• Fernando (5/5): Nao era o que esperavamos. - A localização perfeita A limpeza, o quarto cheio de cabelos pelo chão e tinha baratas, não tinha talheres decentes, banheiro péssimo de tomar banho, os corredores cheiravam mal a comidas fritas e outras coisas a toda a hora e todo o dia

• MOHAMED (5/5): - L'emplacement près de la.mer et des commodités Les bruits des voisins qui parlent très fort . On entend quelqu'un qui paraît malade et qui toussait tout le temps jour comme nuit et on l'entend cracher fortement comme si il était dans ma chambre . De même le portier était négatif quand à ma.petition de garder mes bagages lourds que je pouvais pas traîner avec moi de 11h30 du matin à 23h l'heure de vol
• Krisztina (9/5): - Very well equipped and cosy apartment, perfectly located, very close to the Paseo las Canteras. In fact there are only interior windows, you don't have natural light but for a shorter stay it was perfectly ok.
• Kelvin (9/5): Tutto il necessario. - Piccola e accogliente, munita di tutto il necessario. E in un ottima posizione. C’è una porta davanti al bagno un po creepy che a quanto pare serve a dividere due appartamenti. Niente di scioccante ma sarebbe meglio specificarlo.

• Viviana (8/5): Piacevole sorpresa. - La posizione dell'appartamento vicino al mare e ad una delle zone più vivaci di Las Palmas. I vicini alle volte un po' rumorosi.

• Eric (8/5): Schöner Urlaub in praktischem City Apartment - Super Lage in Strandnähe. Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt um die Ecke, ebenso wie viele Restaurants etc. Das Apartment ist hell und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter hat sogar Netflix auf dem Fernseher für die Gäste eingerichtet. Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung. Schlüsselübergabe total unkompliziert und bei Problemen war der Vermieter schnell per Whatsapp erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden :) Wie in Spanien üblich, sind die Wände des Gebäudes eher dünn. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte sich das also gut überlegen. Man hört schon recht viel von den Nachbarn. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde zwei Stockwerke tiefer ein Badezimmer renoviert. Das war tagsüber nicht zum Aushalten. Aber da waren wir eh fast immer am Strand. Ansonsten könnte das Apartment bald mal neue Matratzen vertragen. Für uns wars aber ok.
• Nazaret (2/5): Relación calidad-precio NEFASTA - -La casera respondía al momento con las dudas (vive al lado). -Pudimos dejar las maletas y hacer el chek-in antes de lo acordado. -La distancia a la playa. - El alojamiento no se corresponde con las imágenes, se nota que están retocas con inteligencia artificial porque el mobiliario no es el mismo. - Hay cucarachas de las pequeñas por todo el alojamiento, se cuelan por la comida y la ropa. - La limpieza es nefasta, te encuentras pelos por todos lados, las sabanas tienen manchas. Al coger un bote de especias estaba con telarañas, el bote de sal con trozos de restos de comida….Dejan varias cosas de alimentación en la cocina pero sin una mínima higiene. - No tiene ventilación. -El edificio olía muy mal. Aunque los vecinos eran la mayoría inmigrantes, no tuvimos problemas con ellos, pero el olor del edificio era terrible.

• Lisa (7/5): Ok for a couple of nights if you don’t have a lot of luggage - Location was good for us to visit family It was nothing like the photos. We were told a janitor would be at a desk in reception- there is no desk and you just have to wait for someone passing to let you in.
• Christian (7/5): piccolo appartamento funzionale vicino al mare - Appartamento piccolo ma funzionale, buona comunicazione, ho potuto anticipare il check in di ca 1 ora cioè verso le ore 14, apprezzato. C'è quasi tutto nel appartamento e ogni angolo viene sfruttato, wifi decente, grande televisore con netflix, lavatrice/ascugatrisce con detersivo, doccia con docciaschiuma e shampoo, cucina ben dotata con piatti e padelle e 3 tipi di macchina da caffe, unica cosa che non ho trovato in cucina era un piccola bilancia da cucina e le spezie scarseggiavano, le avvrà finto uno degli ospiti ma un po di sale e paprika costa poco. Vicinissimo alla spiagga, ca 150m, circondato da negozi e bar e ristoranti. Non era un problema il fatto che l'appartamento era in un palazzo abitato principalmente da migranti dell'africa o sudamerica, genti gentile e non si vedeva mai nessuno in giro, sempre tutto abbastanza pulito, nel palazzo in generale (intendo giroscale ecc.) non c'erano rumori cioè era molto silenzioso, Non ho ricevuto l'appartamento prenotato che doveva essere 309 invece ho ricevuto la 609 al sesto piano, non ho chiesto il motivo ma ho detto che se erano identici non sarebbe stato un problema per me, però in questo appartemento mancava l'aria condizionata (non mi sono lamentato ma comunque riduco il punteggio da 8 a 7) e c'erano sempre 27 gradi se lasciavo aperto le finestre interiori, se chiudevo saliva anche a 28 gradi. Il fatto che all'arrivo devi aspettare che qualcuno entri o esca nel palazzo per entrare non è il massimo, ma effettivamente ho aspettato solo qualche minuto, questo aspetto però è migliorabile, le chiavi del palazzo le trovi nell'appartamento dopo che sei entrato con il codice. Sarebbe bello avere la possibilità di entrare nell'appartamento anche solo con le chiavi perche se ti dimentichi il codice e non hai il telefono con le chat sottomano (magari dimenticato all'interno dell'appartamento) sei fregato. La cosa peggiore però per me erano i diretti vicini dell'appartemento di fronte, credo 607, erano rumorosissimi, il bambino piangeva spesissimo ad alta voce (piangeva per protesta o per capiriccio ecc), cuncinavano anche dopo le ore 23, una volta mi sono svegliato alle 3 di notte e facevano rumori come di giorno... poi 2 giorni di assoluto silenzio, in 2 settimane non sono riuscito a capire i ritimi di questa famiglia.... pazienza, accendere la TV aiutava un pochino.

• Susana (10/5): - La persona de contacto estuvo al 100% en todo momento resolviendo un par de imprevistos que nos pasaron, uno a altas horas y aún así contesto y resolvió al momento. La ubicación era muy buena a un minuto andando del paseo marítimo y la Playa de las Canteras. El apartamento es tal cual las fotos, cocina con todos los utensilios necesarios, el baño igual, y la cama muy cómoda, estaba todo muy limpio. A pesar de que el edificio era viejito el apartamento por dentro es un 10. Era interior y con el calor y las ventanas abiertas se escuchaba por el día a los vecinos, pero nada que no pase en cualquier sitio, por la noche era todo silencio, podría decir que desde las 22:00h no había ni un ruido Todo perfecto

• Brian (9/5): A winter break in GC - The apartment had absolutely everything that so many other apartments didn't have. Washing Machine (and washing powder) scissors, cleaning stuff, An oven with the hob. Having condiments including oil, coffee, rice and more in the press was really helpful. Size of apartment- a little tight but good value for money despite all.

• Barbara (8/5): Very good - The owner is very helpful and correct. The appartment is nice, Bed is comfortable, everything was satisfactory clean. Yes, the building is a bit loud, but not at night when you need to sleep, so no problem with that. Building is also a bit dark but to my experience completely safe. The location is excellent. Check in/check out was very easy. The bathroom has a sliding door and there is like 2/3cm between the wall and the door, so no real privacy if you should want it. There is not much space, if you have a lot of luggage (big suitcases) I would not recommend. For 1 person its perfect, for 2 it could be tight. Parking during the week its a bit challenging

• Bojana (7/5): good location, well equiped, can be improved - the apartment is steps away from the beach/waterfront. the most popular beach in the area, Las Canteras, is a 15-minute promenade walk away. the studio has a large TV and additional kitchen appliances (microwave, hand mixer, blender) that came in handy for smoothies and reheating food. it has an electric stove and enough cutlery and dishes for 2 people. the washing machine has a dryer. the bathroom window cannot open to ait the steam and make some draft. The air conditioning didn't work even though it was advertised. kept the fan on during the night as the only option. at times it would be noisy in neighbouring flats since their kitchen/room windows are 1-2m away (windows of 3-4 apartments are facing each other). I heard it is quite common in LP. Even though the studio was renovated, unlike the old building, there were a few cockroaches popping out in the sink and crawling inside the fridge.
