- Fiona (9/5): - Location was a major selling point for this property and the view. Honestly nothing really.
- Natasha (8/5): Great location - 10/10 location for walkability to beach, restaurants and kids playgrounds. Great short walk to the Blowhole. Kitchen had good facilities and appliances, and apartment is neat. Bedding is comfortable and rooms have blackout blinds which are wonderfully effective (windows back onto fencing anyway). Verandah is wonderfully spacious to hang out on. The listing says towels and linen provided,, but no beach towels are left for guests - odd considering proximity to the beach and it being an obvious activity guests would do. This meant we had to go buy some as we only had 1 thin small bath towel each. This was an unmecessarily frustraing expense as we could have brought some from home had we known. No basic toiletries in the bathroom provided either, which was disappointing. The couch could do with an upgrade - not a place to chill out and watch movies of an evening! No external bins either which we didn't find out until we called the managing agents to notify them we had no key to the bin room.
- Claire (9/5): Perfectly positioned with everything you need for a luxurious beach break. - Well appointed and spotlessly clean, good instructions regarding access and facilities. The location was perfect with access to beach and shops. Honestly nothing- it was all great.

Park up and walk to shops restaurants etc. plenty of room for our party of 4 The couch needs an upgrade. Old and uncomfortable, I know it’s a bit retro style but comfort is king. Also the cleaners could do a better job as many small details were overlooked.

- Beverly (9/5): Exceptional property in wonderful location. Would stay again. - The property is in a wonderful location with superior quality appliances. The living/dining and kitchen are spacious with quality cookware. The beds/bedding are of very good quality and comfort. Lovely sea view.
The rental agent was very helpful to requests. A couple of small things are are not major. Bathroom door does not stay closed. Toilet roll holder is working its way out of the wall. Could do with a privacy lock. We were unable to get the remote to open the garage door. but established that the garage cage is too small for a large SUV. Bedroom window lock needs fixing. We were unable to find a mop. We did struggle to be able to get the aircond on any level temperature. It was either too hot or too cold, even in the living area. Perhaps we did not have full instructions.

- Georgie (9/5): Clean, spacious and perfect location - This lovely spacious, modern, clean apartment is in a fantastic location. Walking distance to all of Kiama's main attractions - the beach, the blowhole, the walking track, and the main street for cafes and restaurants. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great stay and would recommend it. Only very minor but the balcony was very dusty as it's been so windy lately - not a big deal though.
