- Holger (8/5): - Kleines:Hotel ca. 4 Min vom Jodd Fairs Market, U-Bahn und Riesen Supermarkt entfernt.
Tolle Lage.
- Catalin (8/5): Nice place with good prices and acces. - Nice place, with acces to subway, night-market and grocery store. Loud street. Some rooms are noisy.
- Hafiz Mazhar (7/5): -
- PILOUP (9/5): -
- Jirawichada (7/5): - The staffs are really nice and very accommodating. The bed is just right firmness pair with a really soft pillow, it really hit the spot for me. As Huay Khwang is a bustling neighborhood, there are a lost of cars and motercycles so it is really noisy even at night. Also I prefer to have a small table at the bed so I can put my glasses and a glass of water.
- Olivier (5/5): Moyen - Cela était propre J ai demandé une couverture supplémentaire, une personne voulais me faire payer 🤦♂️, et ma fiche étais boucher mais une personne a l accueil très gentil a résolu ses problème 👍
- Praeploy (8/5): - ห้องสวย
- Phyo Maw (10/5): - Good location Nothing much
- Nadja (8/5): -
- Nikhil (7/5): - The staff are lovely and nice. Very helpful. Just not that clean around certain parts of the room. A mirror in the room would be useful as the toilet mirror is too dark in there.
- Patchanok (8/5): Not for young kids, but the room was great. - The room is good. It’s spacious and clean. The staff at night time was helpful and nice. It might not be suitable for family, especially with young kids as the hotel is 300 meters away from the car park. The road is very busy. No pathway. We had to walk on the road to and from the car park. Anyone who would like to stay here should be independent.
- Talk Show (5/5): - Nearby by walk distance have big c, nearby mrt station Thailand culture centre
Jodd fair night market Hotel location in small street, sound insulation not so good, poor drainage system
- HSINYU (10/5): -
- Aidora (8/5): Very good - The staff especially Nina. She was very hospitable and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and surprisingly big.
- Seang (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kosh1986 (7/5): Well placed and super friendly staff kinda place! - It's a pretty nice clean hotel. The staff are very friendly. It's close to the Jodd Fairs market which is easy for some street food. Also 2 decent sized malls for ice coffee and quick shopping. The Thailand Cultural centre Metro station is nearby too so it's easy for access. All in a pretty good hotel. My room around the bed could have been cleaner. Not a huge negative. The biggest negative I had was the "view". It backs out onto a 2 storey market car park so it's pretty average.
- Mr720 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fairy (7/5): Good -
- Anna (9/5): Superb -
- Goran (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yenjie (9/5): Superb -
- Chung (7/5): Great location and staff - The location was great and staff was very helpful There were ants in the room. The bed was a bit hard.
- Natasha (5/5): Okay for a short stay - Property looked nice and it was clean. Near transit and a great food hall Beds are very hard and it’s very loud, you can hear the other rooms flush their toilets and every single conversation that goes on. Bring your earplugs!
- May (8/5): Very good -
- Khom (7/5): Good -
- Marco (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicholas (8/5): Very good -

- Foobiezw (9/5): Superb -
- Markovič (8/5): Very good -
- Tracyy (10/5): Enjoy the trip with the stay so much - I love the service of the staff so much. The housekeeping was great and helpful. The bed is superb for us, definitely can have a well sleep everyday. Only the thing is the sound insulation, hope can improve!
- Staycation (6/5): It’s dirty - Location Not clean
- Jarvis (8/5): Comfortable but remote location. - Air conditioning, comfortable large bed, friendly staff, modest cost. Noisy construction next door, street noise, uneven floor between bathroom, bed and hallway presenting risk of falling, no microwave only a hot water pitcher, remote lication.
- Rory (9/5): Great stay, wonderful location, friendly staff - It was the second time we stayed here, liked it No bedside table, this time we got another room where AC worked not as perfecf as before, noise from outside
- Patcharaporn (5/5): Passable -
- Stepan (10/5): Amazing accommodation in Bangkok. Big C and night markets in walking distance. - We stayed in this hotel the night before our flight back home and it was the best. You have night markets in walking distance and Big C market right next to the hotel. The rooms were clean and looked really nice. Definitely recommend. nothing
- Rob (4/5): Not a "Deluxe" room - This room was classed as "Deluxe," which in my opinion should be a "Standard " based on the following
1. There are no bedside sockets for charging phones, etc .
2. No complimentary coffee/tea and only 2 bottles of water.
3. Balcony was shared and housed a large air-conditioning unit. This was also a small grated area with no chairs and lacked privacy.
4. Shower amenities were okay, but after having a shower, my skin itched all night due to strong chlorine in the water - smell was quite overpowering.
5. Clothes hanging was limited in depth and would not be suitable for hanging dresses, etc.
6. City view was the back of Big C .
Finally, for those that drive, the entrance is in a small Soi with the actual car park, some 280 metres away - not ideal when carrying luggage or for people with restricted mobility .
- Anna (9/5): Superb - It's very cozy hotel. Good enough furniture. No stress. Very close to BigC and some shopping mall.
Also you'll see many laundry shop around here. The wall is not thick enough, I could hear other guests voice when I turn off TV.
- Daria (7/5): Good -
- Yan (7/5): Good -
- Rory (10/5): Awesome stay, totally recommended - Absolutely everything: friendly staff, wonderful room that doesn't get hot without cooling it, AC works properly, the mattress was the best, Netflix, amazing bathroom, good sound-proofing. Maybe another chair? less direct light?
- Josh (8/5): Awesome location with lots of great food. - Great location friendly staff They only gave us one room key, had to keep asking to be let back in when only one of us would leave.
As the room key had to be used to have power in the room
- Mrinal (10/5): Excellent convenience for decent price - Good walking distance of less than 1km to either of the MRT stations (Huai Khwang, Thailand Cultural Centre), 24-hr reception. Close proximity to 7-11, restaurants, malls and plenty of coin laundry available on the street. Property does take extra 3% via card, would have been nice to be informed before booking. Also, do activate your card for e-commerce payment since you'll probably be shown a QR code/link to pay up.
- Deenia (10/5): Quiet rooms even though you are in the middle of the city. Great space for a family with young kids. - Great location for a few quiet days at the end of our trip. Around the corner from a mall and walking distance to MRT. We were happy to relax in our room and walk to the mall for some of the 24 hour restaurants and stores. After traveling for 3 weeks with small kids it was just what we needed.
- Halil (8/5): Very good -
- Siti (9/5): Would come again - It was so cozy and I liked how it’s near to the hot spots! -
- Ahmss (8/5): Very good -
- Chinbeng (7/5): Good - Value for money, near the mall, surrounding area lots of food stall No other facilities like pool or Cafe
- 語蓁 (9/5): Superb - Cheap and high cp value
- Alan (7/5): Good value for Bangkok. Nothing mind blowing, but good for what I paid. - Good value for Bangkok. Nothing mind blowing, but good for what I paid. There was not daily room cleaning unlike other places i've stayed in Thailand.
- Arun (8/5): Very good - Location , good place to stay All good. Slightly costly n lesser luxurious than what I expected for the rate
- Howard (8/5): Very good - Clean close to amenities Only 2 power outlets. Road outside is shared with cars motorbikes etc
- Pengboon (10/5): Exceptional - Staff friendly Cleaning lady didn't change bedsheets when asked
- Chan (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (7/5): A perfect family budget stay. - Very petit property in the middle of Ratchadaphisek, near The Big C mall. Family room is very comfortable and spacious, two king size bunk bed and 1 king size bed.
Breakfast isn’t provided but they have crockery, cutlery, safe and heater. A bit difficult to find.
- Sharmaine (10/5): Exceptional - Construction noise was incredible. Jack hammers going most days right outside our room. I was recovering from major multiple dental surgeries and needed peace and quiet. I notified the hotel of this prior to arrival and on check in. No response....
- Mateo (5/5): Passable - the ambiance payment options. doesn’t have machine to accept credit card. their QR doesn’t work for tourists. and front desk doesn’t speak english fluently.
- Christy (6/5): Pleasant - Beside the double decker bed so dusty.
- รัตนาภรณ์ (9/5): Superb -
- Daniel (9/5): Superb -
- Xanthia (7/5): Good -
- Sing (7/5): Good - It is actually quite hard to find a room to fit in 5 of us. But luckily I managed to find The Nhorm Hotel. Room is spacious and I love the balcony. Enjoy our stay there.
- Pinpinat (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jinbo (10/5): Exceptional - the receptionist is nice and great, the rooms are big and clean
- Shu (9/5): Superb -
- Lujainy (7/5): Good -
- Nelson (10/5): Exceptional - Simple but comfortable
- Mette (8/5): Cute small hotel with good location - Cute small hotel. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Clean rooms which looked exactly as the pictures. Location was perfect and very central. The aircon was directly above the bed and the mattress was a bit too firm for our liking.
- Mahani (8/5): Very good -
- Aviel (8/5): Good affordable accommodation in Bangkok. - Receptionist was friendly and welcoming.
Good sized room.
Good general location, easy access to public transport. Room lacked view (our room looked into a carpark..)
Lack of coffee/tea facilities.
Shower drainage was poor causing the floor to be wet most of the time.
- Luah (10/5): Exceptional - Staff, Room, Facilities
- Dirk (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nada (3/5): it was a pleasant stay, comfortable, clean but the night shift staff was very unfriendly. when i arrived to check in sh - its quite secluded , away from traffic noises it is quite near to 711 so you could grab a quick bite and theres also quite a number of eateries nearby (5
mins walk) eg starbucks, burger king, kfc there was only one keycard and if youre staying with somebody and they needed to head downstairs, everyone would need to head out tgt
- ภัทรียา (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pengboon (8/5): Very good -
- Jia (9/5): Superb -
- Panuwat (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pengboon (10/5): Exceptional - The spacious room and friendly day staff A bit out of the way from city and no room service
- Alexandre (1/5): Worst experience in Bangkok, you won’t get what you think!! - the hotel looks very nice from outside and pretty modern So much to say
1. we booked a room with balcony as I am a smoker, my wife arrived 1 day before me and didn’t notice the problem as there was a balcony.
When I arrived, I discovered that the balcony was locked, I asked the reception the key, however they told me they can’t.
I asked why, and they said you booked a deluxe room. And deluxe room have no balcony.
Then I checked and deluxe room have balcony.
Then she bring another reason that the day my wife arrived no room with balcony was available
I then asked to be refunded for the 2 nights left and they refused. They say we can refund you according to our policy 50% of the left over.
I said I booked a room with balcony and you don’t have any for me, I want my money back.
They refused again.
My wife said that you can hear absolutely everything from your room.
The room next door, what ever the guests are doing, the toilet flush and so on.
The mattress is also horrible.
We finally left and stayed at the Somerset Rama 9 very close by and it was very good.
- Phanida (8/5): Very good -
- Fai (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roman (8/5): Very good -
- Izwarz (6/5): Quaint lil place - Was initially "oh my gawd-ing" upon arriving very late (twas just after midnight) at the hotel. Felt like i was in a scene from a crime / mystery movie - dark dark alley-ish back road, half expecting Batman to show up to beat up some shady characters.
All that changed in the morning, however. The "back alley road" feel was still there, but looked much more cheerful in daylight. Found some locals selling - presumably to the workers at the mall and Big C nearby - local breakfast. Got meself fried rice + egg and iced coffee from another push cart chappie for a grand total of THB700.. If scones and bangers + iced lattes are your staple, you'd probably need to wait and check the menu at the nearby cafe to open (presumably at 9am - i was doing my walkabout at 7am). Oh yes. 7-11 was a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
Still, it was a nice change from the hustle and bustle of honking cars while breathing exhaust fumes at Sukhumvit.
Room was of a decent size.
Super cold air conditioning.
Nice rain shower set up.
Good security - you need to scan your room key to enter the hotel lobby (after 9pm) and again in the lift to your floor. Bed was oddly positioned. Not much room to navigate between the bed and side table near the window. While there was plenty of (underutilised) space on the other side.
Strange bed position could be a feng shui thingy as the beam on the ceiling was smack in the middle of the room.
Empty side of the room could have had a single seater armchair to rest and raise the weary legs after walking and exploring every floor of The Street mall.
No hot water - it was lukewarm at best. Best to get dressed in the bathroom, as walking into a room with the super cold AC (even when set at 23c) in only a towel will make you feel like you are on the set of "Frozen"
