- Chong (1/5): Too noisy - Location The noise level at this hotel is absolutely unbearable as it is situated right next to a very busy road with constant honking throughout the day. It became even worse after 8pm because the hotel is directly across from a nightclub and public park where loud music was blasting while locals were exercising and dancing. The whole experience was horrible, and this is actually the first negative review I have ever left on Booking because of how bad the stay was. If you are looking for a peaceful or comfortable stay, do not stay here.

They even got porridge - You can leave luggage here if you arrive early We arrived waay to early in the morning from Sa Pa around 6AM, only to see their staff tiredly sleeping in the lobby, it took us some time to settle down 😅

- Παύλος (1/5): Απογοήτευση - Πολύ απογοητευτική εμπειρία. Κλείσαμε deluxe δωμάτιο με θέα πόλης, αλλά μας έβαλαν αρχικά σε εντελώς διαφορετικό δωμάτιο, χωρίς καμία σχέση με αυτό που είχαμε πληρώσει. Μετά από επανειλημμένες αλλαγές καταλήξαμε σε κάτι πιο κοντινό, αλλά με προβλήματα καθαριότητας (βρωμιά, μυρωδιές, κιτρινισμένα λευκά είδη). Το πρωινό ήταν φτωχό και καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες. Στην «αναβάθμιση» που μας έκαναν αργότερα, η κατάσταση ήταν ακόμη χειρότερη (έντονη δυσοσμία στο μπάνιο, τρίχες στη ντουζιέρα, λεκέδες στα σεντόνια). Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και πρόθυμο, αλλά το ξενοδοχείο χρειάζεται άμεσα ανακαίνιση και σε καμία περίπτωση δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε 4 αστέρια. Δεν το προτείνω.

Später wird kaum nachgefüllt und das Buffet ist sehr schmutzig. Es gab trotz Leistungsbeschreibung keine schallisolierten Fenster, kein frisches Obst und keine Blumen auf den Zimmern.Von der stark befahrenen Straße vor dem Hotel und der Disco drang der Lärm quasi ungefiltert in die Zimmer. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, die Klimaanlage war extrem laut, ohne war es aber zu warm. Diverse Kabel lagen offen oder waren behelfsmäßig zusammengeflickt. Es war sehr schmutzig, insbesondere das Bad und die Bettwäsche. Viele Möbel und sonstige Einrichtungsgegenstände waren beschädigt. Es roch unangenehm im ganzen Hotel und die Luft war sehr feucht modrig.
