Aleksandra (9/5): - Beautiful, spacious, and very clean apartment in a perfect lakeside location. This was my second time staying here, and once again I had a very enjoyable one-week stay. The apartment is just a 2-minute walk from the train station, and Zurich is only 24 minutes away by train, which makes it especially convenient.The evening views of the lake and mountains are stunning, and the area is very quiet at night, so it’s easy to relax and sleep well. The apartment is well equipped, tastefully furnished, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including reliable Wi-Fi. The windows overlooking the lake were also very clean, which made the view even more enjoyable.
ana (1/5): - Lower cost compared to hotels Service was terrible. I arrived late and didn’t receive the instructions which exact building/ entrance/ apartment was mine. I had to repeatedly call to start getting smss with pieces of direction until I could identify my door. Person in the end was cordial, but I was about to book myself another room at 22:30 in the middle of the empty village. Apartment had very scarce lighting and most of the room was in gloomy darkness. Already used toilet roll, at the 1/3 of paper remain was left in the room for two days. Room was overheated, even with switched off heating and due to noise of overnight works it was impossible to sleep with open window. I will not return after this kind of experience

Parkplatz für ein größeres Auto ist bei der engen Hofeinfahrt etwas schwierig, es gibt aber gleich gegenüber beim Bahnhof ausreichend Parkplätze

Jutta (1/5): Dingend die Finger weglassen!!! - Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war auf den ersten Blick nicht schlecht. Es gibt einen Parkplatz. Das ist schon alles positive Lesen Sie DRINGEND ALLE Berichte zu dieser Unterkunft. Auch wenn bereits Jahre verstrichen sind: Sie treffen ALLE zu - auch wenn man hofft, dass dem nicht so wäre. Was kommt noch dazu? Das WLAN ist extrem schlecht. Apps können nicht geöffnet werden. Das führt auch dazu, das der stylische Bildschirm leider nicht als TV Gerät genutzt werden kann. Man kann natürlich auch nichts auf private Geräte streamen. Der versprochene Fön ist nicht vorhanden. Die Unterkunft firmiert als Boutique Hotel. Klein trifft zu. Hotel nicht. Auch bei einem Aufenthalt von einer Woche gibt es KEINE Handtücher, die Mülleimer werden NICHT geleert, es gibt KEINE Zwischenreinigung, es gibt KEIN Toilettenpapier. Es ist ein Nichtraucher Haus. In der Theorie. Die Eingangstür steht IMMER offen, die Zimmertür hat einen breiten Lüftungsschlitz, um das Haus herum wird konsumiert. Alles. Die Gerüche ziehen dann in das Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist bei einer Deckenhöhe von unter 1,95 m ist NUR für Zwerge geeignet. Die Vermieterin wälzt alle Anfragen an die Mitarbeiterin im Hausdienst ab. Diese ist leider der Deutschen (auch nicht des Schweizer-Deutschen) mächtig, was eine Kommunikation sehr erschwert. Dafür feien die im Hause lebenden Teilzeitkräfte lautstark bis in die frühen Morgenstunden mit den Gästen. Fazit: NIE WIEDER!!!

Sabina (4/5): - Das Zimmer Seeblick hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Zürichsee. Grosser Parkplatz hinter dem Haus (Seestrasse) Der Empfang war sehr chaotisch, erst beim dritten Anruf hat mich die Chefin zurückgerufen. Ich musste auch den Standort (Haus) wechseln. War aber sehr unkompliziert. Die Raumtemperatur im Zimmer war kühl. Das gemeinsame Bad auf dem Flur ist sehr klein und die Dusche mit einen viel zu langen Duschvorhang wirkt schmuddelig. Es gibt nur eine Steckdose, welche für alle Lampen, technische Geräte (z.B.Mobile, Laptop etc.) genutzt wird.

Anna (1/5): - Obwohl ich eine Fenster zum See hatte, war es ein sehr ungutes Gefühl in dem Haus zu übernachten. Das Bad war extrem schmutzig und es hatte komische Typen im Haus. Viele Sachen waren noch nicht fertig gebaut. Eine Bruchbude, die von verdecktem Firmennamen im Hintergrund an dubiose Personen vermietet wird. Ich habe mich selten so unwohl gefühlt, wie dort.

Nick (1/5): Stay away from this place! - When the staff showed up after a 10min wait, they gave me the keys to a room that was already occupied. This mixup was cleared up quickly and they gave me the keys to a different room. However, this one was only 15°C. I turned on the heating and went for a run. When I returned after an hour the room was 16°C. I returned the key and left the property to look for a different place. I called the staff to say that that I had left and that I expected to get my money refunded because obviously the room that I had booked was not ready. They refused because according to them some customers like it that cold, I should try one of the another available rooms and because now they could no longer rent this unit for the night. I recommend you stay away from this place. Unless of course you like it cold.

Nicolas (5/5): Overall a decent stay at House of Harmony, given the cost. - The stay at House of Harmony offered good overall value, particularly considering its reasonable rates. The location is one of the property’s strongest points, being right next to the train station, which made travel very convenient. In addition, grocery stores were located only a short walk away (approximately one minute) which was very convenient for day-to-day needs. Affordable parking was available both on-site and across the road in a public lot. The room included a small work area with a chair and drawers, as well as a coat stand with hangers for added practicality. Clean towels were provided at the beginning of the stay and even replaced during the four-night visit, which was appreciated. The main drawback of the stay was the lack of communication. Despite reaching out via WhatsApp several months before arrival, and again a week before, no reply was received. This created uncertainty about whether the booking was confirmed. Since I arrived late, there was nobody at the reception on-site, this issue became more stressful upon arrival, especially since it was late in the evening. Fortunately, when contacted by phone, the property did answer and provided clear instructions on how to access the room. In terms of facilities, the room was adequate but not without flaws. The windows were thin, and the overall cleanliness, while acceptable, was not flawless. The shared bathroom was particularly small, and although understandable given the price point, it was not especially comfortable. The shower had a plastic mat that blocked proper drainage, which made using it inconvenient, and the sink was unusually small, limiting practicality.

Wir hatten sogar einen Balkon. Das Hotel befindet sich ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt, 5 Minuten vom See, und ca 10 Minuten vom sehr schönen Strandbad. Das Einchecken, ohne persönlichen Kontakt, verlief völlig unkompliziert. Das Hotel befindet sich an einer verkehrsreichen Straße. Deswegen kann es bei geöffneten Fenstern ziemlich laut sein.
Francesca (4/5): Da rivedere - Zero servizio, personale assente, ho chiesto il sapone perché non c’era neanche per lavarsi le mani e mi hanno portato mezza boccetta diluita con acqua. Tutte le sere avevo sotto la finestra persone estranee all’hotel che bevevano e parlavano a voce alta fino a notte fonda. Area comune e terrazzo molto sporchi

Manolo (3/5): Un posto da non scegliere: economico ma sporco - La struttura è esteticamente carina La struttura è carina ma vecchia, le tubature soprattutto dello scarico (wc) un po' problematiche (gorgoglii d'acqua e talvolta non scarica bene). La pulizia è veramente scarsa, abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani posizionati in modo carino sul letto, ma quando sono andata a prenderne uno ho trovato dentro l'asciugamano ben due grovigli di capelli... Briciole in un cassetto, polvere sul bollitore, moscerini nel bagno, water e doccia sporchi. Per non parlare della sgarbatezza del personale con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare per il check-in. Nella mail di conferma c'era scritto che avremmo fatto il check-in per telefono, che avremmo potuto farlo in italiano e che potevano arrivare fino a mezzanotte. Siamo arrivati alle 23, la receptionist al telefono non parlava italiano e si è riscaldata molto perché non riuscivo a trovare l'ingresso che cercava di spiegarmi. Mi ha rimproverata dicendo che non la ascoltavo, che era colpa nostra perché siamo arrivati tardi e non capivo l'inglese, quando invece io capivo bene, ma non riuscivo a trovare l'ingresso che mi indicava, dal momento che la struttura è composta di più immobili tra loro vicini con diverse entrate. Sono rimasta molto male di questa arroganza, mentre vantano un nome e un arredamento che parla di armonia, pace etc. Un luogo da non scegliere assolutamente, anche se il più economico in zona.

Aleksandar (5/5): - price was fair checkin was nightmare with a women on the other end of phone tell me wrong directions and does not have patient to listen to a guest ... lock on the door did not worked and I locked myself in my room ... could not even get to the shared bathroom / toilet ... thanks God there were some other guest in room next to mine and they heard me trying hopelessly to unlock the door. Guy from that room went out (in the snow in 2am) i throw him key of my room and he, locked me out from outside ...

françoise (7/5): - Nous étions 3 adultes. Le premier logement était équipe d’un lit deux places et d’un lit une place. Ce qui était largement suffisant pour nous. Lors de ma réservation sur le site booking un message m’a interdit de réserver seulement le premier logement et m’a oblige a prendre une chambre supplémentaire qui était détachée de notre groupe et n’avait pas de sanitaire individuel. Il n’est pas normal que l’on force la location d’une chambre en plus et que l’on m’ait fait payer cette réservation en plus. Nous ne l’avons meme pas utilisée et avons paye pour rien. Je suis fort mécontente.

Barbara (9/5): - Ich habe in einem geschmackvoll schön eingerichtetem Zimmer geschlafen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Tee und Kaffee gab's im Zimmer, wie auch ein flackerndes Kaminfeuer (nicht echt!) Es war einfach zu finden.

Clark (10/5): Great experience our first 2 nights in Switzerland. Christmas market in Uster was a fabulous time. - Great location just outside of Zurich. Beautiful views and walks by the lake. Super comfortable bed. We had a car but the train station (very quite) is next to property.
Carina (5/5): Not recommended. - The location was good Nobody there to receive me. I came from abroad and had no internet to call reception. Check-in per telephone of a friend who was with me, thank God! The three rooms I was referred to by phone were not ready even though I arrived after 16.00h. I finally had to take a room under the eaves up a very steep staircase. No help with my heavy suitcase. I was afraid I would not be able to take it downstairs again.. The toilet was not clean and not flushed! Tiny sink that was only good to wash your hands. Shower without curtain or walls so that the entire bathroom got soaked when I showered. I had to find the drain that was located under the toilet seat in order to sweep the water off the floor with ny hands. Low eaves with protruding beams in the entire room. During the night I hit my head very hard on one of the beams. If I had bled (taking blood thinners) there would have been nobody to help me in the house, only other guests. What do the guests do in case of a fire, injury or blackout? The building is open 24 hours and there are no locks on the rooms!!! There is a coffee maker in the rooms. Breakfast is not available. However, it seems that they have another building nearby where they offer a nice breakfast . know that only because a friend of mine booked a room at House of Harmony the very same night, and she was offered breakfast. Very disappointed. All in all I can only say I would not recommend House of Harmony.

Falco (8/5): Definit improvement - I've stayed a couple times at House Of Harmony, and I can clearly see they stepped up their game in the cleaning departement. My room was well prepared and clean. Practicle location next to the station. Late check in hours are practicle. Neighbours were a little noisy

Karin (9/5): Super klasse Aufenthalt und für die Schweiz kostengünstig.Ich komme gerne wieder und freue mich, auf - Die Lage ist klasse. Ganz nahe am Zürichsee und sehr sehr ruhig. Ganz angenehme achtsame Atmosphäre und sehr gut zu Fuss wenige Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Alles vorhanden im Zimmer was man benötigt, Fernseher, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, etc..

Gaby (5/5): Die Unterkunft hat ihren Zweck erfüllt. - Die Lage war für mich ideal. Es hat sehr gute Fenster. Das ist wichtig, da der Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe ist. Das WLAN war prima, das Wasser in der Dusche heiss und das Bett erstaunlich komfortabel.. Alles ist herzlich eingerichtet. Der viele Schnickschnack übertüncht leider die in die Jahre gekommene Infrastruktur und die dürftige Sauberkeit nicht. Habe mich nicht getraut den Wasserkocher und den Zahnbecher zu nutzen. Die Rezeption zu finden ist eine Kunst und die Verständigung mit der Rezeptionistin auch. Ausser in Englisch und Italienisch war keine Kommunikation möglich.
Gina (9/5): - Lage war bei See Sicht, was schön war. Zimmer war sauber. Obwohl ohne TV ausgerüstet, trotzdem Aufenthalt war im ganz ganz gemütlich. Parkplatz sollte direkt bei Haus sein, wenn Kapazität da war. Unten Dach zu parkieren könnte viel Zeit am morgen sparen.
