Guest Reviews
- Gerard (4/5): Its not that hard really - Location close the CBD as the accommodation was for dinner and brunch, on Saturday night and mothers day bookings with my family. Paid for 2 bedrooms. could only access 1. contacted the owner who was unavailable to come to the property and replace batteries on the 2nd bedroom electronic lock or a 3rd party contractor to do it.
Slept on the couch which was extremely disappointing and not comfortable.
An arrangement was made with the owner for an agreed refund, which BOOKING.COM didnt process as per agreement (correct written process followed) and the refund was in BOOKING.COM credit not back to my account.
Why would I want to use BOOKING.COM again given the terrible customer service. This was not a refund at all. more like a bonus bet from a gambling website BOOKING
COM had also let the owner down the property iwner who is their client.
Having to spend time on the phone trying to solve this issue rather than with my family is very poor form.

- Shahreel (2/5): - Place was as advertised and easy to find The house was a bit cramped for our liking.
- Penelope (8/5): Great unit to stay in. Very comfortable with all amenities. - Excellent location. Easy walk to town centre and easy walk to water front
- Sandra (8/5): The property was very good value for money. - Location and cleanliness Was two stories, We are toooooo old for stairs
- Sara (8/5): Cosy for family stay - Location was close to shops and Saturday market. Easy walk and bus stops are nearby also. Place was cosy, good beds and having a large TV was a bonus. Laundry and kitchen facilities very useful for us. Great water pressure in the shower. Lingering smells from previous guests who probably smoked in the house, but we ventilated the place opening all windows and doors. Luckily it was easy to get the breeze through.
- john (8/5): Stopover for Busselton Jetty Swim - Netflix available
Value for $ Could not get a/c to work in second bedroom.
Noise caused (I think) by banging gate
- Gillian (8/5): The property met our needs of clean, comfortable and convenient location. - The property was clean, tidy and comfortable. The location was convenient to the city centre. The front entrance wasn’t easily identifiable and would benefit from an effort to make the outside area more presentable. The overall outside appearance looked run down.
Inside the shower temperatures fluctuated making it difficult to achieve a comfortable shower temperature. This was very annoying.
- Chirgwin (10/5): Astromonomically amazing #illeration 🤣🤣. No but seriously I will be staying here again! - Gorgeous, spacious and convenient That I couldn’t stay there longer! 😂

- bec (6/5): Lovely unit, shame about the neighbours - Unit itself was lovely, neat and tidy, location was great as close to town. It was hard to find the entrance door as it faces the road not the carpark like the others, but it was shown in the pictures, I didnt realise and had to call to ask. Owner was polite and helpful. The units are very rough and run down looking. Rubbish bags and trash piled up all around the complex, 2 large groups of people gathered and drinking out the front and all night.
Lovely unit itself, sadly it located with neighbours who don't seem to care.
- Jade (10/5): Great stay - Beds were super comfy, had everything and loved the location.
- Cam (8/5): -
- stephen (3/5): Fairly poor - Location was good.. Music until gone midnight, tradies working loud outside at 7am.
- blake (10/5): Absolutely amazing - Nice and clean Everything was up to standards
- Mirza maaz (10/5): -
- Elaine (7/5): - Comfy beds and very clean throughout Abandoned car right outside the unit with smashed windscreen and Meths written all over it
- Fabio (8/5): -
- Amie (10/5): Great container apartment with everything you need and close to everything - Great location and very tidy and everything you need
- Ashlee (4/5): Inside of unit was nice that’s all nice not hotel like - It was clean The actual block of units and the smashed up car outside n rubbish in. Other ppls units ect looked like I was in public housing in middle of Redcliffe or balga
- Christy (10/5): Very nice unit - Great little unit. Very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Place smelt nice which is a big factor for myself who is sensitive to smells. Owner was amazing and super quick to reply when we locked ourselves out. Would definitely stay again next time we head to bunbury.
Not that its anything to do with the unit but we were a little concerned upon arrival due to another unit that looks like its had some undesirables living there and very trashed, we however realised very quickly that the place is being cleaned up and poses no issue at all to our stay or safety.
- Kassandra (10/5): - Beautiful property, clean and easy to find

- CHWEE LENG (10/5): Cozy and homely vacation home.a good base to explore Bunbury and region and food for families - Location. It’s very near to Bunbury Farmers market, spudshed and we bought 16kg of carrots to get the cows for only $4.99!!
The waterfront and dolphin cove is so near. Great sunset views. Location is fantastic and it’s in a Neighbourhood that is safe and clean.
Inside the property, it is very homely, spacious and the host is very generous with her snacks, which was a welcome sight for two hungry travelers.
The super large TV made for good entertainment, and it is fully equipped in the kitchen, including a very good quality washing machine and dryer. if you plan to buy frozen stuff, the fridge is very good quality.
The rooms upstairs are well insulated and with the curtains drawn, you could see the beautiful night sky. Bring your own condiments, suggestion to put up house number at the car park area because we couldn’t find unit 11 when we first arrived. Otherwise, everything is OK with the apartment.
- Ash (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mary (7/5): It was a good to stay it was clean we felt safe and it had everything you need for a stay. - It was very clean and very comfortable beds and close to shops A bit dark, the blinds were broken, the bathroom was very small and in the second bedroom the bed is far too big for the room
- Ellen (8/5): Enjoyable - Location, Comfortable
- Lucy (8/5): Very good - Very nice inside. Looks just like the pictures. Lovely big tv and very comfortable facilities. Location but expected for the cheap price.
- Annalise (6/5): Pleasant -
- Apostolis (9/5): Unfortunately 2 days were not enough... - Was pleased to find a really decent place to stay on a busy weekend in Bunbury. Family enjoyed it, an apartment with amenities and the comfort of your own home. Above all great communication with the host. I didn't like that I didn't have more days to stay, relax and enjoy what the area has to offer...
- Kelly (8/5): Very good -
- Raffaella (9/5): Superb - Very clean and tidy. Very close to centre. There’s all you need for a nice weekend in Bunbury. Very nice host.
- Tamara (10/5): Clean and spacious unit. 2 minute walk to CBD overall just a great place to stay - We loved staying here so much we have already booked our next stay 😊
- Jessica (9/5): Superb -
- Cliff (8/5): Only stayed for work over the weekend so it was suitable - Tv not working. Quality of the towels and bed linin.
- William (8/5): Did the job for work. -
- Lauren (8/5): Clean and tidy apartment, great for short term stay - The accommodation was exactly as advertised. It was clean and in good repair, everything was accessible and worked.
- Maddy (5/5): Passable -
- Nick (7/5): Good - The unit was great. Had exactly what we needed. Coffee table seemed as though it would fall apart at any moment so we just avoided that. The fuse box at the front of the property was wide open on arrival which is a little dangerous for kids, but I fixed that with a piece of wire. Some "interesting" behaviour from the neighbours but you can't pick them.
- Michelina (9/5): Superb - The accommodation was neat & tidy. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was fantastic, and the location was great. For older people, the steps up to the bedrooms and bathroom were a bit steep, but we managed 🙏😊
- Tony (6/5): Pleasant -
- Richard (5/5): Passable - Spacious living room and good aircon in all the rooms. The house smelt of grease, the front fly door was broken and whole house an unkept feel.
- Michael (7/5): Good -
- Jess (10/5): Exceptional - Everything, was a pleasure, great value for money, thankyou guys Was nothing bad to say
- Mario (8/5): Comfortable and well appointed - very friendly and courteous host. - The property was well appointed with kitchenware, had all facilities for a longer stay, and was centrally located.
- Dakota (9/5): Superb -
- Jackie (3/5): Poor - The beds were comfortable The apartment was very small you could barely move past each other, the cooling was downstairs only and rooms were upstairs and very hot, which was not explained in the information and my elderly dad had to crawl up on his hands and knees as there was nothing to h o ld onto, the toilet was so close to the shower we needed to go elsewhere to use a toilet and the neighbours were constantly having arguments and speeding out of the carpark which was a little frightening
- Samuel (7/5): Chilled vibe close to town - close to town. Massive tv and couch to fit a family on. Need aircon upstairs, needs more utensils. Zero oven trays made it interesting. Get some more cooking gear. Broken down cars in the parking area, I counted 3. The kind that had been in accident a long time ago and yet repaired, but we had no trouble
- Talissa (10/5): Exceptional - Everything We had to leave
- Shannon (9/5): Comfortable and perfect location. - Both beds were comfortable, location was great, easy parking. Great communication with the hosts. Tumble dryer didn't work at all during our stay which made drying towels hard. We just used the drying rack and put it under the heater. Property could have been a little bit cleaner.
- Rosaline (8/5): Very good - Facilities are good and close
- Fiona (6/5): Did the job for one night - Location
Attentive host
Ease of checking in and out Toilet wouldn’t flush
No aircon or fans in bedrooms
- Puvana (6/5): Pleasant - Very clean - the house smelt bad
- the sheets smelt like they had not been dried well
- the water heater in the bathroom kept cutting out and there would be 30seconds of hot water then cold then really extremely hot water then a long pause of cold water
Really not ideal when returning home later from work
- Terry (9/5): Superb - Clean, comfortable very affordable 👌 Toilet upstairs hahaha
- Vicki (10/5): Exceptional - Everything especially the location!!!!
- Jarod (8/5): Central location - Great communication with host. Central location. Perfect for a simple short stay.
- Jane (10/5): Exceptional - Beautifully presented well located place I am impressed O
- Jodie (5/5): Good nights sleep and quiet location but good location and value for money - Location was good - walking distance to everything.
Quiet location.
Beds comfortable. Evidence of previous people staying there.
No tea towels
No hand towls

Miniumal effort to make it homely
