- Aurelie (8/5): Perfect Location and the terrace had great views! - The two main features that made our stay was the location and the beautiful terrace with a great view! It was a short walk to all of the main attractions and train station. The terrace was great to relax and soak up some sun inbetween sight seeing. The double bed was comfortable but my mum/brother said the two singles were a bit hard. The sheets were clean, and we had plenty of towels. Overall we enjoyed our stay! It could have been cleaned a bit better, the floor was dirty. The pictures online were a bit different to what was actually there. Some of the facilities need updating and the shower was very small.

Comfy beds with lots of pillows. Great air con which was almost silent! The views and roof top terrace were superb. Staff incredibly helpful and communication was excellent. Plug in mosquito repellent throughout which were fabulous! A few l things to be aware of- no shutters in the living area, only curtains, therefore the sofa bed in the living area not used as room too bright to sleep in. The outdoor furniture differed from the pictures, not as comfy as the rattan sofas in the pictures. Would definitely recommend. Additional if shutters in the living area would have given us more flexible sleeping accommodation.

- Anthony (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location with a awesome terrace but terrace furniture in bad shape. - The location was great. The view from the terrace was unbeatable...Florence's Duomo and Campanile, the Medici chapel, etc. We could actually see the movement of the bell when it rang. The apartment was clean, comfortable beds and great sheets and pillows. The furniture on the terrace needs replacing. We actually sat on one of the lounge chairs and fell through the seat...one of the supports was broken. And the chairs were made of plastic, which is fine, but they were so slippery that the cushions kept sliding off. The terrace dining table top was warped and peeling. And there was a bucket with mops and cleaning supplies right where you sat. It was too bad because that terrace is the primary reason we chose this apartment. It was of course still usable, but could have been much better.
- Talcat69 (8/5): Beautiful apartment in a prime location - The location is super! Best area to stay in Firenze. The size of the apt is very good. Big bonus for the large balcony. Everything was very nice, We had an amazing stay, I did not like that the fact that we had to pay the utilities! They charged us 3 time more than the actual price. The A/C is not enough for the size of the apartment. I think for the price they charge they could provide toilet paper and kitchen towel paper..
