5/5): Affordable and central living in need of better cleaning. - The location of the hostel is very central and the cost per night is low. You get a good night’s sleep as well. Breakfast was very basic, lacking all sorts of protein such as ham, cheese or eggs. The only thing to put on your bread was jam and margarin. There was a lack of regular (with caffeine) coffe, just instant decaf coffee. After a weeks stay, the supply of tea had ceased, so no such drink was available on the day of my departure. Despite that the guests get locked out from the hostel between noon and 3 pm, the reason being that the facilities are being sanitized and cleaned, the cleanliness is substandard: At night, there are small cockroaches roaming around in the kitchen, the sofa is covered in a dirty blanket, that wasn’t changed for over a week, the floor of the sleeping cabins are full of dust. Also, the bathroom area is far from clean, with lots of dirt around the floor/wall edges.

Es wurde sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet.Von 12 bis 15 geschlossen wegen Reinigungsarbeiten.Sehr schöne Dachterrasse. Frühstück inklusive. Bett war bequem. Kapsel leider nicht absperrbar. Großer Aufenthaltsraum im 1.Stock. Leider keine Herdplatten zum Kochen.

Cero hospitalidad de quien te hace el check in, muchas indicaciones solo al llegar. Es un alojamiento de una sola noche, yo volaba al aeropuerto al día siguiente y aún así no dormí por los ruidos de huéspedes borrachos.

Nos permitieron dejar cosas nuestras antes del check-in en un mueble personal cerrado con llave electrónica. Gracias por todo ! En la cápsula donde nos tocó dormir, había un puerto USB que no funcionaba..! Pero el diseño de la capsula, muy bien pensado !

• Angie (5/5): Good to sleep after a long day of hike but don’t expect anything else - I like the location, the old building, and the ladies staff, not the man, he was rude. I didn’t like the male staff, he was really rude not only to me but to other guests as well. Very basic breakfast, with not even paper towels to clean your hand, people had to use toilet paper. 3 years ago it was much better, now they don’t even have butter anymore, only margarine, no fruit, very cheap quality products. The cubicles are comfortable, but do not lock. Compared to 3 years ago when I stayed the first time, it went down, in service and in quality. There was mould in bathrooms/showers and was not very clean.
