• Steven (9/5): Wish our stay was longer! - Amazing pool area with privacy, house was very spacious and equipped. Located 15mins from the beach or 5mins to a locate shop. Host was very helpful, polite and replied very quickly Outdoor furniture slightly worn but still very useable.
• Silvia (8/5): - El comedor, la cocina y los baños. Ed una lástima que la villa se encuentre algo descuidada, desde la zona del jardín hasta cosas del interior de la vivienda como persianas. También había polvo en algunas superficies.

Salimos un poco con retraso y la propietaria ofreció una respuesta muy formal y empatía con el grupo, Muy atenta, muy correcta maravillosa anfitriona. Mobiliario exterior desgastado.

• Alcala (6/5): - La ubicación, si buscas algo tranquilo y alejado de la zona de restaurantes, bares y playas. La tranquilidad de la casa y las terrazas. El mobiliario era escaso para el espacio y estaba muy descuidado y en mal estado. Todo se veía cutre para la imagen de lujo que vendía.
• Greta (10/5): Perfect - The villa is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect! As soon as we entered, we were welcomed by a fresh, clean scent that made the place feel like home. Everything was simply perfect.

• Mel (8/5): Great value for a charming place for exploring the area. - Excellent vfm for our needs on the outskirts of town so you need a car, but good supermarket 5 mins away and easy spot for exploring Xabia/ Denia and the surrounding coastal walks. Quiet at night in comfy bed, lovely sunsets. There are obviously a few areas worn and in need of work, electrical sockets in the sofa area would be a concern with small children as would the garden in the back which was overgrown.

• ingrid (8/5): Relación calidad precio MUY BIEN LA CASA, pero falta limpieza - El precio y la casa estaba chulisisisima. Creo que por el precio que pagamos no se puede pedir mucho más, porque la casa tenía muchísimas comodidades y valía mucho la pena. Faltó limpieza, creo que una casa tan grande necesita más, y más productos de limpieza.

• Anne (8/5): Enorm genoten! - De ruimte en de tuin waren fantastisch. De gastvrouw ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles was aanwezig wat nodig was. We hebben super genoten. Het was boven in de slaapkamers heel erg warm. 1 van de toilet ruimtes beneden rook erg vies. Het bed beneden was erg slecht, wat jammer was want wij hadden liever die kamer als master bedroom gezien.

• Fiona (9/5): Fabulous Villa for a Comfortable Holiday in Javea - Absolutely fabulous villa with amazing views of Montgo. Plenty of space, very comfortable, BIG TV & good WiFi. It’s well equipped for a couple like us or a larger group. Huge outdoor space fun, very private & secure. Nothing 😜
• Alex (3/5): Poor - Easy to pick up the keys from a drop box and good communication. A nice place to stay, but I recommend making sure that the place is clean. The pool was a large space. Unfortunately, there were afew issues regarding cleanliness. The smell of smoke in the house was overwhelming and caused us both the have physical reactions of sneezing, coughing, and sore eyes. We believe that the previous guests must have lit the fire in the living room and left the glass door to the fire open. The smell was through the whole house apart from the upstairs bedrooms. We aired the house downstairs for hours upon arrival and the next day, but the strong smell remained the whole stay (3 days). The first day was sunny, so we spent a lot of it outside, but the second amd third day it was raining. We decided to spend most of the day upstairs in the main bedroom, to get away from the smell. There was a chopping board in the drawer that was covered in mold, and the linen downstairs and various places around the house were very dusty. We told the owner about the problems, and she said that the previous guests must have had a fire. We said that the smell was overwhelming and caused us to be not well, and made it very uncomfortable to be in the downstairs of the house, and she apologised for this, amid said that she would lodge a complaint to booking. We suggested that the cleaners should have told her about the smell, and that the place was not in a habitable state. Therefore, we asked for the cleaning fee of about €100 to be reimbursed (in my opinion not a big ask under the circumstances). She said that this was "slightly extreme", and that she would ask booking for a claim. No, in other words. She also said that usually a house like this costs €300 a night (which is true) and we paid half the price, and then said that "some things are not perfect because of this" The place not being habitable is in my opinion a basic necessity. We asked if she had heard back from booking, and we still have not heard anything from her.
• Alexandra (9/5): Superbe relaxing time in a well equipped house with pool - Great and beautiful place to stay and relax. The house is well equipped, there are blinds to make it dark and sleep in in the mornings. The cot and washing & drying machine were very handy while travelling with kids. The trampoline and soccer goals are great for kids playtime as well as the swimming pool. It was a bit cold mid November so the host helped to activate the heating in the house. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again! Some maintenance work like for blinds needs to be done in between the seasons.
