Старовойт (1/5): The most terrible appartements we have ever seen - Nothing. These are the most horrible apartments and owners we have ever met in our lives!!! It was dirty everywhere, hair and garbage on the floor, doors in nasty stains. There were no towels upon arrival! They even changed the location from the one mentioned here, the real location is worse (10 minutes further from Center)! But we would have cleaned it up, because we paid a month's rent! The worst thing is the clogged and completely broken sewer in the shower and sink. We had no opportunity to wash! There was no communication, no one responded to our complaints in three days! On the fourth day, we just moved out and asked for a refund! They refused to return our money and offered to return! Terrible attitude, complete lack of control over the order! These positive reviews are not in accordance with reality!

Doreen (1/5): Couldn't wait to leave - Location OK. That was the ONLY thing OK about the apartment. Everything ... 4th floor, thin curtains so too much light in the rooms, noise from construction at 6am, street bins emptied at 6am, and neighbours noise through both bedrooms' thin walls. A washing machine but nowhere to hang clothes, no shelves in the bathroom, cigarette hole in a duvet. Compare this to looking at an estate agent's pictures, turning up at the property and seeing the true whole picture. Glass shattered from a 4th floor window down the stairwell to the ground floor - the glass stayed for days and remained when we left. I have many pictures but unfortunately I am only able to load 4.
